This car wash has a pretty good membership program, so we can go back as many times as we want our need to wash and/or vacuum our vehicles. I just hate driving a dirty car around. They tend to go fast and provide microfiber towels to dry off the last drops. They even have air to blow off some of the water, at at least one location.

Wanted to give Jennie the manager at this location a big thank you and shout out! Went through wash and she told us about this new treatment called Graphene. Jennie took her time explaining everything, what it does and all the benefits to it that I knew I had to try it. I am SO glad I did! My car has never looked cleaner. The shine is UNREAL and literally NO WATER SPOTS! I promise the Graphene is well worth it and will not disappoint! It is an absolute must when washing car! I was so impressed I had to take a picture. Shine speaks for itself! Thank you Jennie for putting my car washing game on another level. 🙌🙏💯

my brand new, 2025 Tacoma (less than 3k miles) passenger mirror paint was scratched by the machine at the Loma Linda location. Very disappointing and frustrating.

My pop has been having his truck washed here since they opened and always raves about it, I finally took our family Jeep and now I love it as well! Super thick soap with a double brushing and the blow driers are very effective not to mention the cloth dry final stage. Great value and the vacuum is free! Will be back regularly for sure! :)

This is based on the Loma Linda facility. Still good value for the price. It’s clean and the staff is friendly. Washing apparatus’ are usually working and the vacuums and hand air blowers are excellent. IMO the monthly subscription is the way to go. UPDATE: Had to knock a star off. They no longer provide the had held air blowers and they seem to be using less soap. Prices have went up a bit too.

Ive been there a handful of times and it’s always something. The previous time the payment machine was glitching, the barrier wouldn’t go. The basic wash isn’t great, so I get the top one. The last time the employee was really judgmental about me not wanting the membership. He started to sound annoyed as he informed me that it was going to rain. I just said “im ok”. Trying to move on. He hands me my receipt, and said “oh and here’s your coupon for when it rains tomorrow” I realized that every interaction with staff has been super awkward or mildly aggressive. Reasons I USED TO like going: -loots of space (large parking area for vacuuming) -quiet area -fast And YES, I’ve gone on grey gloomy days because there are less people. Also, NOTHING ABOUT ME OR MY CAR says “we care about the aesthetic of this situation” absolutely nothing. This car is insured cause the government makes me. It’s not a “car wash membership” car my guy.

I was charged twice for six months, be cause some one created me two accounts, when I found out I went to talk with the manager who said he will contact his boss also said not to worry my refund will issue between 5-7 days, I wait for about a month but I did not received my refund. So I decide to go to talk the person on charge that day which could find my account and made to go home to print all those months, so he finally found my other account then I signed a complaint/refund form which he will submitted to his boss name Ahmad, but again after one month I still did not received any refund ! I am convinced that this place a a fraud with a worse costumer service ever!!!

I was assisted by Alex and Abigail representatives. Alex assisted my with locating my account and updating my card information. Abigail was very helpful also in instructing me with my new vehicle neutral mode access her clear instructions help me secure the vehicle in neutral mode. She pre washed sprayed all the areas of my SUV very quickly but thoroughly. Great customer service with a smile and genuine. Thank you.

I Went to get my car washed. As I finished paying the machine "broke" the screen turned red and displayed "not in service" i was charged but the gate did not lift up and it did not print my receipt. The woman working the entry said "let me go get my manager" when she came back she told me the machine had "broke" and I needed to switch sides. I confirmed I was charged i even showed my bank account as proof. The manager had arrived at that point and told me I had to "pay again" he said "if you were charged the gate would of opened up and you would of got a receipt". I told him "the machine broke so how would it do either of those things". I was told again I have to pay again. I declined because I didn't want to pay twice. I left. With a dirty car even though i had paid for a car wash. I guess I have to just dispute the chargers as fraudulent to my bank. I've been going here for years. A good customer lost to horrible customer service.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I came to this car wash because my girlfriend has a membership but for some reason it was not working when we pulled up. Jesshar was the one who greeted me at the booth and he handled everything with so much kindness and professionalism. He did not make it awkward or complicated he just genuinely wanted to help and made the whole situation smooth and easy. Customer service like that really stands out and because of how welcoming and helpful he was I am honestly considering getting a membership myself. It is rare to come across people who treat you with that level of respect and positivity and I truly appreciate the experience.

This review is for Barton. The people are welcoming. My complaint is about the basic car wash. I've been going here for awhile but lately the wash has gone down hill and not really doing as great of a job leaving my car dirty in some areas. Also, I literally have to hand dry my WHOLE car off now which is ridiculous. I don't always have time for that plus I'm paying for the full service. Can you improve the drying at the end of the tunnel??
