Wow! What a great detailing experience on our 2013 Highlander. Despite our best efforts, the vehicle had about 3 years of dog hair and dog smell in it. Externally, the vehicle had some handprints that we could not get off of the paint. The Pro-Clean team made quick work of both problems for a reasonable price. The car looks and smells just about brand new inside and out; our goal is to get another 10 years out of this car, and this cleaning helps us with that goal. We are quite pleased, and will be taking all of our cars to Pro-Clean for our car cleaning needs moving forward.

Mike and his beautiful lovable laboratory make a beautiful team! They both are very responsive and polite. I had a bad sunroof water leaking damage and car interior has not been cleaned for decade. For a reasonable fee, they turned my old car interior brand new!! The floor was dried, cleaned and covered by new floor material, and interior was cleaned thoroughly. Super honest and thorough job. I totally trust him. Going forward Mike's will be the only place I go for any detailing jobs. They left a huge smile on my face and deep appreciation on efforts they put on my car. I would give a 10 star review without any hesitation.

Pro-Clean does fantastic work. We have used them for each of our cars, and the results have been nothing short of amazing. One of our cars is a 2006 BMW, which looked OK to start with, but was showing its age. When Pro-Clean did its work, the car looked like it had just come off the dealers' show room. We couldn't be more pleased. We will certainly use them again. Highly recommended!

My first experience was interesting. The business is veteran owned which I respect and support. The golden retriever onsite is super friendly. The hand wash I received on my Raptor was so-so: they returned the vehicle to me with water still on it and not sure what type of solution they used to wipe down my interior, but it stained my seat covers, which I paid $200+ for. In addition, the wheels were a little dirty. Let's just say I had to go over my truck when I got home to thoroughly clean it. I would recommend to the owner to get some new help.

This is by far the best my car has looked in 6 years. The interior of the car was filthy from mud, winter's salt and dog paws. The exterior had been scratched from people getting in and out of the car, throwing their bags in the trunk and banging the car with purses or what? when walking through parking lots. Everything has disappeared. I know that it was no easy task to get rid of the problems because I have tried unsuccessfully, to keep my Audi clean. This is a great business that listens to you and provides an outstanding, even stellar service. My car looks beautiful again, thank you!! I will not hesitate to bring my other cars there.

This team did a tremendous job of detailing my SUV which had been dripped with pine sap over the last year (no other option in my driveway). Tree is now gone and I feared I was giving them mission impossible. To my great surprise, 8 hours later, it looks like a champ, inside and out. Superb work, very fair price for what they had to do. Fully recommend.

I have been coming here for maybe around 15 years now. Mike and his team (super friendly) are wizards with their hands. Fair pricing, quality works and excellent customer services. My car changed from the earth to heaven when I picked it up after the detail wash. The best car wash I have ever been to - hands down.

Very odd experience with the owner. We brought our car here after winning a car detail at a charity auction. We took a Honda Crv as the first car because i haven't been to this detailer before with a higher-end car. We were told we would have to pay extra for a car detail and the owner was grumbling about how he did the charity donation for a friend and that it's normally extra. A bit stunned I tried asking what was included in the car detail so I could just get a reduced cleaning instead of a full detail . We then went to go pick up the car. The inside and outside looks pretty clean, I also tried to hand the owner a 20% cash tip (for the employees as they saw about five people working inside the bay) he refused and then pointed at the door and he walked away. I took it as a get out of my shop and then left a bit stunned. I'm sure he's just a grumpy old man, but what a crappy customer service experience and I certainly won't be referring or coming back to this place. At least the car was cleaned and for my conscience the money went to a good cause.

Some of them actually admit they haven’t even used his services…. Seems like a personal attack to me. Shame on anyone who is trying to take down a Veteran’s business!

I'll spare you a long, gushing review because all you need to know is that Pro-Clean is the best detailer in the area! They're also honest, their services are very reasonably priced, and they have a cool mascot. Pro-Clean is the only detailer who will ever touch any of my cars from this point forward. I only wish I had found them sooner!

This company is great. Privately owned and operated by a guy named Mike. He is extremely helpful and knowledgeable for car detailing services and he specializes in water damage for vehicles. I have on old 2003 Hummer H2 that is lifted and super upgraded. But it has some water leaks and noone else could help me because the vehicle is too old. No one else can find parts for it and they arent able to help that much. Mr Mike was willing to take the project even though its a very complicated project. Multiple water leaks from the ceilings. Impossible to find parts. But he was still willing to take on the project for me. He helped me in the past with carpet replacement in the same vehicle. This time he is going to 1st try to fix the water leaks. Then Replace all carpets and subfloor materials due to mold damage. Next they will do head light revitalization and hopefully even help with the rust in the under caraige. Lastly they will cover the seats hopefully and insert a brand new head lines (since the current head liner is full of water stains).
