I booked a same-day full detail with RAS Car Care and was initially impressed by the look and smell of the car. But the experience quickly soured. Before booking, I was told a 10% discount for new customers might apply based on inspection. After the service, I asked about it and was told the discount didn’t exist—despite prior messages confirming it. The manager later offered it for a future service, then promised a refund. Still waiting. More concerning: I drove home in the rain and could barely see through the windshield. No hydrophobic treatment was applied, despite the manager later claiming they use something “better than Rain-X.” If that’s true, it wasn’t used—and it made for a dangerous drive. When I raised these issues, I received a copy-paste response and zero accountability. No apology, no ownership, just “thanks for your feedback.” I paid nearly $300 for a full detail and got inconsistent communication, safety oversights, and a dismissive attitude. I won’t be returning.

Overall the car looks ok from afar. If you actually care about your vehicle and want a great job where you can say your money was well spent, I do not recommend booking with them. There was a language barrier between the technician and I so it was hard to communicate. I booked online over the weekend and did not hear from anybody from Ras until the morning of the appointment and I had to call them to see if they were still coming. Turns out the technician was on the way. Would’ve liked some communication at least 30 minutes prior to confirm. I initially booked for a mini detail and changed my mind and upgraded to the full. I don’t think the upgrade was worth the money at all. There were still details on the interior that were not cleaned fully. The mats and side mirrors were still wet. They left an oily residue on the mats that causes your feet to slide around while driving which poses a safety hazard. I had to point out spots where there was overspray left behind. When he went to fix it I noticed they were using very cheap products you can buy at Walmart and use yourself. I also trusted the technician with the keys and he wasn’t able to find them for a few minutes when I came to pick up the car. Finally ended up finding them in the trunk. No big deal but had they been lost that would’ve been a huge problem considering I had other important keys on there. Overall the technician was pleasant but I don’t believe it was worth the money at all ($235 plus tip). Especially to leave with unfinished details and lack of communication across the board. This was a car wash at best, NOT a detail. You’re better off finding a different mobile detailer in the area. Update: found more overspray all over my interior after further inspecting it. The owner will not comply with a partial refund and decided to question why I left a bad review. Added more photos for reference. Do not spend your hard earned money on their services if you care about your car!

These guys did a phenomenal job. Spent extra time detailing my wife’s Audi Q7 and we could not be happier. She wanted a very thorough interior cleaning and what they did was fantastic. Amazing work ethic, too- both guys were professional, thorough, and careful. Stayed late. We will call them again.

I called RAS Car Care when I left milk in the back of my car for several days. The smell was horrific. They were able to clean my car the next day and did an overnight treatment that got rid of the smell. 🙌

Guys worked on my car for 3.5 hours in the parking lot of my office! Incredible attention to detail! After they were done I rolled my window down to talk to him and when I rolled it back up he washed it again so there weren’t any streaks. Highly recommend.

This company is phenomenal- I had a massive chili spill in the front of my car and they were not only one of the only mobile detailer to answer my call at all - but they fit me in that day. The price was very reasonable as well. Jason was my technician and he did a AWESOME job and was so sweet. Will definitely be using this service again, and recommending it to anyone who will listen.

My experience with Ras Car Care was excellent and very surprising. I had 2 cars detailed for mold problems. I was out of state at the time. This was during the very hot and wet part of the summer. There was a problem, I called and Ras made it right. The service was over the top. Highly recommend. I will use them again.

Great service from Eshumael and Mark. I needed an urgent clean-up after a passenger threw up in my brand new Tesla. Mark arrived and handled the situation professionally. Had a fuel can leak kerosene onto my upholstery. They came out and surpassed my expectations. No kerosene smell, and the interior looks brand new! (car is over 20 years old btw). 10/10 would use them again in a heartbeat. Would recommend, they are super nice and friendly too. I wish I could post the before and after smell lol

I don't often review businesses. But I feel compelled to brag a bit. They were able to service my vehicle the next day were other companies said 3-4 days or a week. The deposit for service was less then competators. The young gentleman that arrived to detail my van was courteous, and did a fanominal job. There is no complaint from me. His eye for detail was amazing, it is so clean I almost don't want to drive it. I will be using this company again.

I would give them 10 stars if I could! These guys did an amazing job on our 3 cars. One of them was really bad, it had some really bad stains all over the paint from tree sap. I didn't know if there was any way to get it clean. I was absolutely amazed at how great it looked inside and out when they were done! It's a 2012 and it looked like it just came off the showroom floor new! I thought the price was great for the service we got! I will definitely have them come out again! Shout-outs to Stefon, Jason and Andie (I think there might have been a few others here earlier that left before they were all done). You guys did an amazing job! I was super impressed! So happy to have found you guys!

Outstanding Mobile Detailing Service — Highly Recommend! I booked this company to detail three of our vehicles, and they truly exceeded every expectation. They detailed my Mercedes-Benz GLE and my father’s Cadillac Escalade—both newer model trucks—and we were honestly a little skeptical at first about trusting anyone with cars of that value. But they handled them with absolute care and professionalism. The finish, the shine, the interior… everything looked showroom-ready. You could tell they paid attention to every detail. On top of that, they also mobile detailed my father’s older model van, and when I say they brought it back to life, I mean it literally looked like a different vehicle. Had a car in pretty bad shape with lots of dirt and leaves in the floor mat and lots of dust and grime that I couldn’t get out with wiping and scrubbing. Stefon did a great job getting into all the nooks and crannies. Got all the stickiness and crumbs out of the cupholders and floor mats now look brand new. Came with their own water source and electric; fully mobile. Pricing was as agreed upon - I had been quoted far higher prices from everywhere else I called. They arrived same day on time and took exactly 3hr to finish, which was the estimated time. I highly recommend for all your detailing needs.

I had my RAV4 detailed inside and out last weekend and this place did an amazing job! The car was filthy (I have a 8-year-old, so crumbs and stains in the back everywhere), but they made it look brand new again. Scheduling was super easy and they were able to come out the very next day. They were thorough, professional, and made the whole process simple from start to finish. Highly recommend them and ill definitely be using them again!

I’m going to give this company 5 stars but buyers BEWARE on price. You get what you pay for. They did an excellent exterior detailing and were available the day-of on short notice. Here’s the deal… everyone else in their area charges $100-$140 ish. They charged me $170. Excellent job, but it comes at a premium.
