Went here for a paint removal job. 90% of the paint was removed. I was removing most of the rest with my nail. They took some paint off my license plate and told me to take it the dmv to get another plate at my expense. Won’t ever use this place again.

Very Pricey! Used GPS to find a car wash along my route. Thinking that I would get a quick wash before my appointment. When I got there, I was quoted a price of 45! It's a hand washing service. Sticker shock!!!

Do not buy from this business. I bought a used truck and was withheld the title for half a year.. even though I payed cash. I had to constantly call them to ask if the title came in. The final time I called, they said nothing had come in and when it did they would call me, it wasn’t necessary for me to call anymore. This happened for about 4 months. By the time I got the title I had already traded in the overpriced truck I got on a used truck from a dealer. Trust dealers.. not mom and pop car wash/auto lots.

I took my car to Pettie's to buff out some liquid substance that was left on both sides of my SUV by a "former" mechanic who attempted to buff it out but he left behind swirls and the stain remained. I really didn't think the stain or the swirls would be removed totally, however I was AMAZED when I arrived at how it looked it looked like I had just got a brand new paint job. I absolutely recommend this place!!! The customer service was top notch. I look forward to having Pettie's assist me in all my automotive needs.

Very nice establishment but I didn't like the fact that I was told my car was ready and as I was concluding my conversation in the waiting area I was intrusively interrupted only to come out and find a cleaning rag left in the car where the floor guards had not been wiped down so I did it myself. Later I got home and looked down and my wheels weren't cleaned well. My fiance took the car back up there but who has that kind of time or gas? They normally do a good job but I guess certain workers need a little more supervision. Not the first this happened.

I am originally went to Petties Auto because he seemed like a genuinely good Christian man, so I would always go to him to get my car fixed. Come to find out that everything that the Mechanic has done in my car has been completely wrong and I had to pay over $2700 to get it fixed by actual professionals. I would never suggest getting your car fixed there or buying a car there. A friend of mines boyfriend bought a car from him and he’s been had that car for six months and he has yet to get the proper paperwork to register it and he has to keep giving him 30 day tags which is completely illegal! I would never ever suggest you go there to buy a car or to get your car fixed unless you want have to have it fixed again by someone else as well as the damage that it caused from the parts being put in wrong.

I’ve been coming here for quite a while now and I always get a great car wash inside and out. We bought a Kia 2009 from Pettie car sale lot. It was about 8 to 9 years ago and I could not ask for a better car. It had 163,000 miles and I just got rid of it about a year ago when I had to have work on it my mechanic that I’ve always used told me then that this has been a good car cause the original parts are still on it and I knew this was a 2009.I have no complaints. Q
