I just received the worst carwash ever. This place is not the best. Grant it I a New to the area it’s hard to know what is good and what is not. I always see cars lined up here figured it must be good. What could possible go wrong. Pass by go somewhere else. I had to ask them to do their job efficiently. When I spend $34 to get a car wash I expect exceptional detail work. Sad to say a complete waste of my money. Lesson learned won’t return. They don’t even say anything they just walk away; I’m like I’m hello does that mean your done? Water marks, streaky windows what did I just pay for 🤦🏽♀️

I recently visited Autobell for a car cleaning service, and I feel it is important to share my experience. Unfortunately, the quality of the cleaning did not meet my expectations. It appeared that the process was rushed, as I noticed sticky residue remaining on my screen and other areas of the vehicle. Given that I spent $30 for this service, I was disappointed with the overall result. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend this service.

Great. However, I wish I didn’t always have to remind the cleaners to wipe down and dry my deep dish rims. I always tip, but I can't understand having to ask them to dry the rims. I also just added my wife and her car to my unlimited plan.

I went into the car wash the wrong direction because the signs are very unclear and then I was yelled at by a short light skin buzz cut male. It was very rude. The whole experience was overall pretty bad, especially leaving crumbs in the car.

I went here and I got a $26 car wash for my truck. I don’t believe they did anything with wax or sealer on the truck for that and I told the young man who was extremely nice when I bought my ticket that I wanted to vacuum my car, which is free at any other car wash I’ve been to, but when I got out front, the guys direct me away from the vacuums left me parked at the entrance exit to the car wash or a car vacuum lanes and told me that it was not allowed for me to vacuum my car so they charge extra to have them vacuum your car. You have no free vacuum available at this location. I don’t think they did a great job at all. My mirrors were pushed out so I had to do that myself after I pulled out in traffic now not a good experience for me at all. I wish I’d never gone in there. $26 not a gray car wash.

I went in for routine work and asked for “extra tire gloss.” I was met with an unexpected response: a short, light-skinned guy with a buzz cut lashed out and called me a homophobic slur. His attitude was completely unprofessional and the language totally unacceptable. The service started off fine, but the verbal assault ruined the experience.

Happened a little while ago but I finally had the time to write this, I pulled up to the car wash expecting a quick, decent clean, but instead I watched a tall light-skinned guy with a mullet drinking an alcoholic monster and vaping while washing my car, definitely not the kind of professionalism I expected. Left my car smelling like nicotine mixed with soap. Not to mention the water spots left on my car after the wash. Disappointing service.

The wash itself is great. It's the young men outside waiting to dry and vacuum car off I have the problem with. After years of not going, I tried a 2nd location as the actual place I wanted to go was no longer taking customers. They never do a good job wiping car down especially the wind shield and windows(there are always streaks somewhere)

If im going to pay 40 bucks for a wash, I expect you to clean inside and the outside. I had to get the guy to clean my windows again, wipe off the wheels, and tires. If they didnt socialize so much, they would get the job done faster and would be more efficient . This isn't the first time ive had to say something because I paid them to do a job, and they skipped half of what they were supposed to do.

Went here today for a full service car.Wash paid sixty nine dollars.I expected a tire, clean and shine.I was told that was extra at the end.I was not told at the beginning.I expected to paying sixty nine dollars for full service car.Wash, I expect my tires to be glossed and ready as I drove off.I noticed the windows were not fully dried when rolling them up were not goat.Its location again. Also my windows where still dirty after I left. I want a refund.

Visited the location on Millbrook. Quick service, super nice young men, and the inside was nicely cleaned/vacuumed/ smelling great. The reason for 4 vs 5 stars was the missed back window full of loving doggy nose boops. My son has his driving test first thing Monday morning, so I wanted to make sure the car was cleaned and all windows were cleared of prints and spots. Otherwise, I can say on a whole we get great service at this location.

I wouldn’t recommend coming to this establishment. I went to get my car washed after being at circle k gas station (gas station right next door). I was greeted by the owner Mybiu. He let me know about the $40 special they had for the day. I decried I’d get my car washed and let my car pass through the machine. While I was in the machine my drivers side window snapped off. Mybiu was standing at the the entrance of the machine and I rolled my window down to show the damage. He asked me if I wanted to file a claim. I said yes. He quickly explained the claim process and said he would be back after his investigation. I sat in the waiting area inside. He came to me and asked me to fill out a claims form. On the form he marked the incorrect area of damage and the incorrect year for my vehicle. I pointed out the issue with the damage area and filled out the form. After my vehicle was done being washed he told my me claim was denied because he saw a scratch on my mirror and that leads him to believe my car had prior damage: I explained bought my car used there are scratches in different areas of the car but mirror was never damaged. I also explained my mother borrowed my car this morning and there was no damage to it then. When I was at the gas station next door there was no damage. It’s only after I came to his car wash my car was damaged. He tried to claim his investigation showed no issues with his machines. He also said he had his car pass through and nothing happened to his car. As he was speaking to me an attendant walked up and told him about the machine not performing properly. I pointed out to him that if his machines were in such pristine condition he wouldn’t be having this issue now. Again he said he thinks the damage occurred before I came to his car wash. I explained it didn’t. I finished the conversation by letting him know I’d be taking him to small claims. I drove off and returned because I decided to call the police and file a police report. As I was sitting there waiting for the police, a number of cars came to get serviced and they weren’t able to because his machine was malfunctioning. Do not waste your time and money here.

I don’t know why this place has 3 stars but my experience was great. No wait, great customer service, and thorough cleaning. Prices are reasonable and they have plenty of options for whatever type of car cleaning you need. Didn’t try and push anything beyond what we requested. Place is clean and welcoming, easy to navigate and has snacks and bathrooms while you wait. 11/10.

went there today. not great. the console area was not cleaned very well. i took a kleenex and wiped off stuff they had missed . also, the waiting room was very dirty . it looked like hair and dirt were all over the floor. I decided to take them up on the $45 special. i wasn’t hardly there 10 minutes. supposed to have cleaned the tires and the rims and they looked like they did when i arrived . lots of stuff was missed . ill try a different location next time
