I recently had my 2017 Genesis G80 detailed through a YES DETAIL. I absolutely love the work and I am pleased with the outcome. HOWEVER, when I first inquired about the detailing service I was given a price for the service. Subsequently, after I inquired about a specific date I was told I would have to pay an additional amount because my vehicle was a "luxury car". wtw! I pushed back when I later received a text message saying I agreed to the additional charge since i DID NOT agree to any such thing. Finally the customer service rep said the tech would determine whether I needed the additional service prior to starting the work. However the night before my appointment I received an invoice for the higher amount. wtw! I don't mind paying a fair price but I absolutely hate, Hate, HATE it when I am given one price and a different one later. The service is definitely worth 5/5 stars however my interaction with the customer service rep reduced that to 3/5. Too salty about the experience to say if I would use this service again. #StandByYourWord

I must say that I was skeptical at first about getting my caravan detailed; but after Calvin, of Yes Detail, put his magic touch on it, I was very impressed. I mean, I thought I was good at cleaning; Calvin took it to another level. He made my rims shine like I've never seen before. He restored my leather seats to a point that they look brand new! I’m now considering purchasing seat covers and better floor mats and instead of purchasing a new van. That’s how great my van looks now. In essence, he saved me thousands of dollars by doing an exceptional job. Calvin was timely and professional. I highly recommend using Yes Detail, for your car cleaning and detail services!!

On time, friendly and professional from the detailed to Candice. I used this company specifically to buff out hit and run marks, he did the best he could with the damages left on my vehicle. He cleaned all 3 rows and I had sand in there from two beach trips. Very detailed and clean work. I will be using this company again. He even cleaned up after he completed the service! Thank you!! Update: I was greeted with a text from Candace and told I would not get charged for the buffing fee. I did not mind paying for the fee because the service was immaculate, but offering a refund back is just wonderful customer service!!!
