Yesterday I had my full detail my baby 2014 Nissan Maximum. I'm glad to say I am very impressed with the quality work that José did for my car..She was rough but now she's a beauty . I was thinking this place was not what I was expecting and I said this because I wasn't happy with the customer waiting room. I recommend that they invest in a nice professional waiting room with a TV, comfortable chairs, magazine..etc. Other than that I was overwhelmed with the quality work done ✔, I felt appreciated by the staff and would definitely rather to others. Everyone was very friendly.. Thanks again and I'll be returning to do my full detail for my exterior.. Mrs Kellye Scott Smooches 😘😘

These guys are amazing and don’t rip you off like car repair shops tend to do. Got my bumper and trunk repainted on my mustang as the color had faded. Looks like new! Honest people taking care of their customers here, you will not be taken advantage of. Great customer service! 5 stars hands down. Thanks guys!

This is a cut and paste from my review on Yelp: I'm relatively new to the area and have a 2009 Explorer that has been neglected over the last 2-3 years. Requested an appointment for premium package plus three-step polish and was able to get in the next morning. The vehicle had scuff marks everywhere, most notably across the entire hood, the carpet had longstanding stains from two young children, the seats were in poor condition. Had my vehicle in the shop at 9 o'clock and was offered a ride home and a pick up during the job. Was given a completion time of between 2-3 o'clock. Received a call at 1 and told they were finished. Honestly could not believe my eyes when I saw the vehicle. The exterior has not looked this good in years: all of the scuff marks were buffed out, including one a collision shop attempted to remove several years ago, the wheels were polished and looked new, the chrome grill had several imperfections that were cleaned, and the engine was degreased and cleaned. The interior was void of any stains, the leather seats conditioned - they even touched up the interior door handles that were chipping badly with paint. Cleaned the seat covers, scrubbed the floor mats cleaner than I've ever been able to. I could not be more happy with the work. Customer service was outstanding and I plan to bring my other vehicle in for detailing. I will continue to use Capital Detailing in the future, their high quality, prompt service is something I have not seen in quite some time.

Discovered rainwater had leaked in a window and I despaired the Prius would never be — or smell — clean again. Capital Detail did an AMAZING job inside and out! Could not have asked for more care and attention to detail. And the price was very very fair. Highly recommend!

To anyone thinking of getting their car detailed, PLEASE go somewhere else. I do not think the positive reviews here are legitimate. This place has made my car worse then what it was. It has been two days and the shampoo odor in my car is still not gone and still remains. I have tried air drying the car and tried running the AC but the shampoo odor still refuses to go away. The steering wheel, automatic transmission shifter and dashboard have an EXTREMELY sticky feeling to them now. Like I have trouble getting a good grip on the steering wheel now because of whatever substance they used to clean the wheel. I literally only wanted a cleaning but they used a substance that left a very bad sticky feeling to the wheel and shifter. It is absolutely horrible. Not to mention, there is an oily like substance on the wheels of the car that also refuses to go away and gives off an odd glare. I only asked for an interior detailing so nothing should have been done to the exterior. I also need to mention, when I got the car back, a lot of the items which were in the car were mixing. They misplaced my ice scraper and destroyed a pack of masks I had in the car simply by not placing it in a safe location while they detailed it. They then pretended like nothing happened but it turns out they had kept everything in a part of the store. I had to come back and and only after my insistence did they try to look for what was practically stolen from me. They say it was just a mistake but it is the responsibility for any organization working on automobiles be it car washes, detailing, oil change, tire change, auto repair, etc to place all belongings left in a car in a safe location and then return it unharmed. I will never use this location again and advice all others to not bring your cars here. There are many more professional detailers in Montgomery County who will not use a substance that makes a car interior sticky, not properly wash off shampoo that leaves an odor in the car, and not attempt to steal your belongings.

Capital Detailing is outstanding!!! I recently took a used vehicle that I just purchased to Capital Detailing. They COMPLETELY transformed this car's interior and exterior. I almost did not recognize the car when they first showed it to me. The leather interior, the console, the seats were sanitized and conditioned. Every inch of the car's interior shines brightly. Capital Detailing even repaired the leather seats that were split in some areas. The carpet was freshly shampooed and sanitized. The doors and door jambs were gleaming as if brand new. Capital Detailing restored the exterior of the car. They buffed out so many scratches and small dings. The car is now so shiny that light bounces off it. The car has been washed, buffed, and polished so expertly that it looks like a new vehicle. I am utterly amazed by Capital Detailing's level of expertise. Their work is unmatched and their prices are very reasonable. They also offer great customer service. My family was completely stunned when they saw how Capital Detailing had transformed my car. My wife and I have been bringing our cars to capital detailing for about 3 years now. They always do superb work and are honest and upfront. If something comes up that may cost extra they inform you well before even doing it to get your permission. They are also very timely and efficient with their work. I have a lot of trees around my house and have gotten lots of sap stuck on my cars. You could never tell with the work they have done on it. I'm very thankful to know this business. I recommend them in the highest regard. You won't be disappointed with their work.

My husband gifted me a full detail interior exterior and engine detail. The interior detail is fine. What a SLOPPY SLOPPY exterior job. For the price we paid we still had to come home and take off caked on wax and sprayed on chemicals the car had all over it. We called the shop to let them know how disappointed we were they offered for us to come back and for them to fix clean it but the car had been there all day and there is no shot I’m going to trust that again. Pictures speak for themselves!

Great work. I am surprised with the results. Jose and his team did an excellent job. They took out a soda stain that exploded in the cover of my car’s sunroof and gave an excellent shine to my wheels as well as inside and out but the images say it all. I will keep coming back for more brightness, my car hadn’t been so clean as today. Give them the time and they will make your car shine.

Just don't. I should have turned around immediately on seeing the haphazard and dangerous way they had client cars parked (shoved) together all over the lot AND lined up down the road in the most unsafe way imaginable - WITH a construction zone right there making things even more dangerous. As for the service, I was absolutely ASTOUNDED at how incredibly bad it was - especially for a SUPER PREMIUM price. 1. Broke one of my windshield wiper mechanisms - dealer who fixed it said someone just yanked it way too hard lifting it to clean under it (which even that they didn't do well). I KNOW they broke it because I was literally using it when I pulled into their shop and it was perfectly fine. Five minutes after leaving, when I turned it on for a light drizzle, it was broken. (When I turned around and drove back - arriving ten minutes after I left to speak to them about this they were GONE - 30 minutes before the shop was supposed to actually close. Even though they'd complained to me when I dropped it off how SLAMMED and BUSY they were and did I REALLY need my car back TODAY. Yeah.) 2. Didn't even actually clean the trunk at all - like literally, didn't even open it. 3. The seats were DRENCHED and SLIMY and stank so badly they made me feel sick driving home with the windows all open. Even with a plastic bag over the seat I ended up SOAKED. TWO DAYS LATER STILL WET & SLIMY. Like I have NEVER had that with any interior detailing EVER. And the CHEMICAL STENCH OMG. It's a week later and we've been literally leaving the windows open even at night and it is SO BAD. 4. The exterior wax was smeared over the windows and balled up in lumps at the bottom of the doors. 5. There were dark smudges and fingerprints in so many places, as well as a NEW stain on the passenger front seat and some kind of dark black drips on the other side of the same seat. (covered by a plastic bag when I picked it up) 6. There was NASTY DAMAGE to the back left door where it looked like someone tried to scrub the interior of the door with steel wool or something and only succeeded in scraping off the fabric! 7. For the amount of money I spent on both EXTERIOR and interior detailing, I expect the wheel wells at the LEAST to be cleaned, and usually this cost includes cleaning the undercarriage as well. NOPE. 8. Sloppy sloppy sloppy. Just everything about the entire cleaning job was sloppy. I didn't even want to take it back to them to clean the trunk after I complained. And I didn't trust them to fix my wiper either since the owner? manager? who answered the phone when I called about these issues pretty much said 'we aren't mechanics so...' Don't do it. Don't go here.
