Went yesterday because my engine light was on and the code was for the TPS, I bought one a year ago in a different state and they were super nice and helpfull ordering a new one and letting me do the instalation in the parking lot. The one who helped me was "BEN", what a great guy he and the other personel. As a member of the armed forces I can say thats one of the best experiences I've ever had. Will be coming back for sure.

The staff is always friendly and knowledgeable about problems you may have or are experiencing. Prices are reasonable, way cheaper then the dealer or OEM parts, and the online store has free shipping on $75+ orders.

Called one store looking for a part and was told their other store 10 miles away had it, called that store and was told yes we have it. Next morning drove across town and no part. Was told they would have it here by noon that day. Paid for it and decided to come back next day. Went next day picked up the part just to find it was a used one someone had stuffed back in the box and apparently got a refund. Nobody checked that returned part somewhere along the line. As it turns out there were 2 of the parts I needed of another brand, too bad the guy at the club the first time I went didn't check. A nice lady there finally got things straightened out but I won't be going back they

When they did not have the part I need, the staff gave me some new resources for specialized parts for my car online. This location is a little older than the others, but it is well stocked and the staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Overall, I would say this is a great resource to have in town.

The worst customer service experience ever. First she wasn't wearing her mask but I was required to when entering and being in the store. Several other customers were not wearing their make or took them off and no one enforced the policy. I spoke to a women regarding replacing a break line for my vehicle she didn't have it she called another store and while speaking to someone on the phone started helping the next person, which I can understand, however she quickly got the answer that they had one part but not the other - I thought this is where she was going to return and assist me - but I guess she forgot about that when she started helping several regulars that came in after me. I then asked her if she was able to get the other part at which point she dismissed me and said they'd be in about 1 and that I can come around the counter and pick my part up off the floor if I wanted it . She didn't answer any of my questions and left with the regular customer - maybe if everyone received the same customer care we could all be regulars but as it is O'Riellys will no longer be getting any of my business.

ginger dude up front seemed to have an issue when asked to run a diagnostic on my car. isn't the entire reason for your job to assist people with their cars, need to step up with the customer service cause the male who helped me was terrible.

I had a great experience at this orielly as per usual. The managment team is always amazing. Skylar, the manager today, was extremely helpful, professional, and knew exactly how to handle my issue immediately. I drive out of my way and past at least 10 auto parts stores for this location and its employees! Definitely recommend!

They need to add a self checkout option like autozone, But otherwise a very well stock store. Staff is usually very helpful. Military discount added to your account will automatically give you the discount at any store.

Went in this past Sunday night for brakes for my car and the 2 females who were working the front counter were so kind and helpful. Their customer service was some of the best I’ve experienced in a while. They also have a military discount! I definitely left with a smile on my face and will be back! 10 out of 10 for customer service to the girls up front.
