Excellent work on my 42 foot 5'th wheel RV. Shinier than when I bought it new from the factory 4 years ago. I have had it buffed/cleaned and detailed several times but no comparison to PLSM! Loved it so much I asked Brandon to do my 3500 Ram Truck. Shined beyond belief. I wouldn't hesitate to hire his services. Honest and Hardworking.

This is the weirdest booking experience I've ever had. I called last week and asked if they could clean a few spots in my small camper van and he asked me to send photos via text. He texted back after I sent the photos and said he would work on an estimate and I called him late the next day to go over it. He said he would ring it in as an suv and then just charge about $75 more. I asked if i could drop off my van tuesday and he said that would be fine but he wouldn't be able to get to it until wednesday. I said that was fine and assumed that meant i had that spot on wednesday booked. Everything was great and extremely friendly until then. Then I got the text in the photos out of the blue on a Sunday that i felt were very passive aggressive. A simple "hey, dont forget you need to book online" would have been fine. But I didnt even know you could book online and was under the assumption that our phone call was me booking. Weird how it went from a super positive experience to feeling super scammy.

I have a 2013 Toyota Tacoma that I purchased in 14.. have not done any outside work on it other than just the normal car washes.. I took this thing to Brandon and he put a shine on this thing that looked like it came right off the dealership lot.. amazing!! If your vehicle is important to you and you want something done, really nice to it. I definitely recommend taking your vehicle to Brandon.. he will definitely take care of it. And treat it like it's his own... 10 Stars!

Brandon at PLSM Customization is exceptional! He's incredibly honest, trustworthy, and went above and beyond to address my needs. I needed an ozone treatment for my car that had developed a strong odor after being in storage for several months. Since being pregnant made me extremely sensitive to smells, Brandon completely understood my concerns and was incredibly thorough in eliminating the odor completely. He was also very thoughtful about not overdoing it with products that might create new smells I'd react to or could be concerning for my pregnancy. He was also very accommodating with scheduling.
