I've been here before when they first opened and they did a great job to get my car clean. This time when I went to get my car washed my car was sitting with 3 months worth of dirt and hugs on it. Since I knew that I got the top tier wash and when I went to park it at the vacuums I noticed the bugs were still there. I was disappointed. I also noticed that they use to use softer water as well it seems they are using hard water because I have spots left on my car.

I enjoy going to this one more, possibly because it's newer. The machines, and the tumble dry machine do a good job. Staff for the most part are pretty good, and actually try to pre rinse your vehicle. Overall, not bad.

Definitely one of the worst car washes I have ever gotten. I don’t think they washed my car at all. Tried to ask the staff if there was a resolution and they said they would send my car thru for a 2nd time but that the machine does not work well if you have went more than a few weeks without a car wash. After going thru TWO times these are the pics of all the dirt still on the vehicle. Pretty pathetic service!

my favorite spot to wash my car in the area. compared to quick quack car wash in north fontana, it gets my car much cleaner & their vacuums are significantly stronger & a slim shape to get into the crevices. also have good deals! highly recommend this spot! usually not super busy, always a few spots for vacuums open.

This car wash experience was very unique compared to what we have in Canada. I needed to tidy up a rental before returning to the airport and was very pleased with my experience at this establishment. There was no line, so I drove in and was greeted by a very friendly representative who kindly explained and answered all of my questions. Once I selected a package and paid, I received a receipt with a coupon for half off of my next car wash, a car freshener, and a wipe for my dashboard. Then I drove in and was guided by another worker onto the pulley that guided my vehicle through the car wash. The car wash itself went smoothly. Then, upon exiting, we pulled into one of the vacuum stalls and vacuumed up all of the dust that remained from our trip to the desert. Overall, it was a very convenient and pleasant stop on our trip and I was able to return my sparkling clean rental car to the airport right after.

This is my favorite place to take my car for a wash. I used to go to the one located at tippencanou in san bernadino when visiting a friend and came to find out there's one close by my house I am glad there's is. My car comes out very shiny and clean and the prices are very economical. Thank you all at fast5Xpress.

Customer service is so bad here now, the vacuum section is so small and always filled up, be careful of some of the pot holes around this place, very dangerous.

I was excited to try this place given the great rating. Was disappointed for two reasons. Not only that the guy directed me driving through the car washing tunnel was rude and unhelpful, but also did my car license plate frame get damaged after being washed.

Today Tuesday was my first time to this brand new car wash my experience was EXCELLENT, the staff is nice and friendly the 2 guys working today at noon came out to greet me and told me about their rewards program and car wash silver and gold plan !! Everyone is so nice and friendly and very informative. excellent car wash Very clean The staff are great The vacuums are powerful Super clean Easy access My car looks great 100% recommend this car wash and also summer is here the shades are great to protect you from the sun when vacuuming and cleaning your car 👌👌👌👌

The manager's service was terrible. I went in to have my car washed, but he didn't wash it properly, and it ended up worse. He didn't refund me. He doesn't deserve any stars... and the other employees were much nicer.

Best car wash in Vancouver! Car is always super clean and shiny and great wheel well brushes. The founders club membership is a no brainer in price compared to the pricing of others in the area. A free towel station, floor mat cleaning machine, and super strong vacuums that are on each side of the car! Go here, you won’t be disappointed!

Simply SUPERB! Fast5Xpress Car Wash (that's a mouthful) is a quick, effective car wash! For $8 you get a quality wash that ensures your entire vehicle is scrubbed. I think there's real value here, it's more affordable than some other places! Also, the car wash itself is kept clean and free of trash. I experienced no wait time and even had a great opportunity to vacuum! Love that the location offers self-serve vacuuming. Lastly, the location has car fresheners and other items needed to tidy up or refresh your car.
