I was driving to work and my windshield wiper flipped over backwards. I was going to pull under the vacuum awning and fix it myself. Dontra was nice enough to help this damsel in distress out by fixing my windshield wiper for me. Thank you Dontra for helping me on this rainy morning.

Loved this place!! It was my first time here and bruh My car was filthyyyy and now after her spa day she’s cute. Real cute. Almost too cute- the vacuum and air compressor part is my favorite ever and Dee is the most amazing! He’s so kind and helpful and makes sure everything is stocked up and was always making sure things were working! What an amazing gem of a man I was so impressed by him and how helpful he was to everyone and me personally! I’ll be back for him- I may get a membership he was just such a sweetheart and made sure everything was good! He really took care of everyone around when I was there and helped me too!! Love!

Fast and quick automatic car wash. They do try to sell you on a subscription every time I go, however, they are respectful when I decline. After the car wash, they offer free vacuums.

I have a membership here but every single time I come up to check it it’s closed. Why are they closed at 4:51 pm on a Thursday? I really liked the quality of wash, but I don’t like the consistency of closing. You need to update your hours on Google if they’re not truly open.

Okay, so it's been a while since I paid for a car wash, I always felt that it was just not worth what they charge. But with Zips, I feel it was worth every bit of money I spent. Add in the free vacuums and the microfiber towels and glass cleaner, my son and I were really impressed and we are excited for the next time we go. Price was reasonable, and the ride through the wash was awesome. I can't recommend Zips more highly, I think that I am now a loyal customer.

I just started my membership at this this car wash.. they have multiple locations.. they give you the option to go through twice if your car is really dirty and you have free vacuums to the side.. my car always comes out looking really clean.. they offered a special $12 a month for the first 2 months and 25.00 a month after that.. I can say that it makes it very convenient.. I enjoy going through at different locations when I have the chance

Love this car wash I've been going here for a year or so now. Only reason I'm giving it 2 stars is cause they are always RANDOMLY CLOSED. So every time I take time to drive here.. half the time they're not even open. It's annoying. Usually young kids here. Guess if they get some quality staff that don't call in, maybe they'd be open.

Careful bringing Jeep’s or expensive vehicles here. This just happened today 4-27-23. Spoke to the manager about the damage and he just kept telling me he don’t see how the wash damaged my vehicle and he doubts the car wash will cover the damage. Still filled out the claim but he was pretty consistent on letting me know they most likely won’t be covering my damage. This was has also bent my antenna and almost broke it off, so I went ahead and bought another antenna just so I wouldn’t have to deal with this kind of “customer service”. But now there’s no way I couldn’t say anything to the damage and scratches. Still waiting to see what their “claims department” tells me.

Disappointing Experience at Zip's Car Wash on Westworth Blvd I recently had a wash at Zip's Car Wash on Westworth Blvd, and it was an utterly disappointing experience. Despite the hefty $24.00 price tag, the results were far from satisfactory. This wasn't a large vehicle; it's a Nissan Kicks, and the outcome did not justify the cost. What's even more frustrating is their policy of not allowing refunds. In a time when every dollar matters in this economy, the fact that they don't stand behind their service with a refund policy is just ridiculous. I reached out to express my dissatisfaction, only to find out that they don't offer refunds. Attached are pictures of the underwhelming results. Potential customers, beware! Zip's Car Wash on Westworth Blvd failed to deliver a quality service, and their refusal to provide refunds speaks volumes about their commitment to customer satisfaction. Save your money and choose a car wash that values its customers and understands the importance of delivering a service worth its price. Whatever you do…Zip’s don’t send the the reply you send to every other person on the Reviews. I don’t want to hear it.

This place isn't terrible, because the workers are incredibly helpful in sweet and the vacuums are good vacuums. But I did purchase the $13 option which is a step up from the lowest option they have, and after I got through my car still had dirt all over it. My car was recently cleaned it only dirty because of the rain also on the side of my car my son throughout his juice Box earlier and there was dry juice all over it. I end up having to scrub off the juice myself, there was dirt still all over the car, and there were still bugs on both of the mirrors in the grill. Honestly I think this waz a $5 value wash not necessarily $13 that I paid. But all in all it's not a terrible place.

Updated Review 3-13-25: I reached out to the provided contact and the response from Zips Car Wash that was provided. I posted a photo of the reply message that was sent to me, they declined my claim. Original Review. I don't normally leave bad reviews. I came to get my vehicle washed and the main brushes broke my rear wiper blade. I looked for someone to talk with about my broken rear wiper. I found a lady who was not helpful; I was told she would not provide me with the manager's name or who to talk with. I walked around the car wash to find someone and found a nice younger man who ended up filing the claim for me. I got an email the next morning that said they were not responsible for the damage their car wash caused. I have been to plenty of car washes with this vehicle hundreds of times over the years and it has not been damaged. Use this Zip's wash location at your own risk and know they don't accept claims for damages. I would not recommend this car wash location,

Never will I come back here. I have never seen such a disgusting display of “customer service”. The gal guiding vehicles into the wash visibly had an attitude before I even pulled up. Scowl on her face. Eyes rolling. Demanded I take the ice scraper out of my truck (which mind you has lived in that same spot for 3 years through MANY car washes) which whatever. But doesn’t require eye rolls, scoffs and folded arms. And then to shout commands at me about my foot being on the brake even though my feet are no where near the pedals. No ma’am. I won’t return if these are the attitudes I will have to interact with to receive my service.

Avoid Zips Car Wash at all costs. During my wash, I heard a loud bang—and by the end, my side mirror was completely broken. I immediately spoke to an employee named Cilena, who couldn't have cared less. No apology, no empathy, just told me to pull to the side like I was an inconvenience. She took a few photos and said a claim would be filed. On my way home driving on the freeway, the damaged mirror slammed against my door, causing even more scratches and damage. When I called the 1-800 number, the rep was much more helpful and at least had the decency to apologize and add the additional damage to the claim. But then came the slap in the face: I got an email saying my claim was denied because Zips “doesn’t cover side mirror damage.” Seriously? Their own equipment clearly caused the issue, yet they hide behind fine print on a sign no one reads while being funneled into the wash. Zips takes zero accountability for the damage their car wash causes, and the on-site staff treated me like my concerns were a nuisance. This is not how you treat paying customers. The lack of responsibility and customer service is absolutely unacceptable. Never going back—and if you value your car, neither should you.

This is by far the worst car was I’ve ever been to. I wasted $24 on the PRO wash the next to best package. And it doesn’t even look like I got it washed. Do not waste your money here. You can tell when you’re going through the wash that it’s not doing any good.
