Daniel was fantastic. I called right before midnight inquiring about a last-minute printing job I needed done 8:30 the next morning. Not only did he sound energetic and happy to help but after finding out they couldn't meet the exact criteria he gave good alternative solutions, gave quick answers and went above and beyond to help my extreme situation.

For some reason there electricity had just gone out. They were unable to do any transactions, and were informing customers by yelling rudely. I have never experienced this with Walgreens in the past. Their customer service is usually amazing. We all have bad days. I hope theirs gets better.

the clerk was very helpful and so was the other associate stocking in the aisles very helpful very friendly very clean store I've never use their pharmacy so i can't comment on that but overall a great shopping experience. reason I went in there was to buy benadryl. decently priced which was not what I was expecting I don't frequent Walgreens a lot.

Just wanted to give an outstanding review for the young lady working the front checkout section tonight, (10/13/2021) for helping me find everything on the list as requested by a customer for a pick-up/delivery that I accepted. She was absolutely amazing, kind, and really went beyond to help me find the items. I didn't get her name because I was in a hurry! She deserves a raise in pay, as many employees throughout the employment/career field, have forgotten how to be kind to customers. This makes want to shop more at Walgreens, Thank you again!! 🙂🙂🙂🙂

If I order same day photobook for valentine's day two days in advance, I expect the photo book to be done. Do not tell me to drive to a different walgeeens to pick it up when it has been 48 hours.

The pharmacy gives me a hard time everytime I call in about prescription information, always get attitude from a female and they all don’t give me all the information I need and try to rush me off the phone after I’ve waited 10 minutes on hold,I’m going to look into another pharmacy due to this poor treatment I’ve been receiving. Customer service 0/10

Friendly & courteous workers. Clean store. Some things were out of stock, but it's Monday, & they were fairly busy with customers. One of the cashiers even helped a lady carry her purchase out to her car! So nice! Plenty of close parking.

Though most of the employees are pretty nice the thing that really sucks about Walgreens is The limited selection and often more than a 200% pricing increase compared to other stores. They often priced things even higher than gas stations with a couple regularly priced items sprinkled in here and there. I typically avoid shopping there but I needed bug spray and I was willing to pay the $20 for two cans which was just over double the regular price. It is however quite convenient so I guess that's what you pay for I just wish it wasn't so much more. If it wasn't so high-priced I would shop there more often.

Walgreens is a good place to get vaccinations. You're able to schedule visits on the Walgreens app and receive text reminders of your appointment. Your vaccination information is able to be received by your health care provider if they use electronic means of capturing published vaccination data so it can be a part of your medical record.

Just today I took pictures and Photo Manager said as soon as you will pay over the counter you will receive email of photos. I kept waiting for the photo email but when I called again the photo manager said you will receive within 24 hours. Nobody has informed us earlier. We need pictures now at the same time.I talked with Karelen. She is not supportive at all.

Google listing says the pharmacy is open at 7 AM on Sundays. IT’S NOT OPEN UNTIL 10 AM. The poor clerk says she has to deal with irate customers every Sunday. Fix this ASAP.

I have been going to this Walgreen consistently, only because of the great photo coupons and deals, but if it weren't for that, never again. The people are pretty nice, but the lack of knowledge and training, not just with customer service, but with the call center and also trying to talk to someone higher up who could help me. It has been frustrating and frankly more than I can handle every single time except once. No one know how to find or even look for your picture orders. They are always lost and then tell me I never made an order and then guess what? They find it after I made it all the way across town. The on line orders never work properly. They either kick you out in the middle, more than once or they won't let the order go through and says to try later after I've done all the work. This is no way to run a business, no way to treat customers. I'm at the end of my rope with Walgreens and will be trying somewhere else, until someone fixes all these issues. It's a nightmare to shop there!

I recently had a horrible and unprofessional experience when I dropped off two rolls of film. The employee — a man named David (at least that’s what another employee told me when I asked) — had me place the film in plain paper bags and write my name and phone number on them. That was it. The whole process felt unprofessional and honestly made me uncomfortable. He didn’t explain anything clearly, didn’t give me any kind of receipt or tracking number, and provided almost no information about what to expect besides saying it would take three weeks. Oddly enough, the first set of photos actually arrived about a week early, but I never received any kind of notification or email. I ONLY found out they were there because I called after the FULL THREE weeks had passed. If I hadn’t called, I wouldn’t have known they had been sitting there the whole time. When I went to pick them up, only one set was there. I went back in to ask about the second roll, and the same man (David) was not helpful at all. He couldn’t answer basic questions and was honestly just confusing. I asked if I would get a notification when the second set was ready, and he said it would be through email — even though I never got an email for the first roll. When I pointed that out, he didn’t respond and just vaguely said the second roll “should be in soon.” I called the next day hoping to talk to someone more helpful. This time, I spoke with a woman, who told me that there was no record in the system of my second roll of film. This was really alarming — especially since the man (David) the day before had told me he could see something about it on the computer. Later that day, I got a call back telling me I needed to contact the third-party film developer myself. That was the final straw for me — and even the third-party service told me that Walgreens should be the one calling them, not the customer. When I spoke to them, they said my film had just arrived and would be ready in 48 hours. This makes me think that the day I came in to pick up the first roll and ask about the second one, David finally mailed the other roll out — because otherwise, why wouldn’t they have come back at the same time? He kept saying we’d get a confirmation email, but I never got one for the first roll, and I ALSO got one for the second. The second roll came back just three days later — super fast — which only further makes it seem like it wasn’t mailed until I followed up. Again, no confirmation or notification. I had to KEEP calling and checking if it was ready on my own. Overall, this experience was extremely frustrating. I had to go back and forth between Walgreens and the third-party service THREE different times just trying to track down my own photos. The Walgreens staff were disorganized and unhelpful, but it was particularly the man in the photo department who was horrible to deal with (david). He gave me inconsistent information, failed to take responsibility for the issues, and generally seemed uninterested in helping. I think this is mostly David’s fault, because he was no help from the beginning and caused most of the confusion. My photos were delayed for no reason, no one contacted me when they arrived, and I felt like I had to constantly follow up and chase down information that should have been provided to me.

The photo staff at this location was wonderful. There were issues with my photo book (the template online for the cover mis-aligns when it sends to printer). When I picked up the book, I noticed it immediately after opening it and went back into the store. The employee (Caroline) listened to my concerns and explained that they had been running into this issue and showed me the mis-alignment on the screen. She then advised me to try sending the book again, but to call after I send it to make sure it looks okay before they print. I did as advised and it was still messed up, so the employee on the phone (Owen) advised me to come in and use the store kiosk, as they have much better luck with it. I did, and was helped through the process the entire time, ultimately resulting in a successful print. The employees made SURE that the product I received was perfect, and were helpful/friendly the entire time! Big thank you to Owen & Caroline!

Places online order with everything showing in stock and the next morning I barely get half my order!! You need to do better. Didn’t even offer gift card or anything got a sarcastic apology and said it ups to store manager. Didn’t they to substitute but 1 order and didn’t come close to what I ordered. It’s unacceptable
