I had a great experience. I'm from out of town and the grocery store was clean. The service was great. Found exactly what I needed. Update. I stopped into town again and I really like this grocery store. It's nice and small and everything's easy to find.

Always shopped at this Gerbes Location. Sale pricing on non Gerbes colustomer sale items isn't always scanned when checking out. Love the updates at the store and that it offers fuel.

Very rough store, employees seem upset that you are in there at times. Good prices on meat but that's about it for good stuff tbh. My overall experience there has been pretty bad tbf

I like the store but it’s a bit pricier than the others. Today I shopped there for my second time ever and I was pretty disappointed at the state of the store. A lot of empty spaces with missing items on the shelves (several items on my list were unavailable) and it looked very unorganized and disheveled. I probably won’t be back as I can find ALL of my grocery items for less somewhere else. If I have to stop at another grocery store after my shopping trip to get the items that you didn’t have, I’ll just go to the other store and skip Gerbe’s altogether.

I usually like Gerbes but their produce has gone so far down hill with prices going up. I brought home what appeared to be good strawberries and I was very disappointed when I cut some in half. They did not have anything inside that would tell you they were strawberries, it resembled radish on the inside, dry, white and horrible! I took them back and I have never returned produce before

This Gerbes layout is much better than the other, particularly for disabled people. The entrance here is much more open. Versus the other, you are forced to enter & exit certain doors that are a considerable distance apart, which is especially ridiculous if you're just going to Starbucks. They have a great selection of plantbased & GF foods. If you're doing pickup, you will get told an item is out when it's definitely not, because shoppers don't look properly & they will falsely claim they are only allowed to pick certain items as replacements. I know that doesn't necessarily have to do with the store itself, but some people may come here looking for certain information about pickups & the app.🤷🏻‍♀️ The app is abhorrently slow, btw. Anyway, the parking lot at this store is also better, as it's much smoother & has no potholes.

Walked in one night between 830PM-845PM, and wanted to buy a lottery ticket with numbers picked out by my Grandpa who passed away. A sweet younger girl was cleaning and I asked her if she worked the Customer Service desk because she was cleaning right beside it, and she let me know that the Customer Service person would be right with me... Well... That person was checking out their groceries and yelled at me saying Customer Service was closed, then she continued checking out her groceries and talking to her coworker. I was upset and ended up leaving, and a couple had walked out beside me ALSO UPSET and frustrated about their rudeness and lack of service. I called the store RIGHT AFTER leaving to see if the customer service counter would pick up the phone, and what do ya know, they answered!

Today was a great experience every employee that I encountered was positive and happy and helpful until I got to the register and the girl working the register just seemed like it was an inconvenience for me to be in her line and a lot of eye rolling and just quick responses with attitude so I paid my stuff and left and here we are with a review. But other than that great shopping experience today at gerb's on Paris road. I can't remember her name but the woman that was reducing prices on beverages in the back of the store that were within 10 days of expiring had a lot of information and comments and was extremely helpful she works really hard and I see her every time I'm in there and she should get praise for how good of a job she does.

Gerbes is clean, organized and generally has everything I need and often can't locate in other grocery stores. In addition, there's an excellent selection of gourmet cheeses, wines and prepared foods. So many grocery stores focus only on prepared foods, but Gerbes' offering strikes a good balance between convenience and the ingredients cooks need.

Gerbes has been our preferred grocery store, pharmacy and the place for great gas discounts since we moved to Columbia 20+ years ago! They have great produce and are always well stocked. I love all their digital coupons and gas discounts.
