great old fashioned car wash. I wash my Jeep there since the automated ones don't get into the crevices. always clean and always maintained.

I noticed sometimes people will be vacuuming their cars. and whole the car wash area hostage. and you can't cut in front of them. That's a little frustrating .but other than that it's a nice place.

A couple of vacuums dont work and a towel vending machine kept my money and didn't give me a towel. However, overall its my favorite DIY car wash around the area.

Good water pressure. The water is heated, but not hot - better than 90% of other places. All functions work well. Takes credit cards.

The numbers given if your money is eaten by the machines are fraud. We can't contact l&j Carwash directly. Who do I talk to to get my money back it ate up a dollar in quarters. Why would I trust them with their credit card machine if I can't get my quarters back. I want my money back.

Everything has always worked as expected as far as wax, tire cleaner, vacuums. Owner clearly takes care of the place. The one in Rockwall by hobby lobby should take notes.

I spent 3 dollars on my credit card for the vacuum and it charged me 10 dollars, no management phone number so I guess they can screw me out of 7 dollars and run. Absolutely unprofessional.

For $2 I can wash and rinse my CR-V. The car was is clean and their machine takes bills, without the usual rejection rate you experience at other washes. It is easy to get into and out of on 66.

My experience and L and J wasnt a great one. The bay I choose tire cleaner option and foam brush wasn't operational. However the water temperature and pressure was perfect. Hopefully my luck is better next time.

Definitely don't use your card at this car wash. I was charged $10 for vacuuming my car for 5min. I wash my car very often and have never paid that much. Otherwise its ok.

I wash my car here all the time and today I used the Credit Card machine and to my luck it over charged me. I pushed the button until it told me it was $4 dollars and hen my bank sent me a notification it was for $10! This is deft in my eyes. I just want the difference back. Ridiculous.

Old facility. It does take credit/debit cards which puts a $10 hold then updates to final sale within a week so no biggie. Not sure, but I'd imagine they don't allow buckets to wash as that's usually the case with these self-serve washes. And like these types of car washes, especially old ones like this one, the foaming brush will scratch up your paint. The worst thing about this place is the "Spot Free Rinse" as it always leaves plenty of water spots all over. I only use this place to spray the bugs off before going to one of the automated car washes down the road (those don't get them off even with the top wash selection!). I can't wait until the new car wash gets built and opens close by.

I love that this location accepts credit cards, who carries cash anymore? The soap brush, water wands and selections all worked fine. The entrance/exit is a bit sketchy for any low profile cars though, so beware for that. Daily driver's okay.

So I washed my car yesterday. The coin machine is out of service so luckily I had my debit card with me. It says 2$ for wash for 5:20 minutes of wash time. An additional 25 cents per button you select. I washed and used soap. Come to find out later the machine charged me 10$!!! Do not come here unless you wanna get robbed for 8$

Love this car wash. Everything usually works and the price is reasonable. Only complaint: I go about once a month and out of the past five times I’ve gone, I’ve gotten a nail in my tire on three of them. Would be nice if someone would just roll the parking lot with a magnet once a day.

Convenient, clean bays and good pressure on the sprayers. Tad expensive for a DIY carwash. Imo

Good car wash. Very bubbly on the foam brush. 1.00 dollar to start. Looks old but controls are updated to tap button speaking controls pretty cool. No twisty dials. Good pressure. No complaints here.

I put a 20 dollar bill in the machine and it gave me 10 dollars worth of quarters. I’d like the owner to contact me please. This is not the first time either. I’ve let it go before but this isn’t right.

Use a debit card. Easy peasy. Honestly, got me considering dropping my subscription to Raceway car wash. Got a good wash and vacuum for less money. Gotta use some elbows lol but Raceway makes you dry the car off anyway and hits the car with rough bristles. Jmo but imma about to go back to my roots. It's a good spot.
