It is not as good as FAST5 Car Wash. You will save a couple of dollars, but you don't get as much either. I bought the premium pass, and I did not get tire dressing or extra drying at the end. It did not seem as if they had as many machines cleaning the car. They do give you microfiber towels for drying your own car, but they did not have the Air nozzle at the vacuum area. I am going to get a refund and go back to FAST5.

I paid $30 package. Hand car wash, vacuum, tire shine and etc. Car is dirty, they even didn’t vacuum. Zero tire shining. Inside car was dirty everywhere. They don’t clean even cup holder and wheel. I wouldn’t recommend. Waste money only.

Never, you hear, never wash the car at this car wash!!! I washed my new Lexus here and my car was scratched, on the same day I immediately contacted the manager and asked how we could solve this problem, they told me that they could paint scratches for MY money and refused to return the money for the car wash. Terrible company!!!

Took my car there for the first time today, and their system did an amazing job. My car was absolutely filthy from driving on to a few jobsites for work. And they pressure washed it before the machine started and when I went to the vacuum station I had minimal drying to do, due to their dryers amazing job. No dirt was missed, unlike at Fast5 where i have to always clean my trunk with my spray on detailer and have excessive drying to do. The only down side is... due to the layout of their lot I was in direct sunlight at 2pm and the canopy did not do anything. Other than that 1 complaint I'm extremely happy and will be getting the monthly membership.

Horrible hand car wash just went in today 12/15/22 at 4:30pm they took my car in the only thing I ask for was for a hand car wash with polish wheels and clean windows. I am so unhappy with the service calling the manager tomorrow for a refund.

They did okay on the outside but the inside of my truck was a joke! This place used to be so awesome. I paid $75 because I asked them to shampoo the back part of my backseat and because my truck is lifted but it was deffinetly NOT worth it. I didn't complain but I will also never be back. Also 3 dollar fee to pay with card!

Paid over $100 for my truck to get detailed. I didnt know being detailed means that dust and dirt stay inside on the dash and center console. Waste of money could have done everything myself for about $25. Unless you like to waste money to keep your vehicle dirty, dont go here. Update 12/24/2022: Again spent over $100 in interior detail only. Not worth it still. My matte black consile is staind now with whatever grease they used to clean my truck. Not vacuumed completely, with the matts placed in wrong positions, meaning the passanger matt was on the driver side and vise versa. Bottom line is that it is obviously just wiped with a rag, NOT DETAILED. This was a second chance for them and they DID NOT deliver. Anyone know of a good mobile Detailer please leave their info. Thanks everyone. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE. They are asking for mobile detailer prices with soapy joes service. Just so everyone knows, i heard about the bmw guy, and my truck is worth over 100k easily and still treated like dirt here. Update to 12/23/2022: Just seen that they damaged personnel property that cannot be replaced. Talked to management over the phone and was told "oh well". Getting my lawyer to serve them, anyone that has legitimate claims repost on my post for a lawsuit.

I have been going to this car wash for a month now. I go there because I want the inside of my car cleaned. Unfortunately every time I go I get less and less. Back seat was not vacuumed well at all. Dust is still all over my dash. The area where the gear shifter and cup holder doesn’t even look like it was wiped at all. I hate to complain, but I will be talking to someone when I go back next week.

I am having trouble finding a reputable hand car wash 🧽 for my vehicle in the Rancho Cucamonga/ Ontario areas. You have to figure out which lines to pull in with no direction from any of the staff, sometimes seeing a car that arrived after you being serviced first. The lines were disorganized also with outgoing cars being stuck off the left side and waiting for the incoming cars to clear their path for leaving. After a confusing arrival experience, I was finally approached (after waiting in the hot car for 25 minutes) by a male worker who was responsible for taking orders. He did not have a 😷 on. He was approaching different cars without a mask and I left my window up and typed on my phone 📱 to communicate without rolling my window down. He had a pad that showed different options that were easily visible through the window. He was talking fast and easily can spread COVID-19. However he needed to give me a taped receipt to tape on inside of the car and a receipt to take to the pay window inside. It was then I still had to roll down my window. This place was not taking protective measures to ensure customers’ safety against the spread of COVID-19. He was very verbal and no gestures. I assumed that they would pull my car in the wash so I left my keys in the car and I finally went inside and paid the lady who had a hard time understanding what 5 ones meant for the cash back. I said $20 cash back with 5 ones on top of the water bottle I was getting and she charged me for the cash back on my debit card a service fee for the entire thing. Instead of just service fee for the water bottle I also had to pay service fee for the cash itself which is shady. She gave me a $5 bill and I said, no 5 ones. I needed the $1 bills for tip. It was getting crowded inside the store so I looked for a place to wait comfortably without so many people around me and stood outside by the lube place which was next door and had plenty of shade and chairs. My car was still waiting in line to be washed because they only employed TWO people to be washers, so there was a lot of wasted time. They could have had 4 - 6 people washing 2-3 cars at a time instead of 2 workers for each car a time. They had to move cars waiting to be washed to be parked off the side to accommodate more incoming cars. I finally saw my car go in to be washed after one hour of waiting. They vacuumed the inside but not my trunk and the inside of my cup holder was still dirty (see photo). I paid $21.83 for a basic regular wash with the all amour tire service that he asked if I wanted in which I agreed. It was finally done after one hour and 30 minutes. They had only one person drying a car at a time. I didn't know my car was ready and it was sitting alone for awhile way in the back which was not pulled to the front of the waiting area. I had to keep looking and wondering when my car would be done. This car wash service does not employ enough people to meet the demand of hand car washes. And for mediocre service and loose protections against COVID-19 I would not come back.

I wanted interior clean and was confused about the $299 car wash. That is deep cleaning by shampooing interior. The best one is $34.99. 1st they vacuum, car wash, hand dry, interior wipe clean and add freshener. Car look like new. It's about 20mins wait. Place got a arcade. Restaurant next to it. Can see airplane landing.

Good car wash but recently the guys guiding cars in aren’t guiding worth a damn. It would be better if the owner would put a mirror at the entrance instead of worthless workers who cause you to hit the rails and mess up your wheels/alignment. They stand there with an attitude and impatience telling you to come forward with no direction left or right and wanna have attitude when you correct them after hitting your wheels.. this place was good until the recent hires… guy today was named Luis 👎🏼

Earlier, their service used to be very good, but now it has become extremely poor. The manager behaves very rudely with customers. Also, whenever I pay for extra services, like wheel washing, they keep changing the price every single time. From one visit to the next, the rates are different. This is not a good thing and it’s very unprofessional.

Inside windshield not washed. Dust still in the car. Smugges still on door panels. Dust on the dash. Vacuum was good. Outside looked great. For 45 $ the inside cleaning could totally be done better. Car is new so it wasn't filthy. But come on do better.

Warning: Make sure to ask them to put a tape on your Rear Windshield Wiper because their Machine inside the tunnel will probably rip it off. I spoke with the Manager who sounded nice and professional but she simply claimed that they are not liable for any damages with your wipers even though it’s their fault for not putting a tape to secure them. I gave her a chance to correct the issue but she said that it’s your choice to take the risk if you want to use their services. She even suggested to use their more expensive Hand Wash to avoid this problem from happening again. This is bad Customer Service and deserves a 1 Star Review for not taking any Preventive Measures to protect your car.

We bought a membership to this car wash, same day the car wash was extra loud (we have been here before 2 other times because it’s right down the street from our place) and we then realized the car wash broke off our spoiler and that’s why it felt like the machine was roughing up our car. The associates had to grab the spoiler out from the machine because it was still in the machine after we already went home and came back. Broke metal parts at that. The disclaimer is a “implied disclaimer” according to attorney. implying it’s safe, which is not. The manager told two associates to tell us that he will get back to us on replacing it. Never returned any calls, won’t get back to us or take care of the issue. My car was bought with the spoiler on and they still haven’t done anything it also has metal parts connecting not plastic nor glued. We will be replacing it ourselves since this car wash has dodged all our calls and follow ups but I will be urging others to avoid this car wash at all cost. Unprofessional and unacceptable. At least get back to people as you say you will instead of avoiding the issue.

Paid for the luxury package plus an extra 12 dollars to be exact for interior dressing totaling 38.95. The interior dressing was great but the car was was not still had bird poop I literally wiped off myself windshield was dirty still interior barley cleaned but was shinning because of the dressing smudges in the window that wasn’t there before. My car is new so it didn’t take much to clean not sure I’ll be coming back seem like they take their time with more expensive cars. I did tip because the guy did have my interior shinning and my tires.
