i took my 2011 grand jeep Cherokee to be cleaned. i like this place because they handwash your vehicle making it look extra clean and shine. I had my interior and exterior detailed and it looks great!! the price is reasonable..... thanks!!! i will be going back!!

i took my SUV there today and i got to say that i don't write reviews that often, I was amazed by their quality of work. hard to find a good car wash that provide a true cleaning like these guys do. ill be taking my cars there from now on, Excellent job guys keep up the good work

This place is a joke! I thought going to a hand wash would be better than a traditional brush car wash. These are nothing more than a place with lots of buckets and a water hose. They have absolutely no experience in detailing cars. Save your money, do not patronize this place. They use one dirty rag on the entire car, the inside they claim to have cleaned and clearly they lied. The DONT care about satisfying the customer. They have no customer service skills and only care about the few dollars they con you out because the service they tell you about is not the service they provide. The DONT have any signs posted about what services they offer. I had to give a one star, in reality they don't deserve any stars. People read the reviews, don't waste your money, the owner and staff are all IGNORANT and do not value the customers!

Spent 40 bucks on a car wash that for 40 I would expect the car to be spotless well that didn’t go as planned. Car windshield was dirty the bottom of all my doors never got touched my seats still dirty like my 7 year old daughter could’ve cleaned the inside of my car better. Won’t be wasting 40 bucks there again.

Was last customer of the day! The owner was very disrespectful when I pointed out areas of my car that were missed; such as the mirrors and top portion of the windows. The back of my car looked as if it wasn’t touched. I understand that my car was dirty that was the entire reason for me being there. He told me that I was only paying for a basic wash which was $55. He proceeded to tell me that I acted as if I came from privilege! He then began cursing at me and became very belligerent as I walked away from him! I will never return to this place!!

If you are looking for a good detail on your car. I recommend Flat rate finish. Good job.ive been going there for four years. Never had a problem with the employees so polite and respectful. My wife had an extremely disappointing and frustrating experience at Flat Tire today. She took her car in for a cleaning and ended up waiting over 2.5 hours—only to find out the car hadn't even been touched. Shockingly, the owner had already left the premises but made sure she paid in advance, leaving her stuck without the option to simply take her keys and go once it became clear the service wasn't happening. To make matters worse, the owner’s son—who was apparently responsible for cleaning the car—told her she wasn't allowed to leave and insisted she wait for his father to return. He claimed he needed “5 more minutes,” but after nearly 3 hours, the car was still barely cleaned. Meanwhile, she watched two other customers who arrived after her get served and leave without delay. When the owner finally returned, his only gesture was a measly $20 discount, which felt more like an insult than an apology given the time wasted and the complete lack of respect for her time and trust. Adding to the frustration, customers are asked to pay—and even tip—before the job is done, which now seems like a deliberate tactic. This was a highly stressful and unacceptable situation. We will never return. Please be mindful!

very bad cleaning the inside of the car, with the same cloth that clean the doors, clean the dashboard, in the seats did not pass well the vacuum cleaner you see a straw in the car seat. They didn't clean anything back. I definitely won't be back and I don't recommend you not to go ...

I went and ask for the top dollar clean because the price wasn’t a concern. He explained everything so I went for the $50 clean which included inside and outside cleaning. The vinyl the dash vacuum carpet and seats. I didn’t expect it to be perfect but they literally only washed the outside . Do not waste you money here .Fred , I expected better!

The manager her is terrible, declined my service because I did not know he had to be paid first. The most horrible service and the tried to argue with me. The owner is cool and the guys are great. He needs to be fired rude!

They cleaned my car very well. It’s shiny on the outside, the floor vacuuming was thorough, and the mats are very clean. However, I don't think they wiped all the seats because I still see some stains on the back. With tan leather seats, these stains are easy to notice. I even had to ask the guy to come back and scrub a sticky stain from the back seat. I wasn't expecting full detailing for $50, but at least a wipe-down of the seats, front and back. I think it would be great if they included some sort of air freshener as a complementary service to enhance the feeling of cleanliness, as the smell after cleaning was not very pleasant.

I won't lie. I was a bit worried leaving my car here for a wash, detail, and hand wax, but it turned out great! This place doesn't look like much, and appears to be mostly ran by some teenagers hanging out, but I have a feeling the owner runs a tight ship. The guys were polite and did a great job. It would be nice if they offered a military discount though; especially when someone buys the most expensive package. Also recommend having a package that includes the wax as opposed to making it a separate item altogether. Would make things simpler.

This was the first hand wash spot I've been to since moving to North Carolina from Nevada and I am not disappointed. The customer service was great and they pay close attention to detail. 100% hand wash spots are hard to find and this is a good one.

I "absolutely" do not recommend this place. The lack of professionalism from the owner and some of his employees is unbelievable. All you hear is profanity and arguing between the workers! They lack business mannerism and proper social etiquette. I will never return to this hell-hole. The prices are reasonable and it's a great location, but they need some anger management and life coaches to help with their uncivilized behaviors.
