The neighborhood needed a better car wash and it's finally here. It looks as if they are using some new type of innovation in cleaning cars. I've never seen so much soap being used. The way they cleaned my vehicle is as if they were cleaning their own cars.

I've been coming to this car wash for years, even after it recently fell under new management, but I've never experienced such prejudice behavior before. I went to get my car washed like I always do and while waiting for my car to be finished, I decided to go to the gas station right next door. I couldn't have been gone no longer than a few mintues. When I returned to check on my car, I didn't even see it on the line anywhere in front of the car wash. I went inside to the cashier to ask where my car was. The boss, who happened to be standing there, was extremely rude and had a bad attitude. He informed me that since I took too long to come back for my car, it was parked down the block around the corner. This was completely unacceptable and pissed me off, but I held my composure. I couldn't believe that the boss was talking to me disrespectfully as he told me that he purposely moved my car. He also said next time don't leave my car unattended, which made me feel even more uneasy. I feel he could have just moved my car a few feet away where there was parking. Furhermore, I think he feels because I am black and a woman, I was beneath him and could not speak to him how he was speaking to me. I continued to remain calm explaining to him that what he did was wrong, that there was no reason for this type of behavior. Anything could've happened to my car while it was parked far away on another street. His attitude and demeanor was disgusting and sad to see for a business. I will NEVER come to this car wash again and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. I feel the owner is prejudice towards minorities. If you're not a Muslim or East Indian, you will get downgraded, treated like crap and not respected. Horrible horrible service just disgraceful and tasteless.

My car was cleaner than when I went in and the staff wasn't bad but it didn't look like I had just come from the car wash. My windows were still dirty and they didn't dry my car properly at all so I had water stains that same day on multiple areas. I won't be going back and don't think it's worth the cost at all.

If u get ur car washed outside only.. they won't wipe the rims for water.. mind that the wheels are not cleaned in auto car wash. They are wiped to be clean. The attended said wherels aren't included in exterior wash only. I guess my wheels are inside the car.

I had a fantastic experience at Azad Car Wash from start to finish. I opted for the best wash level, and both the inside and outside of my car looked amazing. The staff worked incredibly hard and paid great attention to detail. I was thoroughly satisfied with the service and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for top-notch car wash services.

Such a scholar experience from last owners! I'm truly impressed with the service from the guys and Nicki gave me and my kids such a fun and outstanding experience checking out. She is hilarious and very welcoming. We will definitely be back for an oil change now that we know about the package deal with the car wash! 10 stars for sure!

I paid for an exterior car wash and a tire shine. There were areas on the window that weren't cleaned, dried bird poop on the car, and a very poor tire shine. Would not recommend.

$12.99 plus tax for an exterior car wash … more to use card. Multiple spots of bird ish still on the car, way more than I provided photos for. The interior of my car is wet since they opened it to spray wash prior to wash tunnel.2 stars for clean windows.

I paid $70 for the VIP package and the quality didn’t come close to matching the price. The results were unacceptable. The interior wasn’t polished properly—the center console was barely addressed, the back seats weren’t finished, and there was visible residue left behind. The exterior also wasn’t wiped down correctly. I watched the same towel used to apply product on the interior get used on the exterior, which left smears, drips, stains, and product residue on the paint. The tire shine was applied without drying the tires first, which caused it to drip everywhere and dull out very quickly. I understand the shop can get busy and techs have to move fast, but for $70 there should be at least one person dedicated to attention to detail and a proper final inspection. I hope management takes this feedback seriously, updates towel/cleaning practices, and tightens quality control. I’d be willing to give them another chance if improvements are made—or if they reach out to make this right.

If I could give a rating of -10, I would. I just don't have time to go back and demand my money back. I paid them $42, and they brought my dirty car back. I sent them back to have everything cleaned again, and look what I got. They should be shut down and sued. This isn't a car wash, it's a garbage!!!
