This is our normally where we come for our wash because they do a great job. However this time was the exception. I wish Google would allow me to show the entire video. Does the truck look better, sure. Was it a job well done worth $66, absolutely not!

HORRIBLE trailer wash out. They charge $47 and dont even wash the sides or the top of the trailer, ONLY the bottom. They should tell people this before they mislead them into believing its a full washout. Just go to the Blue Beacon, you will get a way better washout there. I think ICE needs to make a stop by this place.

Hello everyone, if you're really looking to throw your money away, come here. The cleanliness is absolutely disgusting. The staff are disrespectful. The woman working at the market is also very rude.

Guy said it was the end of his shift so he picked the dirtiest greasiest brush to mop half the truck because luckily he missed the rest of the truck. After I told him about the grease all he said was”ok” but my shift is over.

Edit review 8/28/24 … there is No excuse to leave blood 🩸 in my trailer after a washout.. I got to my appointment in San Diego, California when I Backed into the dock to be loaded… The loader refused to load me because of blood left in my trailer. I have pictures( couldn’t see it from the ground)… now I am delayed until 7 AM when they trailer washes open here in San Diego… Of course I have receipt… And I am so highly upset and disappointed and my load had to be rescheduled. Thank you very much. and then there’s nobody to answer the phone and it keeps going to the loud beeping sounds. I have tried and called over 15 times in the last two hours unbelievable This place is awesome the people are so friendly The service is fast they give you a choice out of a water wash out or soap and chemical wash out They do close early on Saturday 2 PM

Definitely not worth the 2 hour wait in line! I remember back in the day Little Sister’s use to be the place to get your stuff washed and detailed but not so much anymore. My bill was $159 for truck and trailer, tires, wax, and rain-x. There was so many places on the truck and trailer that wasn’t even touched! Then when I told the one employee about all the places missed, he had nothing but excuses! This is not the way to run a business in these tough times or anytime!

Absolutely appalling experience at this truck wash. I paid $117.99 for a truck wash and engine cleaning, expecting a comprehensive service. Instead, I was nickel-and-dimed at every turn. First, they asked for an additional $10 to unhook my trailer so they could wash the frame. Then, I discovered they didn't even clean the fuel tanks or wheels. And if that wasn't enough, they had the audacity to ask for another $30 to clean the back side of the truck. That's a whopping $147.99 for a supposedly premium service that's clearly incomplete. Unless they seriously overhaul their pricing and service standards, I would strongly advise against using this truck wash. Save your money and take your business elsewhere.

Bad customer service . Not a good was for price they left dirt on my trailer then copped a bad attitude when I pointed it out to them. . Iwas told I needed to not be on my phone and watch them wash trailer in order to get good Job. On rehash only 1 employee did wash and dry. I feel it was a racial situation.. I WILL NOT GO BACK . 🥵

I went there to get my truck washed. They don’t do a good job. The rims were not cleaned properly. I asked them to wash again, they refused rudely. I couldn’t communicate with them because they weren’t able to speak English properly. Highly disappointed and not recommend at all

Will not go back, what they talked in the truck show no where near to service given. Employees bad attitude if an employee is going to be like that just stay home. Expensive for the service while truck is wet and night truck looks perfect, but $100 and something well down the drain. Left my polish wheels all stain you're gonna $48 for degreaser and still leave truck mess-up is unacceptable. Honestly had different expectations but I'll just go to Truck Wash near 60 and Etiwanda...they do better job cheaper and much better customer service.

Depsite hearing a lot of truckers say the little sisters in Fontana sucked... i decided to give it a try since i was going to get polished in the back anyway (the polishers are different). Standard wash nothing fancy, but for $40 extra on top of the trailer wash, i asked for acid wash to remove the grime. It's such a horrible job. I had to ask them multiple times to touch up spots. They spray the acid scrub and let it dry basically useless and then rinse it off. You could definitely see where they didn't even bother scrubing. They say its a hand dry included, they pretty much let your truck dry in the sun, then just come with a wet rag and do nothing. 1 guy was drying 4 trucks. The crews here are lazy and unsupervised, and it shows.

Long wait, expensive hand wash that was mediocre at best and left our truck with dirt spots, lint and run off. They used to pride themselves on excellence and we kept going back because of it, paying the price because it was worth it. Even the people at the register were kind of rude, preferred talking to one another rather than giving any type of customer service, she acted like I was disturbing her when I was paying. They used to be the only wash in the area but not so anymore and I'll be choosing another option next time. Upside is Sabarro was super clean, well presented with lots of options and the lady behind the counter was super friendly and helpful.

I came here to get my truck washed and I did not like their service at all. I paid them 121$ and still they did not do my job properly. When I told them that this is still pending, they said that I will have to pay more and I had already told them that I was getting my track washed. The engine had to be opened and cleaned from inside and there was blackness around the diesel tank. That also had to be cleaned but they did not do it properly.

Truckers: This is a really nice truck wash with hardworking and friendly staff and a really nice store except for I'm not from California and I cannot believe how expensive things are in this state LOL Truckers: you are not from California or New York then I would not recommend this store for any items including extraordinarily basic items. I don't blame the store itself because you have to compete and they were California prices but this morning really is just for people who are not from these states because it's incredibly high prices for those of us that are from the country LOL But again they were normal California prices but I really want to reiterate how great the staff was here. The guys doing the washing or absolutely Pros. The manager that helped me was very patient and didn't give up on getting things squared away with using my corporate card to pay for the wash.
