Took my car here in an early morning for a quick wash ended up paying $15 for a very minuscule wash that didn’t clean up at all. Firstly when I got there, the guy would not stop trying to offer me different sales tactics and different methods of trying to buy their ultimate plan. After my car wash, I went to go vacuum my car as you normally do after a car wash and lo and behold. They have no towels available for customers, like what?????? you’re charging $10 a wash base price and can’t even offer towels for the customers like every other car wash place. Five minute limits on vacuums. And my car at the end of the day after paying $15 for an extra polish as the guy recommended which would clean my car was still in fact dirty. No they did not offer a towel dry. and when I showed the guy my car, he said that’s your problem and then pointed at my car again. At the end of the day had to grab a towel from my car and wipe down the entire thing myself after my $15 car wash, which couldn’t even get off the small bugs or bird poop that I ended up getting off with the towel, definitely won’t be returning here again anytime in the future. This has ruined any chance of me visiting another caramel car wash in the future.

The worst! Why have a wash that isn’t worth anything and won’t get anything off your vehicle? I’ve been to many car washes and even at the lowest they spray your car to soften the dirt before it goes into get washed. This place is only concerned about upcharging your wash! If you want good customer service avoid this place

Terrible wash and dry. I asked for a 15$ wash and the employee asked if I wanted to do the reward card where I get a free wash after 5 washes. She didn’t say there would be an additional fee so I said OK well later on I checked my credit card bill and I was charged $75 from this place. What a total scam I think I will dispute my credit card charge. It also doesn’t even look like I went through the car wash as I have buggy marks and dirt still all over my truck. Don’t even get me started on the dryer because my truck was still super wet after going through the dryer.

Terrible carwash. Don’t waste your time or money. Car was still dirty after wash. Manager said get a hand wash. So they can wipe the dirt off instead of cleaning the car then wiping to get the remaining water off. That should tell you enough. They want you to upgrade your wash so they can wipe the dirt off because the wash doesn’t clean the car. Dirt on hood, back passenger windows and rear window. Manager wiped the dirt off.

I paid $25 for a car wash. Still dirt on my car and water drops everywhere. No towels provided to dry off car. For the price I will be going elsewhere

The Worst CARWASH and the worst management team I had brought my brand new truck I just bought asked them before I go through the wash if my truck fits and they said yes !!my truck leave the wash with scratches on the passenger side after talking to the employee and she apologized and took pictures she said come back when manager is working and went back 3 times to finally be able to catch the manager and the manager start asking me of how do u think that happened and I told her how base of my experience of running a CARWASH for 6 years it’s common she goes oh okay but I watch the camera and that didn’t happen here as if she has cameras inside her brushes not saying I saw those scratches before u get the wash no because she can’t say that my truck is brand new they refused to take liability in the worst way possible you guys gonna be hearing from my attorney soon for scamming people to sell their monthly passes they would tell u anything just to buy their monthly pass

If I could give 0 starts I would. My 2010 Prius is in good shape. And their car wash BROKE OFF MY SPOILER. The young kid who is a manager came out and told me it would take 1-2 days then he said 1-4 days to just get a reply. He then said they will probably not fix it because it is older than 7 years old. I raised my voice and he then claimed I threatened his life and called the police. DO NOT GO TO THIS CAR WASH EVEN IF IT IS FREE!!!!!

I like that whoever cleans my car is through and that there isn't a strong chemical smell from cleaning solutions are used. Also, the price for full service is more than reasonable, as well as the monthly membership. 👌

Unless you want to over pay for them to detail your car, be prepared to have 0 equipment available to you and only have 5 minutes to vacuum with the smallest nozzle. Will never come back.

So sad about this. My partner is a really loyal client of this business and that’s why I started using it, I went in there yesterday 0815/24 and I paid for the full service $40, my car needed it as I have 2 kiddos and they usually leave crumbs in the seats, I tipped the lady without checking the car first because honestly I trusted them and I thought the car was as clean as it usually is. Then I got home and my car still has crumbs, the lady took only like 5-7 minutes to clean it, when they usually take at least 10. So this is disappointing, I spent $50 on my car and I didn’t receive the service I expected, I might not come back.

I’ve been to the Forest Ln location a few times now and am blown away by them. For only $20, you can go through the automatic and they’ll hand dry the outside after, plus shine your tires. I’ve been to other places that charge way more for less. I also got the full service detail this time and was amazed at how well the two ladies did. I worked with Leo and he was also great. 5/5 highly recommend them!

I have always liked Carmel Car Wash, and have used several locations in DFW over the last 15 years. This location is new, nice, and so clean. I went early on a Saturday morning and service was efficient and very thorough. The crew was friendly, my car was spotless inside and out when it was finished, and I was done within 30-45 minutes.

I paid $35 for a full service car wash, but received zero customer service . The experience felt rushed , and I didn’t get what I paid for. I expect more from a business that offers “full service.” Definitely disappointed and won’t be returning.

Car washes are popping up all over the place. This is very nice one. Wash equipment and vacuums are in great shape and the grounds and building are clean. They will do everything for you or they will let you clean and vacuum your own car.

I got the $45 full service car wash. Customer service was terrible. I understand there are language barriers and that’s okay but the scowl on the lady’s face when I was addressing her was too much. I’m like lady you shouldn’t act that way with someone that is supposed to tip you. Please train your staff to to be courteous to all customers. The Arlington location has a better and friendlier staff. I always tip them well.
