They can not handle lots of cars at once, the line stuck for wayyyy toooo long! Cars came after got in first. Crazy! Convenient, but the only thing they let you do in person is signing you up, literally everything else, you have to communicate with them via email only.

This car wash company gets off on being pretty much the only one with multiple branches across NOVA. They are SCALPERS. $35 for a month for a standard wash is INSANE. Esp since none of the 3 places I’ve been to have lots of room. One didn’t even have a vacuum area! The wash itself is mid at best. I saw small scratches on my car after this place. I’ve never had that happen before at any other car wash place. I’m use to paying $20 for a GOOD wash that can support up to 40 cars at once. They also provide towels and cleaner with no time limit at the vacuums.

This morning I went to this Mr wash location and they told that I had to removed the hitch if I wanted to wash my truck, this s the first time that car wash asked me to remove the hitch, they should send a email to every costumer let it know that.

The actual wash was fine, but the customer service experience? Pretty awful. When I pulled up to the bay to go through the machine, the guy working there had his sign that said “pull forward” turned upside down so I could not tell what he wanted me to do. He quickly got very frustrated so I rolled down my window to ask him what he wanted from me to which he promptly walked over REACHED INTO MY CAR and started yanking my steering wheel. Didn’t even attempt to actually communicate with me. I’m usually not one to leave negative reviews when the product I paid for *the wash* was good but when one of your workers starts unannounced thrusting his arm into my car, being rude, just doing everything to ruin the experience? Yeah, I have to leave a 1 star.

Totally a RIP-OFF for a one time wash!! If I could give this place zero Stars, that’s exactly what I would’ve done. For $25 which is the lava wash, it’s a regular car wash that you can buy at the gas station. All they do is make you go through a car wash machine and that’s it. It lasted 2 seconds. Really no joke. They don’t dry the car or anything. You have to be a member in order to get an interior wash and for them to dry your car. That’s totaled rip off. Please don’t waste your time or money!!!! The only way it is worth it is if you live around the area and then you can have unlimited wash , wash your car everyday for the low $17 otherwise DON’T bother going!

DO NOT USE THIS CAR WASH! There is an issue with the roller that drys your car. I watched it break three back windshield wipers in a row. It gets tangled up on them. I would suggest not using this location until it is fixed, unless you want a $100+ wiper arm replacement bill. Attached are images of my broken windshield arm and from the customer who was ahead of me.

New to town, only reason I have this membership is due to convenience. Not the best car wash but gets the job done (sometimes). Disappointing but it is what it is for now.

Bye!!!! After a few months of not using Mr. Wash I was surprised to find that the one-time wash was increased to $30 and you had to pay an additional $3 for vacuum. This is at a time when a certain competitor is still $25 for one-time wash, with vacuum and towels included - a way better deal since I sporadically use them and not in need of unlimited. Mr Wash will not see me again.

This car wash was absolutely horrible. The whole thing lasted maybe a minute which should have been my first sign to get out and look it over, but with a panicking child there was no way. For $30 I should have driven away with a spotless car. Instead I drove away with my SUV still VERY dirty and not even dry. They do offer free use of their vacuums, but so many people were double parked, attendants weren’t trying to rectify the situation, so myself and 2 others just had to drive away because there was no where to even wait. I could have paid $10 at the gas station and gotten a better wash.

DO NOT GO HERE. My elderly mother has an account here and has been coming to the gallows road Mr Wash for over a year, because of my mothers age she is not the most tech savie, we went through all of her statements and have realized the management there have been charging my mother for 5 different accounts!! All with different names of customers, addresses, etc. When I went to the facility to address the issue i was told i would get a "refund" We have only received one ($44) AND they are not doing anything about my information being leaked! they have not refunded me in total, and i have not heard from any sort of higherup. This is unacceptable!

From out of state. Pulled in for a wash to get all the salt off my car. The attendant was super nice but said a single basic wash was $30 and that they now primarily focus on a subscription model. Being from out of town getting a subscription was a hard NO. At least they had a bypass on the other side of the gate so I didn't have to backup. How is this a thing? Maybe they figured out that sign up and forget (or make it impossible to cancel) is the way to maximize profits. No thanks.

I have been attempting to update a current vehicle from the Gallows Road Mr. Wash location to the Glebe Road Mr. Wash location since the beginning of December. I have sent three separate emails to the email address listed on the Mr. Wash Contact Us page, which specifically states that someone will respond within one business day. It has now been several weeks with no response at all. The lack of communication and follow-through is extremely disappointing, especially for what should be a straightforward account update. At this point, the issue is not the request itself, but the complete absence of customer support. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend Mr. Wash for customer service or account management.

Came to do a car wash because my car is looking crazy after this snowstorm. They kept trying to sell me the unlimited package. I respectfully declined because I don’t like going through car washes And I basically was told that it’s a waste of my money??? Never been declined service so really thrown off.

Shoutout to Edwin for running such a smooth operation. He was professional, attentive, and clearly cares about customer experience. You can tell when a place is well managed, and Edwin definitely makes a difference. My car was cleaned to my liking and looked new. Appreciate the great service!

They broke my car door clip and refused to take responsibility. Terrible customer service. I won’t be returning and I would not recommend this place to anyone.

I visited Mr. Wash in this location recently and was let down by both the vacuum and the car wash itself. The vacuum suction was extremely weak—it barely picked up any dirt, leaving the interior still dusty. The exterior wash wasn’t much better. After the rinse, I noticed several dark spots and streaks still visible on the car, especially on the doors and rear bumper. For the price, I expected a more thorough clean. I hope they improve the equipment and quality soon.

The prices keep going up, and now they’ve discontinued free vacuums that were activated with just a press of a button and now require scanning a stupid QR code to pay or confirm your membership. Never mind that their pricing almost mandates that you sign up for a recurring subscription. This unnecessary hassle is just another grab for more money or personal data.

To be honest, all of the Mr Wash locations I’ve been to (4) have been terrible. But this one takes the cake. The guy spraying the water gave me wrong directions to turn my wheel and it ended up clipping the conveyer belt and damaging my rim. So annoying. The wash left streaks on my windows and is overall very short. I have unlimited with them as a promotional offer and have to go multiple times a week because not a single one has come out truly clean. Take your money elsewhere and go to Flagship Car Wash for value for money. I should’ve never stopped going there (their unlimited is a bit pricey). The vacuums here though were strong.

Wow! Can’t believe how many times I’ve checked in here, but never left a review. This is a decent enough basic machine car wash, conveniently located near a busy intersection in Falls Church off Gallows Road near Rt. 50 & the beltway. You used to be able to go through and get a one-time wash but for a while now they only offer unlimited only, meaning you have to purchase a monthly membership and if you don’t use it often it’s really not worth it. Spring, summer, and fall it washes the car just fine, but I went through to get the salt off from our recent snowstorm on the East Coast and it only cleaned the top half of my car, but it did not clean the salt off at all, which was disappointing! Thankfully I had a towel and could rub some of it out while it was still wet (that’s what she said lol). They did get smart however with their vacuums because they used to always be open anyone at the push of a button, but now it’s $3 for eight minutes for non-members and if you’re a member it’s unlimited vacuum time. Regardless, if you remember or not, you turn it the vacuums now via a QR code.
