Professional staff. Told me about a coupon day to come back on to buy what I wanted. The Starbucks there is good too. I got perfume trial pack and Bill found their gun counter to be good. It was clean and nice to visit. Helpful. I’ll be going back on the coupons day Nov 7th where I spend 60 dollars and get 15 off!

Panda Express, Popeyes, Starbucks in the food court. Pistols, rifles, shotguns, and ammo are sold here. Good selection of athletic shoes. Good selection of perfume and cologne.

The Exchange has everything you need. The prices are good and the selection is good. They have all the departments are the same as you would find at any civilian department store. Often times they will have items on clearance and the prices really go down. I once bought a new pair of New Balance shoes that had a normal price of $90.00 for $25.00. The other departments have good clearance sales also. The sales associates working there are helpful and friendly. The cashiers are fast and good at their jobs, it's clear that there's a good training program in place. I recommend the exchange to all that are eligible to us it.

So sad. This exchange used to be my favorite place to find deals to browse in the clearance section, but now, everything looks old and cheap. The clothes selection is poor, and there is almost none perfume. It is depressing going there to shop because there is not enough selection of merchandise. The vendors outside the exchange are almost all gone. The food court needs to be improved as well. Having poor food selection is one of the reasons our young airmen have high blood pressure. We need to provide better prices for our military community. Not everyone is a high pay airmen.

Great place for those big ticket items (tvs, furniture, etc) tax free. If you have access to this store, you've earned skipping paying sales tax.

Prices are not that great compared to local stores. Wait time for customer service is average at best. They are basically only using the self checkout (no matter how full your cart is). I don't work at the exchange or collect pay there. I shouldn't have to go do my shopping, then scan everything on my own and then be on the hook if something doesn't scan or I miss something. It hasn't happened, but I hate self checkouts because people all over are getting blamed for theft even on basic mistakes. Between that and the notebook paper sized area to place your items that you NEED to scan so you can try and separate it from what you have already scanned is frustrating at best. The more places that implement self checkouts, the more you will see people like me just start buying it on Amazon and foregoing your checkout process and store entirely because that is not user friendly. Watching people juggle kiddos (I have 4, thank goodness they're older now) while trying to check out their own things on that awful setup is just ridiculous. You'd think a military base would do better. You know parents are in the position of being alone with their kids frequently due to deployments. Open a real register. It's ridiculous.

Just now watched a guy buy every single card etb box and packs for pokemon cards before they even got on the shelf. Please set limits to card purchases per person please I don't understand why it's not a thing.

I love coming here to shop. There is a particular soap that i buy that I can only find here. The staff are always friendly and it's clean. It's for veterans, military, and certain DoD civilians only and it's tax free.

Bigger in some respects to other AFB Exchanges, but finding help, can be a challenge, especially in the late afternoon to evening hours.

My review is specifically for the tailor shop now that it has moved here. Be prepared, this review is LONG but necessary. I will not be bringing my uniforms back here ever again. In June I brought my blues jacket here and instead of letting the waist/hip area out they took it IN. The next is my mess dress. It was an absolute mess. It licked the envelope and sent it in the mail to never come back to this location under any circumstance whatsoever. I dropped it off a month ago to have it ready for the ball this month. They said my mess dress would be ready by the first week of September. I went on leave and came to pick it up the THIRD week of September. Monday I walk in and they can’t find it. Say it’s not there. Tuesday I come back, can’t find it not there. Now Wednesday happens and I am aggravated. I tell them I need it done for Friday. They yet again say, they are sorry they can’t find it. At this point I tell them I need a new one and they need to pay for it. They said they will find it. I step away and go look at the gun counter to browse red dots. About 15 minutes later I get a call from the tailor shop and they ask me to come by because they THINK they found it. I get there and they ask me what shirt size I bought and I said I have no idea. It was brand new and over a month ago at this point. They asked if it was an 8 I said I don’t know so they said we think this is yours it’s an 8 and new and hd me try it on knowing it may not have even been mine but whatever I tried it on because it was new and at this point I need a shirt. They inform me they STILL can’t find the jacket and pants and I said okay well I need it for Thursday to prep it for Friday and they said they know. As I am leaving they come out saying they found one with no name on it and they think it’s mine so I return. I go back in there and try it on and sure enough it’s mine. Immediately I notice it’s not dry cleaned. It’s still got the tags and it’s wrinkled and I ask why has this not been done? They said they’ll steam it and press it and ask me to come back again THE NEXT DAY and next time I drop off for dry cleaning it’ll be free. Yeah I’m never going back. Paid $20 for dry cleaning and didn’t even get it. Try my mess dress on and the pants are too short, they didn’t take in the waist of the pants, and the jacket wasn’t taken in. I was done and just took it. I didn’t have the patience to deal with it anymore. And to top it all off, they didn’t give me anything annotating the free dry cleaning for the “next time”.

I am an african american and a Navy retired war veteran and I hate going to Langley exchange because Every Time I Try to shop in the store I'm followed around the store by security and Especially by the asian women that work there. I've asked them to stop following me And I don't shop there as much as I used to

I like shopping at the Exchange, they usually have a large selection of items. The staff is helpful and knowledgeable. Perhaps the price match with no sales tax is the best part. Of course, profits go to MWR to support the troops.

Any time they restock on Pokemon it gets instantly bought out because the staff don't care about their own 'One per family' sign. Instantly bought up by the same two scalpers every time. You're much better off going down the hall to Casper's Cards where at least the staff actually care about everyone getting a fair chance at buying something.

Langley PX is the new hangout for great Table top games. I have not seen a better place than Casper's Cards and Hobby for great atmosphere, facility, and environment. Just wish they were allowed to stay open longer some way since the px closes. Great job getting them in.

I went to Langley as my veteran hospital appointment. I went to the the BX base exchange. I was expecting great pricing. I was expecting great features but I didn't see any great pricing. All great features. Walmart is better but they don't pay sales taxes and then the food court. The food was unbelievably high. This ain't no Sam club. Your all they getting all the money there. So I wasn't impressed at all. As a matter of fact, I'm never going back for what?
