I give this car wash service a big fat ZERO. On 11/03/2023 I took my Nissan Murano to have cleaned as my auto went through the automatic car wash somehow someway water got into my tail pipe and flooded my engine I barely made it off there lot, my car was jumping and sputtering and the furthest I got was across the street in the Ontario Mills parking lot where I had to call a toll truck and have my vehicle towed to my mechanic who said that water got into the tail pipe and damaged my vehicle. On 11/06/2023 I called and spoke to the Manager and he did nothing but to argue at me about all the other vehicles like mine that come through his car wash and didn't have any problems. I said that this was my first time ever coming to this car wash and the experience was an awful experience. I will never in life go back to this place ever again, there equipment will destroy your vehicle!!!! The Manager was not apologetic and was very rude and non caring about my vehicle. BEWARE OF THIS CARE WASH. DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLES TO THIS PLACE EVER. The 1star is there because I had to put it, I give this place a ZERO and do not recommend this place.

There are a lot of reviews regarding their lack of professionalism. I'm glad my experience isn't an overreaction. I returned to this location after one of their employees was caught stealing a customer's passport in 2012. It appears not much has changed. The attendants treat customers as though they are the only full service car wash in town. There is a lack of attention to detail. They rush waxing of vehicles that arrive after 2pm because they are more concerned with making the most money by completing as many cars as possible rather than ensuring each customer's vehicle is receiving quality service. You're likely not going to get what you're paying for. The rest of the reviews are true warnings.

Will not be coming back here!! The ppl are nice but the service is terrible. My husband had to have them redo the vacuum because it didn't even look like they had done anything and there were wax smudges everywhere so my hubs had them go back over that. I've only had this car two freaking weeks and they scratched the inside by my shifter and my inside door handle. So mad😡

Horrible experience and I feel like I was being lied to by Phillip the attendant about Air Machine of all things. He was not helpful in turning on Air Machine but insisted he wouldn't. California state Law I believe states that air is supposed to be free, so that I was told have to pay or cannot receive air is ludicrous. Especially since I have an RV with a tire that is reading 26psi. This is extremely dangerous to drive and to be told that air has to be paid even though it was an emergency, and I stated that, is extremely frustrating. I have no doubt that there is option to start machine inside. And to top all of it off another guy who needed help with a jump start in 76 parking lot told me that the worker Phillip is extremely rude to most people and not just me. Crazy that some people can be so petty and unwilling to help others out. So I assisted the man with jump and I'm off to a great gas station across the street AMPM who's workers are extremely friendly and not rude to customers. If you can avoid 76 Gas station at night by Ontario Mills, you will thank me for avoiding the horrible experience with that attendant.

Went in for a polish with the clay bar, I set my expectations in advance and I was given a realistic outcome. It was not perfect but they cleaned everything I pointed out and the outcome was great. Again, it wasn’t perfect because it’s not 100% hand washed but I felt it was great work for the price and the amount of time it took.

Paid for the luxury wash. They hardly vacuumed and they did a terrible job at cleaning the inside for. It's like they dusted it with dry cloths for 30 seconds. I went early in the morning, there were no other cars so it's not like it was busy. Biggest waste of money. So disappointed.

By far the best car wash in the IE. I come here every week to get my car looking brand new again. Their prices are fair especially for a full service car wash and I think everyone should experience the mills circle car wash experience and see how someone should truly be treated when getting their car washed.

My SUV was very dirty and in need of a wash. This car wash was recommended. I got the Presidential Package. Everyone working was Great,the wash was just ok. Rims were still dirty afterwards. And windshield needed sone more attention.I was hoping for a better wash for $35.
