The worst service so far. I came in at 830 am soon as it opened. Every employee appeared to had woken up on the wrong side of the bed. The cashier lady was the worst. I would have gotten my car n drove off but they had stared cleaning. Avoid this place.

I've been going to this car wash for 20 years they raised the price up to $30 for just a car wash today I went and had my truck washed I couldn't believe the way they left it it didn't put floor mats back they didn't wipe down the dash to speedometer cluster I think they use the same rag the windows were all smeared review mirrors were all smeared I think today is my last day that I will go there I will not return for $30 I think they should do a better. I told Rosa about it the way they left my truck I didn't seem to care the morale there is really bad

They were very nice, car looked amazing: but my back window was streaky and otherwise everything was fine. No complaints here Update 10/2025 : I give the car wash guys a five star. They did a good job on my car inside and out windows and all. I give the young girl that works in there tall she gets a five star. But the old lady named Rosa ( yes I read her name) that’s about 70 or maybe 65 and skinny. It looks really grouchy. I give her a one star. And I’m gonna tell you the reason why. I went in this week to get my car washed and everything even got my floor mats washed. Everything was going fine and I was waiting for my car. Well, as I got in my car, it totally slipped my mind that I had not given the guy his tip, but I thought in my mind that I put it on my card. Now I had a really bad toothache that day and I was just in a hurry to get my errands done and go home so I almost forgot to leave him his tip which I had cash in my purse cause I got it from the register from the other girl, not the old lady. So I guess the other girl left and this lady came in while I was getting my car washed. So what happened next as I’m in my car and I told the guy oh your tip is on the card OK and he looked at me and said ok so then all of a sudden she comes running out I guess it starts telling me shaking her her finger at me yelling at me and telling me that no we do not accept tips through the card we give you cash if you’re supposed to give it to us. And I looked at her in shock like why are you talking to me this way?!! I guess I was just very shocked that she would have to come out and try to mother me. I’m a 58-year-old woman myself. So anyway, she didn’t let me get one word in. She’s chewing me out. I’m sitting in my car. It slipped my mind that I had the money in my purse knowing me if I would’ve left without giving him a tip I would’ve came back and gave it to him because then I would’ve remembered that I accidentally didn’t give it to him. But this lady did not let me speak cause I was gonna tell her OK wait a minute refresh my memory because I take a lot of medication’s and I didn’t remember and I would’ve said oops I’m very sorry. Yes, I do have it in my purse. That’s all it would’ve took, but put in her finger, even standing in front of my car at the hood, shaking her fist around and making really mean faces at me! That type of person that should not be working at a car wash like that this is the first time I’ve had somebody that rude. Talk to me that way. Next time I go in there cause I am not scared of her anyway I don’t care if she’s there or not but if you’re gonna keep somebody around working for your company like that, that’s no good because I could easily say I’m not coming back anymore. And besides, we’re not obligated to give them a tip that’s a voluntary thing. But we do it because we appreciate the fact that they do get our car looking nice and all I have nothing against tipping. I’m just making a point. So there’s my story I didn’t deserve to be treated like that just because I almost forgot that I got cash from the girl before her at the register. Unbelievable and totally not professional. The car wash guy was very nice about it. I told him myself that she’s rude and she should’ve never talk to me like that and by the way I do know Spanish. So I spoke to him in Spanish. She didn’t even let me talk. Like I said again people like that don’t deserve to work there so I give her zero star.

It's true, customer service is horrible. The cashier's name is "Rosa". She doesn't care that the workers damaged my tuxmat (floormat brand) . She told me to write my number and the owner would call me back. I asked for the owner's name and she didn't respond. I never got a call from anyone. Let's see the "owner" responds with to this review. Background: Paid $60 including tip for handwash. I told the order person that the mats are not removable and to just vacuum and wipe the tops. Well, they tried to remove them and broke off the plastic tabs. Now the driver side floor mat moves around. The windshield was still dirty and the door openings weren't wiped. Like others have said, save your hard-earned cash and wash yourself. I won't be returning to this place.

I got my Ford Escape washed yesterday. These must be the laziest car washers ever. My inside wash covered in dust. They missed so much of my interior. I was so mad when I got home, after sitting outside in 105 degree weather. I could have done a better job. Seriously, just use a cheap drive thru and then wipe down your dash. IT will save you $40.

This place is pricey. They said my Chevy Equinox was a SUV which it is but it's a small SUV. No bigger than a sedan. So hence the additional charge. With tip, looking at about $35! Too much. They take the car to the back and hose it down with a power wash. They don't even use their blower equipment to dry the cars. Probably to save cost. Takes about an hour to complete the process which is way too long in my opinion. Quick quack seems to be the better way to go. Even if you have to dry and vacuum yourself.

I came here because it was convenient. But honestly save money be just taking the extra time to wash yourself. You'd probably do a better job. If you don't inspect the job and ensure they perform the extra services your wash came with. They will not do it. 120 for the lowest package detail wasn't much of a quality job. And they jist recently removed the cleaning of the seats from that package. But yet say it comes with "full interior dressing" cant imagine any car detail package that did not include seats cleaning. But don't worry they got you for 30 more dollars. And then the clerk woman wanted to have an attitude about me questioning the price increase. Just put in the time and work and wash ur own car. Or if you know another car wash choose that one.

This place gets 0 stars from me. Before you leave this place, check your vehicle for any stolen items. My car mats were stolen by the guy doing the drying and replaced them with mats that were not my car's . He seemed suspicious, but I never imagined he could do that until the next day when I noticed. I returned to the place to let them know what happened. The lady in the front desk was rude and said there was nothing they could do, my mats where not there. Of course they wouldn't if they were stolen. I obviously filed a police report for theft. Stay away from this place!!!!!

I was very hesitant of coming here but I’m glad I did, the staff was super friendly and helped me get the best wash for my car the girls at the register are always welcoming and super friendly when you come in ! The price is reasonable compared to another car wash down the street from this one. I understand the wait time might be inconvenient for some but then again, you’re coming to a car wash where they’re doing the job FOR YOU, it’s also a HAND WASH not a drive thru wash so, yes there is a wait time and if it’s not something for you then I would recommend going somewhere else. Overall I love coming here, after your 10 washes you can get a free one so that’s a plus 🙂 . Great service and great staff !

I willingly came in to get a $309.00 service . They talked me down to the $209.00 service because the guy that does the detail was not there . I said okay . They did amazing for cleaning out my car in the inside besides them not putting shine on my leather seats or even cleaning them properly. Don’t pay for anything past 70.00 . I’ve been here twice to look at the quality of work and they will give you the same between the first 3 prices . It’s not the workers fault but the management for not even inspecting the work they put out after they finish a car . One of my rims was still dirty , and to top it off , they left my car on for 3 hours that when I came back my battery was dead . I had to wait for a jump and buy a new battery . Maybe it’s the type of day , but days like this , really define a business because yeah they lost out on one customer coming back . But imagine how many people with the same experiences avoid coming here . You’re honestly better off taking the car to a drive through wash . You’ll see the same result you would bringing it here . I know I’m not the only one so just be cautious .

Says $40.99 for a hand wash on trucks. They crossed out the 4 and out 5. So I asked why is it $50 now. The lady responded because it has bigger tires, ok but I requested not using tire dressing because it’ll fling all over my freshly cleaned truck so where is my compensation for that? Also I don’t have a normal size cab it’s a lot smaller than most trucks. But she told me it’s just a bigger truck. (No it’s not) But I get no compensation for that and no justification on why it’s more expensive. The guy before me had the same truck as me but he had a full size cab just not bigger tires and they charged him $40 Idk where these prices are coming from but they just see big tires and charge extra. It’s only $10 more I get it, but $10 times the amount of bigger tire trucks that come in here is a lot of money. When I call them out they don’t seem to care about things like how big the cab is, or tire size. If youre gonna base the wash on bigger tires you should consider cab size too. No tip for this guy, sorry fella. Btw they still used tire dressing when I asked them not too. Crazy

I went even though I saw all the bad reviews. And that was a mistake on my end. This place is not good. I saw the guy drying the cars skip my car for some reason and went on to the car behind mine. It had already sat there waiting to get dry and now he skipped it. Well since he did that my car got water marks. By the time someone else went to dry it was already to late. The interior was just full of grease from the cleaner they used. And they scratched my touch screen panel. Never again will I go here.

Great place, great employees! They were very helpful, and quick with our car wash even though it was over 90 degrees that day! The car looked great afterwards I it was really dirty from all the fireworks. The only pictures I have is of my car being rear ended the next day. Must have looked so good it was distracting lol

The sign out front had a hand car wash for $15.99. I only wanted some mud that was splashed on my car washed off… I told the man and he asked me which wash… I picked the #1 which was not what I wanted… I went inside to pay and the rude woman asked for $30.00! What! I told her what I wanted and she blamed me for asking for the wrong wash. So… this place is a bait and switch! The person who checks you in plays dumb and tricks you into a more expensive wash… the rude cashier shames you… and sends you on your way… she didn’t even want to sell me the $15.99.

They are too slow! They don't have the cloth rollers that scrub the car as it goes through the wash, therefore, there is one person scrubbing the cars down by hand before going through the rail wash. This causes a back up of cars. If you don't have time don't come here. It took 40 minutes before my car went through the wash! NOT HAPPY!

They did a horrible job washing my truck. They left dirt on the seats, dirt on the mats, and spots on the outside. If you’re paid to do a job do it right. Horrible place to get your car washed
