This is my back window after a 20$ wash. The reason I went to get a car wash was to clean the windows. The outside of the car was clean though so there's that.

Went in for an oil change. This is all I wanted, but they need to up sell you on another service, as always. They showed me the oil, and said that it was in bad condition (this is the reason I came in for an oil change). The mechanic also mentioned that there's no point in doing a change if we don't do another, more costly, service to "clean the engine". Every single time I come here, there seems to be a need to do another service. Keep in mind that my tires were in terrible condition, but they didn't mention a thing because they don't sell tires. When I mentioned the condition of my tires and asked why they didn't mention anything, he chuckled. After I sat down to wait for my car to be finished, I was once again asked to come look at the oil. He also showed me that my cabin filter needed to be replaced, I saw that he had kept it on the passenger seat before he picked it up to show me. I don't need to spend 30, $40 on a filter I can purchase for 13 bucks online, and replace in 10 seconds. When The oil change was done and I finally got into the car, I noticed there was debris from the cabin filter that had been left on the passenger seat . I was also frustrated to find out that every spot the mechanic had touched was covered in oil. The steering wheel, the stick shift, The door handle, Even the instrument cluster that was used to reset the mileage (I wish they didn't do this because I use this to gauge my miles per gallon). It's ironic how little they care to keep the car clean, while they also offer a car wash. The service was expensive and I expect a bare minimum of customer service that I did not receive. I used to come here because it was close to where I live, but I will venture up Coney Island avenue to find a new spot.

Charged me $ 161, for a volkswagen passat 2012 for oil change and car wash exterior and vacuum. I asked for Mobil 1 oil which I usually always get. Never paid more than $100 to all the places I have been including the car wash. Not happy

I'm dragging them from a 5 to a 3 today. Two weeks ago I had an oil and filter change at Oakley's. It includes a free car wash, the cheapest they have, but you can pay the difference to upgrade it to any of their other washes. They did not wash my car when they finished the oil change because that day it was pouring out and the car wash was closed. Here is my rant today ... When I went to pay, i gave the cashier the rain check coupon for the basic wash and a coupon from the news paper for 2.00 off the car wash I upgraded to. She wouldn't apply the 2.00 off WHICH IS TOTALLY WRONG. Then ... when I pulled into the car wash entrance, I noticed there were only 3 cars ahead of me which was great, I figured I'd be in and out quickly, there is usually a long line which I don't have the patience for. So today, the short line isn't moving very quickly. Why, because the guy punching into the computer the type of wash you want is doubling as the guy who pulls out your mats and puts them through the cleaning machine for the mats. With three cars ahead of me, I was there for over 45 minutes, but less than one hour.

Bad experience from the get go. The guy at the drop off wouldn't explain the different wash options and costs, and almost yelled at me to get out of my car. After a $21 wash, the car inside is dirty, the backseat unhinged, and windows look like it never went through the wash.

Been going here for years! They do a good job, and if you are not happy simply tell them. They'll go back and do it. I always tip a decent amount. I have two dogs, and they always go extra for me with the vacuuming! They offer great low prices during the night time if you are looking to save! The mechanic shop is also very good. Prices are competitive and they don't do anything unless you approve.

I appreciate that I was told how long the wait was going to be but an hour wait for the oil change and whats advertised as a full service car wash turned out to be just an exterior wash. C'mon.

Overpaid for a top package hoping to have my car cleaned. They tried getting away with the bare minimum. I had to ask them to shine and polish my tires, even though the package I had purchased had minimally included that. Dishonest. This was my first and last visit.

I had more issues than I originally thought but they took care of them all and were very friendly about it. They went above and beyond by cleaning inside my engine and the corrosion on my battery. Very cool to watch the car being washed as it goes behind their NEW glass wall. Highly recommend.

This oakley car wash is the worst ever experience I have ever had trying to wash my car because what ever you purchase such simple clean like $10 or the expensive one which is $39.99. They don’t even make what ever the package include. Only simple not even simple cleaning. I have took some pics how they did clean. Paying is just nothing because every routine is same as they the workers do. There is no change between the packages. Purchased the top one but they finished like the others. No polish, no protect, no rebel, no shine. Simple simple simple. Not recommend this place ever. Not to visit this place ever again. I wish I have to give it 0 star. Please if you purchase something be aware because they don’t do.

Oakley's Car Wash is by far the best car wash around. They offer towels, air hose, mat cleaner machines, and spray to clean the inside of your car. They also give you a complimentary air freshener for your car. Thank you for everything!

For $37, this is the worst service. The windows in inside didn’t wipe the car, drips, dirt remained. I had to spend my time to fix everything. I don’t recommend. If it was possible to give minus five stars, I would do it
