Avoid due to bait & switch tactics. I have a very small Buick Encore & they consider it a full size SUV. Added additional $$ on top of $27 car wash. Did a subpar interior cleaning.

Terrible customer service!!! I kindly explained to the man at the car wash entrance what services I would like performed. He then proceeded to berate me because I selected the wrong package. Wouldn't it be your job to guide me as to what package I should select?! Instead of speaking to me in a condescending tone. He acted like he was doing me a favor...as though I wasn't a PAYING customer. And after I told the lady at the register (I think she's the owner) she didn't even offer some type of apology or perhaps comp the service. They won't be getting my money again. I'm going to find another establishment.

The lady at the register is nice. That and they do wash the exterior is why I gave 2 stars. Then you have 6 men pretending to work, they didn’t do a damn thing.

This place is the worst. The staff wanted to argue with me because the person moving my car manually pulled my side mirror open and broke the auto opening mechanism. They denied what happened and it is on camera what happened. My attorney will definitely be in touch with their boss.

WORST CAR WASH in Brooklyn. Cashier extremely rude, she was on her phone and ignoring the customer during transaction and LIED about payment options to pay for car wash. Terrible service provided. Car wasn't even clean. Payed for amour-oil on tires and didn't not receive services at all. Please dont waste your money or time

Used to go here often but haven't been since covid, prefer to do it myself now. I have an event to go to and didn't have time to wash the car myself. This place is not what it used to be. The guys at the entrance didn't even acknowledge my existence. Worst of all, my rear wheels were super dirty and the guy didn't use the brush to pre-clean them. Interior mats weren't dried properly and water droplets were all over the windshield and windows. Will not be returning ever again. I will find a new spot if I need an emergency car wash in the future.

AMAZING…. One of the best car wash experience ever since owning a car. I paid for the VIP special and I swear it was a mini detail. The cost including taxes and the charge for using your card in stead of cash was $67

Paid for a full-service wash including interior—what I got was a half-baked, careless wipe-down. Obvious stains left untouched, and no one bothered to explain anything, tell me they were done or check the work. Zero communication, zero effort. Total waste of time and money. Avoid.

I needed a car wash bad! So bad I felt dirty in it 🤭 I searched and this place came up closest to me! Spent about $30 it was a decent wash for the outside but inside could have been done better! And for that amount they didn’t even put amoral on my tires! And I gave a tip! I was a bit disappointed

If I can give it 0 Stars I Would! My car still came out dirty & they did not clean the inside where the cupholders or wiped any of the interior and the windows even though my wash came with that , attached are photos to have people be aware of this car wash and what they do not do. Stay away from here. Attached is my receipt for validity.
