Paid $15 for an exterior wash, tire shine, and carnauba wax. The attendant who took our money was friendly and personable. He happily walked us through our options and gave us the information we needed to make our choice. He told us they do a good job getting the bugs and dirt off, and he wasn't wrong. We were in and out quickly, and the truck looks great. For a mostly automated car wash (pre-treat, drying, and tire shine were applied by hand) the results are superior to the other car wash near by (many orders better). The pictures don't do it justice, but our dirty truck left the carwash quite shiny. This is now our preferred car wash.

I just wanna give Gary H a shout out. Garry is the guy who helps me every time I come there as I have a monthly membership which requires him to do some work on the kiosk. Garry always has a great attitude and he’s very helpful. He treats me with respect and dignity and I would highly recommend Hacienda for one reason and one reason alone Gary.. There are lots of car washes out there most of them do a good job, but Customer service is the name of the game that’s been forgotten We live in a world of apathy and it’s rare when someone is nice and helpful and Gary is nice and helpful.

Came here for a hand car wash they wanna charge me 100 bucks. They wasted my time 30 minutes into it. Nothing happening just people fighting all over.

Paid 37 dollars for a carwash. The dash still had dust on it. They did not wipe the hatch down. My car does not look like it was vacuumed . When asked if they could wipe down the armrest my husband was told to go across the street for detailing. I am very disappointed. I have never given a bad review online before. I would not use them .

I gave this place a second chance, but will not give it a third. I was very disappointed each visit. If you come here for an exterior wash, fine, just expect the same as a drive through gas station car wash. There are two major complaints I have. 1. When you pay for a full service clean and they don’t even touch your seats. They say it includes and interior vacuum and wipe down but the seats still have some hair on them and there’s dust on the dash board. 2. My biggest complaint is the people. Rude. Questioning your every choice and most of all they spray your car’s windshield down and then expect you to drive into the machine that pulls your car through the drive through wash LITERALLY BLINDED BY THE WATER. And they YELL at you if you hesitate because you’re afraid to completely wreck your tire/under carriage. No patience. I will not be coming here again.

I officially joined the Hacienda damaged car club! I was 3rd in line waiting to enter the tunnel when the employee who pre-sprays the front and brushes the back of the cars got lazy. Instead of swapping the brush for the spray hose after brushing the rear of the car in front of mine, he instead slammed the large scrub brush onto my windshield and began raking it aggressively back and forth. My wipers started (I leave them on until after they spray so that I can see to pull forward). The wiper blades got tangled up in the brush being yanked back and forth. One blade completely snapped off and, baton style, flipped through the air landing ten feet away. With a dirty car, only one wiper and dried suds coating the windshield I then drove to an appointment. When I returned to Hacienda, I was given a piece of paper to record my “complaint” as they were all out of forms. Not surprising. After writing a detailed account of the events, I then had to verbally explain it a second time to the owner. He never introduced himself. He denied fault. He offered no apology. He had a condescending attitude and smirked repeatedly while I explained how his employee, and not the machinery, had damaged my vehicle. He also crumpled up my written complaint in his hand like it was a piece of garbage as we talked. He offered to compensate me for only one replacement blade at first as if I would enjoy having two random blades for wipers. Although the damage was minor, the owner’s attitude was appalling. Find some of the bad reviews online and read the responses submitted by the owner if you think I am exaggerating.

Unimpressed. The man who greeted me was very kind and understood customer service. I opted for the basic detail which is $45 because my grandmother got a little bit of mud on my passenger floor mat yesterday. I figured while I waited I’d grab some food. They were completely out of chicken and I can’t have beef so I had no choice but to just sit around in their horrible shredded booth seats. They have a Pac-Man machine... only it costs money and I didn’t bring and cash let alone a roll of quarters with me. So I just sat and stares at my phone. 10 minutes in a scruffy older man came up to me demanding my keys he was extremely rude and when I told him I left them in the car as instructed he just walked off. 45 minutes in a guy comes and tells me my car is done. I walk out and the lady still working inside my car says it’s not done. 15 minutes later I am told it’s done again. When I get in my car I see that my seat has been moved up super close to the wheel and I didn’t have it programmed yet so I had to sit there and try to adjust my seat while one of the attendings stood behind my car waving for me to back up even though I have a backup camera. I also noticed they have moved all of my belongings into my center console including a juice box... why on earth would I want a juice box in my center console. They threw out my REUSABLE hard plastic Starbucks cup. And worst of all the mud spot is still there!!

The Hacienda Car Wash has been around for quite awhile now. I like the new look. All of the employees are always very nice. The food is great. Every time I come to this place they always do a great job on all of my vehicles. I would highly recommend them. If anyone is in the area looking to get their vehicles washed come to this place. In my opinion this is still the best place to go for hands on experience.

Never coming back. Got to car wash at 2pm. They convinced me to do the mini detail for $130. I paid at 2:15. At 3:35 my 23' bronco had still not been started, multiple cars that arived after me were taken first. They magically started on it as soon as I complained.

When I arrived I was given a 1:30-2 hour time estimate for a full detail, but it took them 5 hours to complete my car. I did ask them to provide me with an estimate of time a few times during the wait and they could not tell me how much longer. I also heard the employees complaining about another customer and how she was complaining about the wait time. I did give them feedback that they should be more accurate because I did not have 5 hours to wait and would have not chosen to give them my car if I had known the timing. When I received my car I had a huge gash in my leather on my passenger side. This was not a professional experience and I would not recommend using this place.

Been here many times and just gets worse lately. Definitely not worth the price anymore for me. Not sure if the employees there are unhappy or just lazy. Half the inside wasn’t even wiped down. Rims look like they cleaned them with a toilet bowl cleaner. Also was charged for a “oversized vehicle” in a small midsize suv lol

Absolutely great! This was the 3rd time we've gone through here for my man's truck and each time black beauty has came out pristine after her muddin excursions. We found super minor scratches after going through the wash but the same car wash place has services for that! So that'll be the next visit for sure lol other than that, they did a great job inside and out.

1st time here, won't be back. Paid for Extra Supreme Exterior and it was no different from an $8 basic at any other carwash. When I asked the guy with a ponytail about the tires they didn't touch I was scolded for holding my ticket, told to pull forward and a young lady obviously in a bad mood spent 2 minutes walking around the vehicle with spray bottle and brush. Really disappointed.

Not impressed. Photo taken after I left and was parked across the street at Costco. I know that many bugs didn’t hit the front of the vehicle on the 1/4 mile drive. I have had equally bad results on a much more expensive wash at their Greenville, TX location. So sad!

Used to like this place it's been a while since I got a wash here however, everyone was so RUDE the guy selling the washes outside first made me feel like I was bothering him (seemed mad) and then got testy when I didn't buy the wax or the tire shine (I thought $27.00 was enough to spend on just a wash and that's really all I needed) Then charged me extra for a large Vehicle, I have a Tuson, that was weird. The people vacuuming were just as rude and told me I had to stay in my car?? (that's new to me) Now you would think with all the car washes popping up all over they would do better to retain customers, (I know I'm in customer service & this was very poor) guess they don't care anymore. Well, I will say the guy wiping my door jams at the end who didn't speak English very well did ask me how my day was, that was nice. All in all, it was just an overpriced rude experience for me, and I won't go back. Way too many other choices and better pricing around here.

Update: I gave them another chance this morning and it was a huge mistake. Not only is there trash left on my floorboard, but also in my Cupholders. My seats were not even vacuumed out. $35 for a cleaning and then being charged two extra dollars for having a larger vehicle for them not to even vacuum the seats or get all the trash out is absolutely ridiculous. Not only did they do a bad job cleaning my car. The cat that was inside, kept grabbing a hold of my ankles while I was waiting, and now I have scratches because of it. I continue to give this place a chance and every time it’s disappointing. This is the second time in a year I have given this place a chance to detail my car. Paid $130 and waited 2 hours (after being told it would only take 1 hour.) My car is still dirty! How can you look at this and say it’s clean?
