I went to the O’Reilly on Worley and was greeted with terrible customer service. I asked a simple question that could not be answered and was also disrespected by a worker. I had asked if they had anything to test my fuses in my 2011 Chevrolet traverse. Not one word was said to me but a worker i had not asked walked towards the back where they keep the car parts and just started shaking his head no while walking away. I said respectfully, how do you guys stay in business while acting out towards a paying customer. I walked out of the business let down by a business I bought from for years. This is why we can’t afford to pay people to work when they disrespect, hard working and paying customers like myself, and the business lets this happen because nobody says anything.

My husband and our kid plus two friends drove to MO from Nebraska, 7hr one way… on the way home the radiator on our 09 burban exploded. The guys here were AMAZING! Got them the parts, tools and were extremely helpful the entire time! Thank you guys!

When you're in a jam and need a part today, you're still left with the local auto parts stores as the only option(s). O'Reilly is one of the better ones in town (especially this location), but pricing at all local stores for most items is usually 30%+ higher than online, so for most parts I'll just wait a couple days and buy it in Amazon. I've done a fair bit or shopping here over the years, and the most annoying thing is waiting in line because it seems like there's only ever one person working. However, since shipping fluids is cost-prohibitive and the margins are small, this remains a good place to buy seafoam in gallon jugs.

Quality car parts with huge selection. Most parts available within a day if not stocked. Many vintage model parts as well. Even if your part seems unlikely to be there it is worth calling to see if it is available on the order. Everything I have had to order has arrived very quickly to the store without obligation to purchase. Prices are reasonable as well. Staff is very well informed and extremely helpful. Very pleasant people. They will talk you through almost anything that you're working on. Sometimes picture diagrams can be requested to assist you with your project.

Brandon was the guy who helped me with a burned out headlight and a battery replacement. He did a great job, was friendly, and went above and beyond to get me on the road safely. I always worry about trusting a stranger to work on my car, but he did a wonderful job. Thank you so much Brandon and O'Reilly! This guy definitely deserves a raise!

My 2020 Equinox had a battery that died. I jumped it and drove to O’Reilly’s on Worley. Lupe helped me immediately. Tested the battery and it was bad. He and Chris teamed up and had the battery replaced and I was out the door in less than 20 minutes! They were super nice guys, too. 5/5 no notes.

Everyone in this store is SO friendly & helpful! I have been here several times and so has my husband. They have never made me feel dumb (as a woman who doesn't know anything about cars) and they truly go above and beyond to help in any way they can. Camr in looking for a bolt, didn't expect they'd have it, but I needed something else too. Told dude at the counter and he kept interrupting and giving suggestions for other things even after I told him twice I was just gonna run to the dealership to grab it. Then he tells me I can't checkout without giving him my phone number. Why can't I just come in and spend money without signing up for your bs customer programs? Im going to autozone from now on

Micah and Pat, you guys really helped me out in a situation I felt helpless. Whatever you do, DO NOT GO TO THE O’REILLY ON 711 E Business Loop 70 Columbia, MO 65201 United States. Amanda, the store manager of the one off Business Loop, will be receiving a complaint from me to corporate. Wouldn’t let me return a gas cap that I just bought with receipt and hadn’t drove off the lot yet. But thanks to Micah and Pat, they turned things around and will receive my future business. I really appreciate you guys.

They had a young employee, very irritating and disrespectful. I wanted to change my chevy Impala light. He went on explaining how he needs to remove the battery and disassemble half of my front portion of the car since it is on the left and it would cost too much. He also offered to do it if I pay in cash which I refused. I also was asking for a wheel pressure sensor. He came out and started explaining that the wheel is old and needs to be replaced. I respectfully said I just asked for the piece do you have it or not. He ignored this and went on and on explaining that this wheel is bad and needs to be replaced under direct sunlight at noon. I was so irritated because of him and left not repairing either, plus I didnt have the money to pay that much. I went for weeks not repairing them convinced the problem is so complicated until 2 short youtube videos helped me fix the wheel for 5$ and replace the lightbulb for free at home. Only took 15 min. If you don't know what you're talking about, don't speak! You represent a car parts company so people take it as expert opinion! Never going there again!

I went their looking for seat covers and was greated by two amazing young gentlemen. I went in asked for help with seat covers cause when you don't know it's frustrating to spend money on something that don't stay on your seats. Anyways one young man by the name of Levis assisted me in buying my seat covers to the point that he tried them out and put them on my seat for me. He was polite, kind, and curtious. I would recommend this store over the others due to the customer service. Five stars guys especially you Levis.
