The windshield roller that dries your windshield is the worst part of the car wash. All it does is rub soap streaks on your windshield. They should remove the roller. They have no way to turn it off per your cars account. I have ask many times. Plus all the clean towels are never dry. They also always leave streaks on your windows.

I’m really not happy with the new management/name of this place. In the past three months, every time I’ve come to wash my car, there’s been some kind of issue with the system. It’s honestly ridiculous. The only reason I’ve stayed is because it’s close to my home, but with all these ongoing problems, I can’t even wash my car as often as I want to—even though I pay for a monthly membership. It feels like my money is going down the drain. If you don’t mind waiting—not because of lines, but because the system is always down—then maybe this place is for you. But for me, it’s been nothing but frustration.

From the moment I pulled up, the entire place felt welcoming, organized, and well-run, but what truly made the difference was Humberto. Humberto went far above and beyond what you’d expect from a car wash. Not only did he greet me with a smile and genuine enthusiasm, but he also took the time to walk me through the different wash packages without ever making me feel pressured. He listened to what I was looking for, made helpful suggestions, and explained the benefits clearly. That level of personal attention is rare these days, and I immediately felt like I was in good hands. As I drove through, everything was spotless and well-maintained. The equipment was modern, the wash tunnel ran smoothly, and I could tell that cleanliness and quality really matter to the team here. When I came out the other side, my car looked like it had just rolled off the showroom floor. The shine was incredible, the windows were crystal clear, and even the tires had that perfect polished look. What stood out the most was Humberto’s professionalism and pride in his work. He circled back afterward to check if I was happy with the results, and when he noticed a tiny spot on my mirror, he personally made sure it was wiped down to perfection. That level of care and detail is something I’ll remember. It wasn’t just a car wash, it was an experience of true customer service. I’ve been to plenty of car washes around DFW, but none of them compare to the service and quality I received here. Humberto is an absolute asset to this location, friendly, knowledgeable, and clearly passionate about making customers feel valued. I left not only with a sparkling car but also with the certainty that this is the only place I’ll be bringing my vehicles from now on. If you’re in Rowlett or even nearby, do yourself a favor and come here. And if you’re lucky enough to be helped by Humberto, know that you’re in for the best car wash experience you’ll ever have. I bought a special package for the inside and outside for $49.99 the car wash was good, but the guys were great. Inside looks good as new. Did not take long. They have a waiting area with coffee, so no complaints. I will get this special again! I would like to see them tape down the rear windshield wiper on my SUV. The blade was ripped. It was old, but other car washes I've gone through they've taped it and it's never ripped. It was just both ends for about an inch and I replaced it

Just started coming here and they never disappoint. Have never seen my car more clean and shiny compared to other places! Their sop and formula is good. The nice ladies took care of my car after, from drying , shining my tires to the detail inside 10/10. Will be back again! The manager Frank even came outside to make sure I was taken care of while waiting for my car to be finished.

Took the truck in for a free wash as offered from Instagram. Everything washed clean, except it seemed to have left this hard residue/damaged the clear coat of the hood. In addition, it left some kind of lines on the side of the truck’s passenger front door. This being a free wash, I was testing to see if it was a good car wash. Based on this experience, I will not be coming back. Avoid this if you want your vehicle’s paint intact.

I just took my wife's slightly dirty car here for a full service wash since I just had surgery and can no longer do it myself (for now). There were no signage for choices of washes so I asked for a menu. The lack of transparency in service/pricing is unacceptable in my opinion and borderline dishonest. The guy handed me a 4 page booklet that contained all monthly fee only service/pricing. I said I don't want a monthly subscription, all I need is a wash, exterior/interior wipe down, wheels wiped and tire dressing. He said $59. I should of driven off, but had people waiting behind me and went ahead and had them do it. I really feel like they took advantage of me in the moment. After they were done I noticed a few things missed so I pulled into a bay and took care of it myself. Inside windshield had smudges, water was running down the side from the gas filler door so I wiped it out, bugs still all over the mirrors, grill and front license plate. They came off with a small amount of effort. I would think a $59 price would get you a more thorough wash. There are two other car washes in town, so this is my last visit here.

I have had the monthly membership for a year. On 6/30 I had my car washed and the soap or wax or something ruined the back of my car under my back window. That morning my car was fine as I had put stuff in my trunk. After I washed my car, it was ruined. It looks like the top coat of paint or wax is stripped. I called and left a message. No call back. I went and canceled my membership. The guy denied that their car wash would do this to my car. Beware!!

Went and got another wash today and again stuff is still on the window. The inside was done pretty well. Wish they would do the sunroof. Quality of service is not consistent. Usually I am pretty pleased with the service I get. Today when I pulled up the employee that asks what service you want is always rude today was no different. However my windows were not cleaned well stuff was still on them and the backseat of my car didn't look like it was wiped down. Maybe today was an off day.

Beware. I’ve been a loyal member here for a couple of years and have always enjoyed it. I even told anyone who would listen how much I liked this place — Until now. Pricing: The lack of transparency with pricing is frustrating, especially regarding the family membership. There’s never a straightforward answer, and even the website seems designed to confuse customers instead of helping them. That’s just bad business. Employees/Management: I’ve overlooked a lot over time, but after today, I can’t anymore. We asked the employee at the front (light brown skin, leg tattoos) for clarification about the family membership. He’s been rude before, but this time he actually got in my daughter’s face when she asked for membership clarification. Other employees even apologized for his behavior — which tells you everything. Management should seriously reconsider having him as the first point of contact. He might be knowledgeable, but he’s clearly unhappy and unfriendly most of the time. Service: The car wash itself has also declined. On my last visit, the wash stopped twice mid-cycle. The vacuums in the first stall were still broken, and in the second stall, only one of two was working. Thankfully, a kind customer shared hers with me. I was hopeful that the new management would bring improvements, but it doesn’t seem that way. It’s disappointing to see what was/could be a great car wash go downhill. I’m now looking into other locations with better service, friendlier staff, and more transparent pricing

A old male employee was really flirty and made me super uncomfortable. Insane. I’ve never had that happen and I never thought it even possible. Bro put his finger on my driver window and acted like he was caressing my face. Cringy and gross. Idk whether to laugh or be mad. Can a girl just run errands in peace? Also they got rid of their $8 wash. I usually go to carnation because of the better service, better value and time efficiency but it’s sad to see this new management run this place poorly.

I visited the car wash a couple of days ago. There were employees at the drive up pay kiosk. I was offered an unlimited car washes package trial special offer. 3 months for $9.95. No contract. I can choose to renew or cancel at the end of the 90 days. I paid with credit card. I later registered my car on lne (lic plate #, model and color of my vehicle etc. I then receive notification that my next charge will appear on my card in 30 days! Not 90 like the employee stated. I did not misunderstand him. The trial 90 day offer was what convinced me to buy in. Either the employee was lying in order to sign people up or the billing system is in error. I emailed to complain last night. Still no response by phone or email. I do NOT recommend Raceway. Dishonest and misleading.

Now I see why they only have 4 stars! These have got to be the laziest guys man. There was still mud below my fenders and I asked the Hispanic juice head guy at the front drive thru, “hey can you pressure wash this mud off please” he tells me to “show” him, I showed him all the mud still there and I also told him brother i pay like $100/month for this, He replies’ you pay $70 a month lol like that’s the issue.. I said brother I tip every time! For this bs service! the least y'all can do is have some integrity and get this mud off without complaining! and telling me he can’t hold up the line to pressure wash my truck.umm.. so what’s the point of a CAR WASH! Canceled my membership immediately! Also super empty on a Saturday? I wonder why? Staff sucks and needs new management.

Came here for the first time after new management took over and seems the place has gone somewhat down hill. - Basic wash costs $12 now instead of $10 - The dryers at the end of the wash leaves the car still covered in water - The carpet cleaning machine drain was stopped up so nothing but dirty water at the base where your floor mats slide down, leaving your mats dirtier than before - No clean towels at any of the vacuum stations - Positive note: workers here are nice I came here because of convenience, but now this place inconveniences me with the final result of my car. No I dont want to email you about this matter, just wanted to let other people know.

My husbands truck was so dirty. But we had a parsdeto be in so it’s needed a detail. They called it “restoration clean” a yes it needed that. They did a great job. It was $300 just for the inside but they made it look great. He is a painter/contractor and had never been detailed in many years so we did not mind the price because they did such a good job. I have a membership for my car. I wish they had family rates so my husband would come more often 😆. I gave 4 stars instead of 5 because the seats were soaking wet so were the floor mats. It seems they could have wet vacuumed or something. Left the truck with a bad smell. But the job itself was great. Thanks Juan.

This is a GREAT car wash every time I go! The vacuums work really good, the towels are a Bonus and the customer service has always been good to me. Got my seats detailed recently and they did an excellent job. I have been a customer here since they opened and plan to stay.

I wish you would remove the tip container at the beginning of the wash. Since that has been added the quality of your workers brushing off the front the window and the back of the car has really gone down. I pay for a monthly service and don't feel it's right that I have to tip your workers for them to do a good job that they were hired for. I'm gonna give it just a little bit longer then will be moving to a different wash. The quality is lacking at this point.
