Once upon a time, I would've easily given this location 5 stars. Not now. I get it. My car is hard to clean after 3 shepherds have been in it.. but leaving my ENTIRE backseat still covered in dirt and dog hair, I'll pass next time. If y'all are missing a bottle of "blue thunder," you left it in my car. Ended up having to clean most of the interior of my car AFTER it went through the wash.

The team works hard, at times they rush but today they were on target that's why it is a 4. For the 80 a month I wish there was some type of priority for folks that ate on the plan, some days there are long waits. I feel the cost has risen and I am actually thinking about canceling the membership, although I do enjoy keeping my vehicle in top shape.

Visited Auto Bell- interior + exterior was $37 which was already super overpriced but interior was not cleaned like it should have been- none of my cup holders or console area had been cleaned! would not recommend and will not be back.. this was right after!!

Great service, & helpful with the Auto Bell app. The company needs to put in a shade or awning system for the cars when the interior is being cleaned. Help keep employees safe from the heat.

Unfortunately, lazy kids working at this location. I should've looked in the passenger side and backseats before leaving. My 5 year old does a better job of vacuuming than the employees. I purchased the Super Poly which should've included wiping of the mats as well.

I went to the car wash and went through the drive through portion, and it ended up cracking my windshield from end to end to the point where I had to get it replaced. There are video cameras that I KNOW you are aware of (and is indicated on my claim report) so feel free to take a look. My windshield was NOT cracked before going through the drive through wash portion. The guy I spoke with about it (Kyle Hall) even said to me several times as I filed the claim with him in the office, that he was "so sorry this happened." Basically admitting that something happened. Someone was supposed to call me about this but I never got a call. In addition, you all did a poor job of cleaning my car. I have attached some pictures (this isn’t even all of it) of my car supposedly cleaned AFTER you all cleaned my car. It was still filthy.

The below pictures were AFTER our vehicle was "cleaned". My wife took both of our vehicles as an early Christmas surprise so I didn't have to do it and that was 100% ruined. Three people "cleaned" this vehicle and this is what we ended up with. She had somewhere to be and didn't have a chance to inspect the vehicle before she left. My 10 yr old, heck our 5 years olds for that matter, could do better than this. We'll never visit an Autobell again.

Polite workers. Windows and most of the dashboard was wiped down and looks clean. I specifically asked about getting rid of the dog hair in my new vehicle since I'm allergic to dogs. They said they don't shampoo as part of their interior cleaning, however they do a full vacuum. Well, as the included "after" pictures show, no section of the car is clean of the white dog hairs. 3 stars because they did do all the parts of the cleaning I didn't care about, and loss of 2 stars because they didn't do the Only part of the cleaning that I actually wanted.

I stopped by this Autobell on Fayetteville Road today to get a proper cleaning of my vehicle both externally and internally. I told the attendant what I would like done and purchased an almost $50 package. After my vehicle went through the automated outerbody and underbody washes, I pulled the vehicle up on the side for them to do the more detailed cleaning. I sat on the bench outside and just waited patiently observing how they work. They work very diligently and quickly to get the vehicles back to the customer within a short timeframe. When my vehicle was ready, I did a walk around and a look inside just to make sure it met my expectations. After all, when you pay almost $50 to get your vehicle washed, you expect a certain level of service and attention to details. There were several areas that needed additional attention; for example: the cupholders, under the seats, my steering wheel, the trunk and trunk door, certain parts of the chairs, and other areas that were missed. When I expressed those concerns, everyone quickly went to rectify the situation. I was especially impressed by Nick who really took it to heart to ensure that my concerns on the interior of my vehicle were handled efficiently. By this time, everyone else had moved on to another vehicle, but Nick stuck around, and he took his time and really checked the areas and took care of all of the concerned spots and others that I did not initially observe. I was really happy with his performance. He also had a pleasant attitude and was very professional. I am giving this facility an overall 4-star rating for 3 reasons: (1) When I expressed my concerns with the original job done, they immediately worked to rectify the problems; (2) Nick was a shining star and went above and beyond to make sure the job was done to my satisfaction; (3) When I got home, I realized that there were some areas on my tires that were completely missed from the Armor All job even though my package included an Armor All Special. Generally, I had a good visit at this Autobell Car Wash. I send a special thank you to Nick! My vehicle is now cleaned internally and externally and smells fresh just in time for Easter tomorrow.

In general I have been pleased with the service, but today the person drying my car did a quick and poor job. It is sad because I was the only person In the drying area. When I arrived at my home I had to dry many areas of the car and clean several spots.

I went here today for an exterior special wash and was extremely happy with the service I received. The manager, Kenny, was so informative and attentive to all my questions. He even participates actively in the post-wash experience and goes the extra mile. Go see Kenny and his team. They will take care of you and your vehicle! Thank you, Kenny! Also, if you are on the newest part of I-540, exit on 401 north. This Autobell is not far from the exit.
