You get what you pay for apparently. I did the basic wash and it was just about a water wash minus the soap. I might’ve gotten more soap with a $8 car wash at the gas station. The video is my wash the entire time.

One of the few places that I have found that you can wash your own car. The car wash is what you would expect. The reason for the lower stars…the tokens are cash only because the credit card part of the machine is broken, something unnecessary and can easily be fixed or updated and the vacuum I used was shockingly weak for being a large shop vac

On Saturday…the men washed the exterior of my car thoroughly and took their time. They were very professional and friendly. I will be sure to come back again when my car gets dirty. I paid $25 and they scraped all the berries off my car to the best of their ability. They waxed my car after it went through the car wash. It looked almost brand new when I left.

I paid for the interior clean and outside clean and they did a crappy job vacuuming. Not worth the money at all. Additionally, I found a book of unused exterior car wash coupons in my glovebox that they refused to honor them. So I paid for a car wash book before they stopped offering them and now have 3 washes I can’t use. I also have two entire books of rain-x coupons that I can’t use from Flagship. I will never wash one of our cars here again and will tell everyone I know to go elsewhere.

I’d been coming here for many years, and I’ve held up from writing a review on the fact that I had mixed feelings in grading this business as I’ve opted from the very beginning to have the “Flagship Package” which entails both the interior and exterior of your vehicle for $44.00 a month, which I found it reasonable in its cost. However I’ve found consistency on the detail qualities time after time as it really can be better from cleaning your wheels on both sides, instead of the side where the attendant is hosing it with a power wash that sometimes it’s just reduced to a squirt as well to address some interior trim smudges and the rear glass that it shows always what is not being cleaned. Perhaps they may be shorthanded in personnel but when it happens during low peaks it becomes disappointing, the workers are to be trusted with belongings being left inside the vehicle (I’ve left my wallet inside and boot even a dollar was missing), they work hard but it’s the last point of attention to detail that it needs to be address. Try to avoid weekends as it becomes a long process by the time that you come out from this place.

I canceled my membership after a 2nd time on the drive thru for the external car wash, I got my door and bumper got scratched on the driver side. And some paint came off on the hood cap too.

This Flagship location is the best full service car wash in Rockville. They listen to requests, are friendly and polite, honor discounts/rewards, and are thorough in their cleaning! As a result, the price is a bit higher and wait times can be a little longer. Again, they provide the best clean and experience in town.

Horrible job - they just blew dirt and dog fur everywhere in my car and called it a day. Dirt still on my seats and my mats still have fur on them. I don’t think they even vacuumed a thing and just blew everything around. The interior of the car looks just as dirty as when I arrived but I paid $44 for it. Save your time and money and go elsewhere. Unbelievable.

Please try to make it early in the day because the workers for the evening shift are lazy and not on it like the morning shift workers. I came late and it seemed like there was a whole meeting on the office going on that no one was helping the car lane to ask what type of service we the customer will like. And they didn’t dry the car so great.

$40 is not worth it when your car is returned the same… I spent $40 for the service and expected clean mats atleast or a vacuuming on the seats, you’re better off doing it yourself at home or at Mr. Carwash. Im disappointed since this is the same carwash Ive been coming to for the past years.

I paid $36 for a full wash, expecting at least a clean interior, but I was sorely mistaken. Carpets still filthy—no noticeable improvement at all. Cup holders untouched—sticky mess remains. My license plates were damaged, not even close to careful handling. Vacuuming incomplete, leaving debris everywhere. The trunk? Entirely ignored—it appears as if no cleaning was done back there. For that price, this service was unacceptable. I ended up with a car that looks just as dirty, maybe even worse due to the plate damage. I absolutely will not return.

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with a recent full-service (interior and exterior) wash at Rockville location. Despite paying for a Flaghship Full service $44:00, I found several dirty spots on both the front and back of my vehicle upon its return. I am disappointed that the quality of work does not match the price I paid. I’ve reached out to their customers service manager via email that was provided in their website and didn't receive any response from them.

Went in to have my car washed, I did the flagship package for $44. My car looks like it was not washed, I am highly disappointed and now I’m having to rewash my car at home. Parts of the car were not vacuumed, the windows were definitely not cleaned. And the outside of my car has dried water spots or soap all over. First time there and will not be returning. Waste of my hard earned money honestly.

My rear window wiper on my minivan was torn off during the wash. The lady at the desk was very helpful and nice. She provided me with a claim and asked to to take a photo! Call Flagship if you don’t hear from them in a few weeks! Long story short, I called flagship three times and nothing happened. I do say that the ladies that’s on the phone was extremely friendly polite that’s fantastic but there was no response and I will try again. I will follow up to see if I can get a response! Friendly customer service staff but not too good in responding! I will follow again with another review!

Believe all the bad reviews, I wish I had! $36 for a car that wasn’t washed, the only thing they did is the vacuum but the inside still looked as dirty as it was before the wash… This is unacceptable to charge this much money for a poorly done job. My car was damaged on the conveyer belt of the wash. The belt malfunctioned causing my car to hit the car jammed in front of me. The employees tried to hush it up before I could notice but I saw it unfold. I saw them move my car away from the car it had hit. They tried to pretend it didn’t happen. They took my information. They did not allow me to get a copy do the form. They are dishonest cheats at this car wash. Lucky me I have video and photo evidence. They are dishonest and dirty. They will try to get away with things. They also have an odd pay $5 extra for the back row of your car (to get it vacuumed and cleaned). Funny thing is I don’t see this on the receipt ever. They have always told me cash only. Makes me wonder if this was another dirty lie.

Paid for $44 Carwash plus interior cleaning which is listed as top of the line for the services. The car is cleaned on the exterior that the only visible change. But the cleaning inside was hardly done. I didn’t even see them open my trunk! They did not vacuum it. It still has leaves and dirt in the back. And the rubber matt is definitely not any cleaner in the back There was hardly anything in the trunk and they could have lifted the rubber mat to vacuum underneath and did not. The cup holder and gear consoles also weren’t wiped down and while there isn’t any visible stuff in it, it does have that build up that needs to be wiped away. They also didn’t seem to bother cleaning the crevices in between the seats.. really rather shoddy service. They spent about the same amount of time on each car cleaning interior regardless of the level of package you paid for! Might as well have gotten the lower prices service which doesn’t, based on reviews, seem that much better. I mostly saw them use clothes to wipe down the front console and the inside of the windows and those do look clean/less dusty. Really disappointed and rather upset that I waited in line (yeah they need to work on the signage at the beginning of the two lanes so you know what left and right lanes are for) and was rather ripped off. You are better just doing an exterior wash and then cleaning it yourself. Now I am scrolling through the other reviews and I should have seen those first before coming here. They are completely on point!
