Automatic Doesn't wash undercarriage as claimed for the "premium" wash and hit the side mirror while spinning.

Second time the credit card machine has over charged my card while I was here. Last time it charged me again after I already left. No one ever answers their phone.

I had a negative experience, I paid for a vaccum only to find out that there was little to no suction and I couldn't find anyone to refund my money.

My suv barely fit in between the tracks that you have to go in to get the automatic wash. Doesnt even have drier blower. Barrly washes the car.

I spent 6 dollars and eventually saw that the vacuum was clogged . Went down the street to locus lane and spent another 3 dollars and it got done fast and nice . Really waste of money if they aren’t checking to see stuff is working right disappointed

Was clean and well lit. Coin changer worked, which isnt always true at some places. Could get a car scrubbed and rinsed with $4.00

45 dollars for a car wash and the trunk is not vacuumed. They told me it would take around 40 min. It took only 25 min(in a rush).1

Went through the automatic car wash on my lunch break because I was on a time crunch. Somehow my cars now dirtier than when it went in. And there’s some lovely scratches in my paint. Tried to call to get a refund and let them know but the number they have listed is out of service. 😡😡😡

This place is convenient and accepts credit cards....$10 for appox. 10-12 min manual car wash. The down side is that if u havs a minivan, midsize truck or bigger its hard to wash since the hoses are a tad short. The soap on the brush is really watered down and so is the soap coming out of the sprayer. It's the closest car wash to where i live......apparently its under new management so hopefully it gets better.

Very reasonably priced and that is the only reason I gave it 2 stars. The automatic car wash left soap all over my car and did a bad job at cleaning especially my tires. I had to spend more money to use the self serve wash bay to rinse of the soap.

Never going back. I drive a lot for work all over the area. I need to have a clean car, so I've been to a number of car washes in the area. This is the worst auto wash and not the cheapest. I paid $10 and had to leave with suds on my car since the machine stopped midway. I even tried calling before I left upset because, you know, things happen, but no one answered after a number of rings. Now I still had to pay for a wash elsewhere.
