Paid to have my new car detailed here for the mid-level price. Absolutely horrific experience with unquestionable damage to my exterior paint and hundreds of small swirl scratches due to whatever brushes they used. The interior wasn't vacuumed at all, beyond the front seats. The wait was long, probably 3 hours, which I don't mind as this is supposed to be a higher quality cleaning. They also appeared to have used some hard bristle brush to remove a bird poop, that left potentially permanent scratches on my 3 month old car that I have yet to look into trying to remedy. The staff is nice at the front desk, but to pay $150 and have your new car ruined with cheap materials or inexperienced staff, is an unforgivable sin for a car wash detailer. I cannot justify anyone going here with a new car.

They are very bad. Unfortunately, it happened twice, and unfortunately, it was the same level of badness. My car is new and needs a little cleaning from the inside, as they are not professional and inaccurate in cleaning. I start to help the man to vacuum my car. Pic after service.

Bottom line: I'm appalled that this business somehow has a 4.6 star rating. I can't believe I paid $59 and a 15% tip (boy do I regret that!) for a mediocre car wash and a parking spot. I booked a 5pm appointment online a few days ahead of time since it's the holidays and I figured they might be busy. Upon arrival, the attendant basically tried every method possible to dissuade us from leaving our car for detailing. We were first informed that "the online appointment system doesn't really connect to our system here," trying to imply that they had no record of my appointment. We were then told that they were short staffed and it would take a while to get to my car and it likely wouldn't be ready until 9pm. Not a problem, since we were planning to shop and have dinner anyway... So we left the car and went on our way. I received what looked like an automated text message notification that the car was ready around 9:20pm, followed immediately by a text that said they were closing in 5 minutes and could I please come pick up my car. But when we got there 2 minutes later, they appeared to be doing a last pass on the car. This "last pass" took another 20 minutes during which someone repeatedly wiped down all the windows (evidently to no avail). By this point, we were tired and impatient and wanted to leave, so didn't bother to check the car out fully before leaving. Big mistake - the windows were so streaky that it was almost worse than when the car was dropped off. They had vacuumed the interior, but they didn't bother to actually wipe out any of the compartments in the front console. Additionally, when we got home and popped the trunk, we discovered that they literally just hadn't bothered to do the trunk at all. Were there things in the trunk? Sure. They didn't even try to vacuum around them. Honestly, I wouldn't be surprised if they hadn't even opened the trunk. It's really too bad Google won't let you leave zero stars. Yikes.

EDIT: My original review is below. That said, Laura reached out to me and offered a reclean to me free of charge and I decided to accept. Having just picked up my car after the reclean, I'm happy to change my review to a 5 star review from my initial 2 star. My car has been cleaned thoroughly and the only "problematic" spots left are paint chips from the rocks on the highway and a few spots that require some buffing which was not a part of the package I paid for (at the time I deliberately skipped the buffing even though it was offered, so this is certainly nothing I could even begin to blame them for). The manager of the location also spoke to me and thanked me for giving them a second chance and said he appreciated the initial negative review because it made him aware of where the team can improve, as well as gave me some tips on how to keep the finish on my car in better shape between cleanings. All in all, very satisfied with the customer support, and I'll be bringing my car back in for the buffing detail to help clean up those last troublesome spots. ORIGINAL REVIEW: Paid for the mid tier package and dropped off the car around 6:30. Wasn't a very long line, but it takes time to do it right so when they said it'd be ready around closing at 9 I was ok with that. When I got the text the car was ready, I noticed the car still had bug splatter on the windshield and front bumper, and the employee said "sorry, it just didn't come off in the pressure wash" and shrugged. I guess that means the wax that was supposed to be applied was applied over the bugs still stuck to my bumper and windshield. Overall, I'd say they got the car to 85/90%. But for what's a $90 service, the quality just wasn't there. While it was late and close to closing, if they weren't going to do it right, I would have preferred they just didn't start at all.

For paying ~$320 for the "Ultra" package, this was an unsatisfactory experience. Large and noticeable stains were untouched, soap was left on the floor mats, my seats were uncomfortably wet, and my AC controls were pushed inwards (I had to force them backwards to be able to use them). I noticed these complaints in other reviews, but I risked using this detailer because of convenience. If you expect better service for an "Ultra" package than what is shown in my pictures, then I suggest you look elsewhere.

Best wash I have ever received in the DMV. My car has never looked this good since the day I bought it. I’ve been trying to clean the rims on my car for a while with little success, but the guys at Valet Spa know what they’re doing. The manager Dee is great to deal with and so are the workers. Manny cleaned my car just the way I wanted. I would recommend to anyone going to Tyson’s mall for shopping to drop their car off here. You won’t regret it.

I will say the lady at the front desk was very nice and the booking process was super easy, along with the location being convenient , but other than that, this was a really bad detailing job for the exterior. They did a decent job on the interior but $150 for wheels still caked with brake dust and smudges still on the trunk along with front bumper still covered in bugs and dirt is really bad. It is unacceptable especially at this price. There was a sticky substance on the trunk that I could literally rub out with my nail and they didn’t bother to wipe that off , there were occurrences like this all over the car. It looks great from 10 feet away but once you come close it’s obvious that they just rushed it and didn’t do it with any actual effort and care

For $170, I expected a top-tier detail — instead, it felt rushed and careless. There were streaks all over the car, inside and out. I had to ask for a towel just to wipe down areas myself, including the dashboard and interior glass. The panoramic roof had to be redone after I pointed it out, and the areas I specifically asked them to focus on were completely overlooked. There was also a stubborn spot on the hood that could’ve been removed with a bit of effort — but no one bothered. Worst of all, the exterior glass had streaks that were extremely hard to get off, as if they’d used dirty towels or smeared wet dirt into the surface. I’ve been to places that charge $60–$70 and pay way more attention to detail. To pay $170 and still have to clean parts of my car myself is unacceptable. Would not recommend.

How they did the job? The pictures can tell the story! I really love my Mercedes and I don’t really trust other people cleaning my car. If you are also a car lover you can understand what I mean. I stayed there for 3 hours to look how they wash my car. I have to say I’m very happy with their process and the results! If you don’t trust me, you should stay there and look at it! The workers are really friendly! I have to say Damn! I should know these place earlier! The most important thing is that their price is very competitive!

Please don’t use them. If there was an option for a zero, I’d give it to them. I spent almost $170 for their “Luxe” service for an SUV that’s less than a year old and was fairly clean. 1. The first thing the attendant told me is that it’ll take 3 hours and how I should not book same day appointments and that their website is wrong. (All with an attitude) 2. The basic minimum services were not performed. The interior wasn’t vacuumed, there was crumbs and trash everywhere, and the doors or the center console wereng wiped and the entire 3rd row of the automobile was entirly missed. 3. No one was available or seemed to care. The quality of their work wasn’t just bad, it was embarrassing.

I took my M4 for a wash, and everything seemed fine until I parked outside and noticed the calipers and rims were still dirty. I called the number listed online, but no one answered. Had they picked up and made it right, I would have left a better review. But first, they failed to pay attention to detail—who misses the calipers in a car wash? Second, they didn’t even answer when I called to address the issue. I believe in second chances, but the staff really needs to be more detail-oriented. Inside, they also applied way too much grease (or whatever it was) unevenly. If you can’t deliver a quality service at this price, either improve it or adjust the pricing accordingly.

I was excited to try this service after my husband’s Tahoe was cleaned but unfortunately it was unsatisfactory. I was the last appointment so no one was present when I picked up my car. My keys were left in an unlocked box. I sent pictures and provided feedback regarding the poor cleaning and received no response. This wash is too expensive to be such low quality!

Overall did a terrible job. Went for the $150 wash, exterior was not washed properly. They didn’t dry it properly and all the bugs and thing in the front was still there. Other places offer a better job for half the money. This was unacceptable.

if there is an zero star rating, I will definitely choose that. It is extremely disappointing to have a $163 car wash here. they have left so many obvious, unclean spots both exterior and interior. I meant to send for a car wash and have service that worths $163, yet I feel like I got ripped off. Please do not ever go to this place if you want to have a car wash that can make your day, it will only ruin your mood after all. What really make me feel mad is that the manager went ghost on me and never pick up or return my phone after I complained the issue.

The top of my vehicle is completely covered in little swirly scratches. The paint and the sunroof glass! I didn't notice at the time as I was with family who were in a terrible mood after waiting in the mall as the wash took almost 3 hours longer than we were told. I got my vehicle back right after they closed (just after 7pm) . In my rush to get out of the mall, the cleaning was just enough that in the parking lot it looked good enough from far away that I paid and rushed my family home. I didn't get a chance to look it over until I got home in the dark. The glass was all dirty and exterior of the car was also very poorly washed. The chrome trim had white oily spots all over, the passenger side of the windshield wasn't even touched, side mirrors were all dirty as well, there was bugs all over the front and even bird poop still on the hood. The worst part was the roof was also very dirty and COVERED IN SCRATCHES. Little scratches that you could see aligned with dirty towel streaks. IN SHORT, I paid them a little over a hundred dollars, they barely cleaned and also damaged my vehicle.

Very unsatisfied with my experience. The front desk employee was very nice but the work on my car was not great. These are just a few photos. I then contact them for some sort of resolution and they tell me I can come back for a re-do. When I told them I live far away and would prefer to just get my money back they stop responding to messages (go figure).

I understand customer service jobs are hard. Rixcy, thank you for being so kind and patience with me regarding my questions - you’re great. However, what I don’t understand is how my rear windshield wiper blade came off after the wash. If the guys noticed that it was “loose”, why was I, the owner of the car, not informed that that’s what they found when they were washing the car? The wiper was working fine, and has been working fine for years through multiple times going through services too. My partner has brought his cars here before and most times they’ve done a good job. Unfortunately, the time I bring my own car in, I’m experiencing poorer results. My conversation with the manager was not great. I’m sorry, it felt very unprofessional. I don’t even know her name or anything. How was the rear windshield cleaned without lifting the wiper? I’m just confused. While I received footage of my car leaving the garage with my read wiper looking like it is “attached”, I asked for video footage of the car wash itself and, of course, no one is answering me now. Also, very unfortunate to notice a large scratch on the roof of my car after the wash too! Unfortunately I will not be bringing my car back here ever again.

Amazing. You guys took care of my car while I went to shop in the mall and take care of some errands and when I came back, my car was phenomenal. It felt like I just got it from the dealership when I first bought it. Obviously they’re working on Rolls-Royce and who knows what other exotic cars for the clients Tysons corner but they took care of my baby so that it was clean for myself my family and my dog as well as havinga streamline service to keep tabs on your car and for them to let you know when it’s ready. And then they had a nice little waiting area for me and my pup while we did our paperwork and waited for them to pull my car around. 10 out of 10 highly recommend.

I am writing this on behalf of my sister who had work done here last week. They said they would contact her about the damage they did when the manager comes back the next day. They continue to ignore her calls and do not call back. Her statement "I dropped off my car for a full detail, and when I picked it up, I immediately noticed circular scratch marks all over the paint. I pointed them out on the spot, and the employees told me to contact the manager. When I returned the next day and showed the manager, she acted like she had no clue what happened. I also asked for their insurance information, but since then they have ignored all my calls. As shown in the photo, the scratches are clearly from a circular scrubbing motion. Very unprofessional experience."
