I was the only customer, and once I arrived, I specifically asked to clean the car inside very well. The fact that no one was there made me think they would do a great job as they were not in a rush. After I was told the car was ready, I checked, and I saw the car was still not clean. I asked one of the guys, and he said, "we are still working on it..." Great!!! After a few minutes they told me the car is ready. I look inside, and it's still dirty. Before leaving, I stopped by the cashier and shared what had happened. The employee answered with "ok." There are plenty of good car wash in the area. Don't waste your time and money here.

I did the VIP $50 and all I can say is that I was very happy to have them do this. Felix one of the managers was very nice and made sure that I was satisfy with the service. I recommend this place to anyone looking for a nice clean car wash

Been going here for a few years only because it’s close to home. Never had an issue in the past (don’t expect much from an automated car wash and a quick wipe down), however this time around they told me to leave the keys in the car with it running. At the exit side of the car wash the attendant told me to unlock the car and we realized they locked the keys inside. Attendant told me this was my fault which I did not take well considering I was told to leave them in my car. They were able to use air wedges to pull the door handle open but had left scratches all over my door panel. They didn’t want to help me until I didn’t move my car and a supervisor came out and was angry and demanded my keys so he can pull around so they can continue to crank out the cars. Supervisor told me it’s my fault for not having a spare key with me (absurd). He continued to tell me it’s an old car and it has flaws (keep in mind I purchased a 2019 vehicle in 2022, that’s not old.) The original guy that told me to leave the keys in the car was very apologetic and tried to do his best to “clean” the scratches which went appreciated. I definitely will not be coming back here

I hadn't come to this area for a long time and these days I passed by and noticed that they have new management and I wanted to treat the service. Very good experience. Sadly paid the $50 for one VIP car wash service thinking it would get my car really clean. Instead they didn’t vacuum under the seats enough and didn’t open the trunk to vacuum and the windshield and windows still had marks all over. They only spent about 7 minutes with my car, for $50 would expect better. Do not recommend. Pics of after the “wash”
