Staff was extremely rude. I called for a car wash and was told to come in and when I arrived they told me they were close at 4:30 when the google profile says open until 5:45. Waste of time and super rude employees.

I've never gotten a car wash in Hoboken before and there aren't that many, just because Hoboken is so small. I wasn't willing to drive outside of Hoboken, so we decided to give this one a shot. We were in desperate need of a car wash because our car had gotten egged, and that egg had frozen overnight so there was no way we were going to spend our time scraping egg off the windows. We did the Deluxe Wash for $25.99, which includes an exterior wash, interior vacuum, windows, dashboard, triple coat polish wax, sealer wax, undercarriage, and tire shine. It was $25 well spent. For the most part, everything seemed very clean. We also went on a Friday at 8 am (opens at 8), so I feel like they had more time to actually clean things, since it wasn't busy. Would definitely come back during off hours if I am ever in desperate need of a car wash again.

I went there and the guy that hands the ticket out for the register, is very rude. I’m sitting next to the register and I already paid I’m holding the receipt in my hand and he shows up and asked the girl at the register, this guy paid? She said yes. Now that’s rude. If you really needed to know he could ask her in private not in front of me. Before I exit my car I put it in valet mode. He observed that, and I guess it rub him the wrong way because when you open the passenger door in my car there was a nasty scratch on the frame, a chip on the grill and a scratch on the trunk. Now bear in mind that I detail my car. And I know every single scuff or slight scratch on my vehicle and my eyes are trained to pick up right away any damage. Because I was a car hauler for 14 years, and I have experience and trained vision to catch any damage on any vehicle. you can go ahead and use the car wash at your free wheel, but that was my experience, so I urge you to pay attention to every detail of your vehicle and watch out for that guy when you first check in he profiles the customers.

It is a sad to say that today I went to this car. Wash and completely. I trusted them with my vehicle little. As you know, I come back to my vehicle, and even though it wasn't that much, but it was something very valuable to myself. They took my money out of the floor from beneath the carpet. It was only a dollar but it was a good luck dollar that was put in my car to bring more money as a good luck charm. If this was only for me what saids others

Highly recommend this place for a full interior / exterior detail! I was a walk-in & they got me in immediately. They gave me a reasonable price. The guys worked quickly & it was ready for pick-up within 2 hours. They did a great job on both the outside (washing & waxing it) & inside (vacuuming & wiping/buffing the console). The whole thing was shiny in & out. I used to go to The Detail Doctor in Redbank, but now that I know there's a great local spot, will def. be back each season to maintain my Jeep. Thanks!

Overall a good experience at Hoboken Car Wash. I ordered the Deluxe which includes interior vacuuming, and from start to finish the process took a little under 25 minutes. I appreciate that the team took the time to diligently vacuum. I have a fluffy white dog and they were able to get most of her hair off the seats and floor (no expectation for perfection from me… it was a lot of hair). The only disappointment from me is the interior passenger side door panel had what I suspect is bird poop on the door, and it was clearly not wiped off by the team. I only saw someone with rags wipe down the driver’s side door jambs and panels, but not the passenger side, so this was a miss. Even so, I would go back given the overall care and kindness shown by the employees.

This place is a complete rip-off. I paid $37 and my car was still filthy. The seats were dirty, the floorboard wasn’t cleaned, the console was untouched, and even the glove box was still dirty. They charge premium prices for sloppy, rushed work. Don’t waste your money here.

Total rip off. We have been coming here for years and they used to do a decent job, but today we paid for the “delux wash” and the car was still covered in spots and bird poop after the wash. The trunk was untouched even though they were meant to vacuum all interiors. They kept telling us we needed to pay for a “detail” to remove everything. This feels likes a scam. We are very disappointed and will be finding a new spot.

Mind baffling to me someone could call this service, and on top of that give attitude when pointing it out. I arrived and asked for EVERYTHING, verbatim, I told them I wanted it all, I told them wheels, clean inside, pointed out to specific spots I knew were particularly dirty like my passenger side. In less than I could open my laptop they were ready, not even 10 minutes my car was ready - I was like ok? There’s about 4 of them working on one car so I figured that was it. I open my front seat and I see it’s still sticky, let them know to please go at it again (3 different times I had to tell them). Walked on the outside, wheels were still dirty with the rag but ok, steering wheel I asked them to clean - (clearly didn’t do it) once I saw the door I was like sir ? I asked for the full thing I paid $35) I’m pretty sure, a car wash includes cleaning the inside of doors - anyway, the seats and steering wheel are no excuse, service is service.

Best car wash in Hoboken. How good is relative to the other options in the town, but this is as good as it gets here. The automated wash is not the most ideal, but it gets the job done. I like how they use quite a few staff members involved in each wash, getting a lot done

Major disappointment. I paid for a full detail service, almost $400 including tax and tip. The carpets and floor mats look perfect but everything else did not meet my expectations. There is dirt in the crevices of my seats, wheel, and there are stains on the sun visors. The mirrors inside the sun visors were completely untouched and they even left leaves in the front dashboard and a ton of dirt in the trunk exterior, where the hinges are. To finish it off there is a sticky/slimy film o all over the car, leaving streak marks on some surfaces and a sticky feeling on the steering wheel and seats. Maybe it was a busy Saturday morning, but I expected a lot more for the price I paid.

I paid for the Deluxe Wash, which includes interior cleaning, and unfortunately, I’m disappointed. I’ve always passed by this place and had high expectations—it looks professional from the outside, and I was excited to finally give it a try. However, the results didn’t match the price or promise. The interior was not cleaned properly—there was still visible dirt in tight spots (see photos), and even a fresh coffee cup stain from this morning was still there. For $36.99 (plus fees), I expected more attention to detail. I really wanted to like this place, but sadly, it didn’t meet the standard I was hoping for.

Don’t bother coming here unless you want to waste your money. I came here yesterday & left with my car in the same condition. I paid for the interior to be cleaned but as you can see it was not done. I was charged $35 for this…my first & last time coming here.

When I asked for a car wash outside, I expected that to happen. I have paid less for better service on my car's interior. I understand that it's cold in the Time of the Season, but these guys Rush work. If you want better quality cleaning, go somewhere else. You're paying $30 for trash service
