I went here thinking they did the car washing. After I paid I was told where all the supplies is and I said huh. I asked if it was self serve and they confirmed. I got my money back and went else where. I did not see online that it was self serve, so I was disappointed I wasted my time.

Bought the premium wash. Went through 2 times. The manager was standoffish the whole time we talked. Offered 2 free washes with no resolve to my issue. Wouldn’t recommend this place unless you precast your vehicle.

Update - the employees at this particular wash are very nice BUT the billing department are not accommodating at all . I moved to AZ from CA 2 weeks before my current Jan charge for my membership . I had not used the services since my move obviously , and I asked to be refunded for that monthly charge for Jan . They told me that in the membership contract it states cannot refund if services were used and asking for refund . Yes I agree fully BUT AGAIN I had moved to AZ 2 weeks prior to the Jan charge .. so I couldn't have used the service right ? Right, so why am I not getting a refund ? I am paying for a full month and can't even use it . Is that fair ? Of course not so please refund the Jan charge . Thanks

7/27/25 Update: They keep charging more to make “upgrades” but I’ve only seen downgrades to be honest. They don’t have the all purpose cleaner anymore. They just fill those bottles ups with the blue glass cleaner. They also have a cheaper tire shine that doesn’t work well and they don’t give out dashboard wipes anymore. Used to be a great spot for what they offered. That seems to be diminishing more and more. Original review. A lot of the vacuums haven’t been properly maintained and have minimal suction ever since Rocket took over a couple of months ago. Amenities are a good plus.

I love this place. The cart of cleaning supplies comes in super handy. Glass cleaner, tire shine, all-purpose cleaner, even dash cleaner protection. Sometimes, a bottle needs replacement, but the on-site staff takes care of everything. Try them out!

Strange and Crazy experience. I have never wrote a bad review for any company , but we had a crazy experience and I think that this type of behavior could cause upset for customers and it may end badly. Christian and the attendance litterally would not charge our credit card for basic car wash. In fact, I gave my credit card to Christian and I thought he charged the card and we finally can go through the carwash, but he put the credit card at the edge of my car window. I asked him, did you charge the card, are we all set? He again said No!!. And literrally, repeated all options for the carwash for the 6th or 7th time!!!! They did not disrespect us, but they acted very strange. I understand that they maybe unhappy working in Rocket carwash and they may not care, but we were only customers and had nothing to do with their circumstances. I am a bit sorry for them, but as an operations mgr, I think their manager has to know. Again, one of these days this type of behavior ends very very badly. People are on the edge and work a lot. They may not be as patient as us.

I had previously rated this establishment 5 stars. Today when I was going through the car was as usual I put my car in neutral and didn't touch the steering wheel. I hear a crunch at the end and checked my left front wheel where there was substantial damage. I notified the manager on duty and they stated they would get back to me. I will change my review again if they take care of the issue, but for now it's a 1 star.

I've been a member for over five years. Uptown is a great value in car washes. I drive customers to the wineries and my car gets very dusty and dirty. Sometimes I run my car through before and after my daily activities. I love the tire shine and cleaners furnished. John takes great care of me and my two vehicles. Thank you John! If I could give zero stars I would. I went in for a 1 time car wash, never consented to any membership, then about 3 months later I see a membership fee charged to my credit card. I was lucky I noticed it. Very sneak / shady practices. I was given a response that my account was taken care of. They cancelled it, but did not refund the 2 months worth of chargers. I guess "taken care of" is a subjective statement. Again, I will not visit or recommend.

Beware, this car wash damaged my car , I know I'm not the only one as the attendants admitted they have had other complaints Of course the manager denied any response ability. They tried to claim the mop heads are light but I've had the rollers knock my mirror out of adjustment several times, There was rub marks along my hood I had to pay 500.00 to get the damage buffed out thank got I found it before it went into the paint. This happened 2/13/23 Just fair warning they won't take responsibility for damage

Do not use car wash with a roof rack. The one time they did not turn off the upper roller our rack was completely torn off our vehicle. Rocket car wash will not compensate us for their mistake of not turning off the upper roller because they posted a sign saying they are not liable for damage to a roof rack. Very disappointing experience. Will never return.

Always a great experience! I take my car a few times a week! Carlie and other employees are so friendly and helpful! Even noticed my car was brand new and walked me through how to get a Tesla into car wash mode! Touchless options are great to have! They also provide all the extras like tire shine, all purpose spray, window cleaner, towels, air freshener (grab the cherry!!!), vacuums, high powered air jets to get crumbs out of tight places, and especially the automatic floor mat cleaners!! Highly recommend!

Best carwash I’ve been so far. Cleaning supplies is provided ( glass cleaner, tire shine, interior cleaner). Microfiber towels are really nice. And the vacuum spots have a shade.

The place is good but the brushes eventually scratch your paint job. My wife's hood is all scratches. She has been going there for 3 years one a week and the front paint is worn out. Too much of a good thing is not always good. If you have a high end paint or car don't go there too often. OK

Just purchased a membership here, and so far, everything seemed great. Its nice to know they have a touch free option! It was a pleasant surprise to see an air hose and cart full of supplies. Looks like I came in during a rush because it was busy,and the spots filled up quickly, but I still managed to park and do my thing and get my car all clean and detailed.
