I got there on this Dec 22/2024 First I put $4 dollar cash. The machine eat it. Didn’t work at all. Lose my money. I called help line no answer. They respond later and return my money.

They were very busy, and they ran out of paper receipts. It happens however I called the number on the machine, and they sent me an email receipt very fast. I was impressed and my truck looks great. Thank-You!

Amazing customer service! Went out of their way to fix a mistake that I made that was no fault of theirs. The automated car wash left my truck looking shiny. I won’t be going anywhere else from now on.
