I am updated my review. 3/11/19 Visited this place 3-4 already and I can tell the quality of cleaning the car got much better. The car wash machines has new cleaning brushes and for each car there is one person who personally cleans your car. Thank you for that.

I wouldn't recommend it to anyone, the machine doesn't clean well. The car wash driver starts the car too quickly, causing the car to be in poor condition.

If you willing to redo everything after them than this is probably the place you may go, they always leave the car wet. Lately I have been asking them not to clean inside , since they use towels used to dry up outer part for inside. Windows are becoming even dirtier and spotty after them. Brushes are leaving some scratches, but today they scratched out my bumper feasibly. I asked the “manager “ to polish it somehow and he started shouting. I should have call cops but was in a rush. The worst service. P.S. the pictures are taken after they dried it over again. So, you can see their maximum effort.

One of the best car wash in the area there price might seem expensive but worth it always chose there Vip plus package they really do amazing job you always want to leave tip for them they do deep cleaning inside out and detailing polish and they also have very good car accessories and very good staff very professional I always clothes place and from past 04 year not ever think to go any where else its like a car spa for car heaven for person who love there vehicles. 100 💯 recommended

I am not satisfied with the work of the staff. They do their job very poorly, I really did not like how they washed, vacuumed and washed the windows so much with streaks that you can't see anything when driving. I had to go to another establishment to clean my car.

I have been coming here for ever. This is the best place for oil change and car wash. The prices actually went down in price. I recently took my mom’s car for a vip+ car wash. The manager noticed she had many scratches all around the car on his own with an amazing spray he got them all out. No need to go to a bodywork shop and pay hundreds of dollars. This place is awesome I definitely recommend this place.

This is a good car wash, any time you run your car through an automated wash you run a minimal risk for minor scratches, but I’ve never had that problem here. Their VIP services are very good and they take the time to do everything inside & out, and they move pretty quickly.

Got oil change today 9.11.24. These people don't k own what they are doing. They messed up my tire pressure from perfect 33 psi to 45 psi , glad I checked after driving my car on the highway, and it felt funny. Oil change was performed by a young kid and done incorrectly as well. Fresh oil was put in before the old oil was completely drained out. Now I am qr of oil short after it settled. Called and spoke with Armen - manager. No help at all. I was being nice explaining to him that his personnel is not properly trained, and he needs to invest time into telling them the way it is done. Instead of being professional and admitting the fault of his guys, he went offensive defensive. This is not how you handle customers' complaints . Pictures of the oil reservoir and wrong tire pressure were provided, and nothing was done on the business side. Stay away from this place unless you want your engine to blow up.

I'm a regular customer of your car wash, and the service is almost always quite good. I'll explain why I gave a low rating today, and I hope the manager will take note. Today, October 2, 2025, after the wash, I checked the mats, and they were dirty and very dusty. I returned and asked if they could clean the mats as usual. The head stuff at the entrance to the car wash told me that the machine that does this was broken. Then I asked to wash them with a power wash. He said I had to pay an additional $1 for each mat. I think this is unacceptable behavior from your staff, considering that I paid for the "super wash" service, which includes carpet cleaning. Thank you.

First time here customer. Was a bit confused about which way to enter for an oil change because the wash exit was a bit crowded. Best approach is to get the wash first, then do oil... Very fast, very efficient. great value for just oil change price, includes good exterior wash, fair interior wipe, weather mats.. would definitely come again

The worst service, do not wash your car here. They did not even vacuum my car and when I pointed that out, they just used regular wet towel.

Worst car wash ever. They washed my car with dry brushes and scratched the entire surface. Returned it dirty, streaky, and still wet — not even wiped down. They literally ruined my car for my own money. Even if they paid me, I would never come back. Do not recommend to anyone.

If you want to pay for a car wash and still have it left dirty COME HERE.. This place is nasty. Manager/ owner does not care for customer service. He is nasty with no respect. He let's his workers disrespect clients and sticks up for the workers that are wrong. If you want to waste your money and get disrespect this is the #1place for this. If I can give this place zero I would. Nasty customer service, horrible service and car was left dirty still. This place is disgusting

I have been coming here for an oil change for 15 years. Unfortunately, after my last visit, I'm not coming back. The ownership has changed hands, and it's not a change for better. Very disorganized, not thorough. Ladies, who used to work at the front desk, were much better than a person who works there now. I was sitting right in front and didn't hear that my car was called as ready. After some time, I looked outside, and it was already parked outside. Before now, a lady at the desk AND a mechanic would announce that your car is ready. You can't miss it. The car wash was mediocre.

Absolutely disgraceful service. I paid for a professional car wash, but instead, they ruined my interior. They left the floors completely flooded with water and threw dirty, wet mats back into the car. This level of negligence is unacceptable as it leads to mold, electrical issues, and a foul stench that is nearly impossible to remove. If you care about your vehicle's condition and your health, STAY AWAY from this place. They are amateurs who have no respect for the customer's property!!!!!
