I enjoyed the fast check in with 3 scanners to choose from, the Express wash was fine. There are plenty of clean towels and the vacuums are powered enough. Nevertheless the vacuum area is kind of small, but it worked out fine for me.

They scratched the trunk of my car with the hand brush they use when entering the machines. Also... My car used to come out of the machine dry. Now it comes out with spots. They started off great and I had the deluxe fast pass for nearly three years. Now I'm disappointed.

Twenty dollars and there are still bugs all over the front and the windshield. As for the spot-free rinse? Lol. The self-service car wash I go to does a better job. I’ve given the benefit of the doubt but after frequent trips the results aren’t getting any better.

I had free coupon and used the service. I would say one of the best car wash in the town. The car came really shiny and clean. Really appreciate the service and the excellent setup. I think it’s one of the lengthy space for the car wash area which allows the car to stay under wash for a long time and that’s the key for the key for the excellent results.

One of many to choose from. Exterior looks apealing. Three scanner to use. One for VIP members. Normal selection at regular prices. Car wash is good, blow dryers work but leave lots of water on car. Plenary of towels to use at one central location of pick up and drop off. Air blower is nice, two different vacuum handles are good. Suction is weak. Most likely will try another location next as I’m not from here.

Update- this place doesn’t get enough credit for always doing the right thing if they see a wash they aren’t happy with. They are number one in the area. This car wash is always solid. The vacuums always work really well. The dog wash is always great to use for small medium or large dogs even if the car wash misses the rear of your truck they’ll send you back through for free. The rain guarantee on the premium wash is definitely worth it in the Texas uncertain spring time

Very nice place with plenty of vacuum stations. The vacuums are some of the best that I have ever used. I got the basic wash and it cleaned quite well for only $7. Wish there were some mat washing machines though.

I’ve used this place many times before with no issue. But today halfway through the washer I heard a loud pop. Obviously I inspected the car afterwards and found the black paint on one of my rims had a big scrape on it. Scraped the paint off. It definitely wasn’t there before.

Very disappointing and I would not recommend visiting. The wash left a milky spotted finish and the vacuums have almost no suction. Not a place for dog owners especially! Had to go get it redone elsewhere. Here are photos after vacuuming and washing.

Second time I’ve paid for deluxe wash and not had tire cleaner/treatment applied. No one checked the receipt. 07/21 @ 11 am. Front end still not “clean”. Vacuum stations are excellent and microfiber towels a plus. But if I don’t get what I pay for, I’m looking elsewhere.

I’ve appreciated the quality of the wash service since this opened. I truly appreciate having compressed air and cleaner at each vacuum station. Most people wouldn’t expect or know how helpful that is. Also having clean towels to dry the vehicle is excellent as well! My only gripe is that the property is pretty small so getting in and out of the drying stalls in a larger vehicle can be pretty tough even for competent drivers. Even still a great semi self serve car wash.

Oriental looking guy in the tunnel entrance was unfriendly and rude. He gave me bad looks when I was aligning my car with the tunnel rails. He gave me signs and then looked somewhere else therefore it took me some time to do the aligning becasue he wasn't paying attention. Not sure if he had this attitude because I wasn't buying some of the most expensive washes.

My experience at this car wash was extremely disappointing. As my car was entering the wash, the staff member motioned for me to come forward which i did but I heard a loud noise and then he motioned to the right but it was too late. After I parked i noticed this resulted in my front driver's wheel rim breaking, and despite the obvious damage, they didn't offer any assistance or even acknowledge their mistake. It's frustrating to receive such poor service and my car wasn’t even clean after the wash.

Jerry & his team are great to work with. I've been a member of this car wash since it opened. If I ever have an issue which is not often I can go to his team to get it resolved. My car is always looking clean and able to vacuum it as well. Tires come out shining if you opt to have that package plan or purchase it when choosing the wash. Bonus is a dog wash which is definitely worth it just due to not having to use the tube or outside area especially when it is so hot. It also provides any chemicals needed to wash your dog. I highly recommend checking it out so you can make a decision as we have so many car washes but not with a Dog wash.

The dog wash used to be excellent. I just used it yesterday, and the water was ice cold so much that my fingers were numb. There was very little soapso that I need to rewash my dogs somewhere else because they really aren't clean.

I’ve been to this establishment multiple times with negative outcomes but today is by far the worst experience I’ve had. The workers never pre-scrub properly, always on their phones and they don’t direct you when pulling in to the conveyor belt - my rims have been scratched multiple times from this place for that reason. The last time I complained they took 3 weeks to respond and then denied responsibility.. To top it off, my car is still dirty from today’s wash as seen in the photos (this has been the case every time I go there). There is still soap on the hood of my car and I’m left with watermarks everywhere. Clean your cars elsewhere

Not happy with the wash at all. Truck was still dirty and soap splatter everywhere. Seems as if you go through too fast and the rinse is too quick. Rather go to Fuel City. At least you get a wipe down and tire shine for the same $20.
