We went in August for the first time and they told us about about a special they were running for $10 for that month for unlimited washes. What the salesperson at the gate neglected to mention that this also automatically signed us up for a $22.99/month subscription. That's what I call deceptive business practices. Avoid this company!

If I could give no stars I would. I paid $15 plus a tip for car to.come out with dirt on the window and black streaks on the back and no shine on my tires as I clearly paid for. Very disappointed with what I paid vs what I received.

I love coming here to get both of my cars washed, which is why this situation is especially disappointing. The last time I visited, an attendant informed me about a one-month promotion for $12 that included unlimited car washes. I was explicitly told that this would be a one-time charge, and it was never mentioned that I would be enrolling in a recurring monthly membership. Based on that information, I agreed to the promotion and washed my car twice that month, fully believing my membership had expired. I was surprised to later see a $22 charge from WhiteWater Car Wash on my bank statement for a membership I did not knowingly sign up for. This lack of transparency is not an appropriate way to enroll customers in a recurring service and undermines trust in your business. Please ensure that your employees are trained to be honest and transparent when explaining promotions. Customers should not be misled into enrolling in memberships they did not intend to sign up for simply to meet sales quotas.

Staff is friendly and meets you at the pay kiosk to make an easy start you your wash experience. A quick scrub to get off any of the stubborn spots before you head in. We pull the visor back on the panoramic roof so kids can watch the colored foam and disco lights! They love the rinse, and helping to wipe the car with the clean micro fiber rags afterwards while I vacuum the interior. Then we’re all done!

I've been to at least 3 locations now and this has to be the worst one! 1- there are never any clean towels to dry the car off. 2- the person at the check in gate was on their phone. 3- used towels stacked up. 4- missing equipment at different stations or malfunctioning. I tried to get someone attention to get some clean towels to wipe the car down. No dice. Not to mention I reached out to customer service on a unrelated issue and never heard back. I do not recommend this location.

You would think that it would at least clean the sides. The back was worse. I believe that at the very least a carwash should clean the sides of a vehicle. Not this one, it’s one of the worse ones in cleaning.

This is the best car wash that I’ve ever been to, convenient very friendly staff, including Max! He brought towels over to me so I wouldn’t have to walk over to the towel cart. He gave me air fresheners just because. 10 stars!!!

I've been coming to this car wash location for years and years. Not only are the staff members friendly, they make sure towels are stocked and vacuums are working properly. Truthfully I've not always been a member, I've let my membership lapse a few times. Regardless, nobody every gives me a hard time when I come to use the vacuums or air blower. Nobody comes to me and tells me I'm not allowed to be there, I'm not a member...etc. Instead they choose to be friendly and neighbourly and let you vacuum out your vehicle and do what you need to do. Because I've been coming here for so long, it's a place I would absolutely miss if I ever moved away (which is a possibility!). The carwash itself is powerful but it won't damage your vehicle, and if there is ever anything extra you might need all you have to do is ask- they'll take care of you. They've got great hours, and it's location is super convenient. I recommend this WhiteWater location (Beach Street near North Tarrant) if you want a quick and feiendly car wash experience!

Misleading business practices, would not go here. We went to this location in May of 2025. The attendant told us they were doing a one time special no obligation deal where if you paid for a single carwash we would get a free month. We paid for our onetime carwash with a credit card and were given a card with a qr code to use for 30 days. We used it twice that month. We have not been back. This car wash has been charging us a monthly fee to the same credit card ever since. We did not consent to this, nor were we informed this would be the case. We called in June and were told it was an error and they would stop charging us. The charges persist. We also have reported this via their chat option (only way to reach them-can’t get an actual person on the phone any longer) with no resolution. Reporting them to the BBB next.

This car wash is all inclusive. It has window washing fluid and multipurpose cleaners with clean rags available for wiping your car down after vacuuming. Plenty of stalls and vacuums so strong that I accidentally lost some items I didn’t mean to vacuum. The gentleman Chris was also very kind and helpful in setting my wash up and making sure clean rags were stocked. I highly recommend using this location to get your car straight.
