I love the staff at this place. They are very very friendly and helpful. I know, that's not what you think when you think of what is more or less a self-serve drive through car wash, but they always seem to be happy to be working there. . And Mister Car Wash always gets my car very clean. So why don't we have five stars? I wish the dryers were better. I still usually have drops on my car when I leave, and since I often get it washed before work, I don't necessarily have time to stop and dry it off. So sometimes I wind up with water spots. I would give them four and a half Stars if I could.

I came in just for a regular wash today. There appears to be a little bit of a disconnect with my car’s bar code and the scanner. The work around is someone has to come out and rub the sticker and the arm opens up granting access to the wash. As an attempt to be courteous and helpful to the staff I had been rolling my window down and doing it myself. It was well received for a while until today while I was told “keep your hand in the car.!” This was kind of shock to me since I was just trying to be helpful. My guess is this is a safety concern which is fine, but a friendly conversation would have been the right thing, and would have stopped it immediately. I feel blindsided. I wasn’t smiling today. I’m smiling now. I just got a call from the station and our disconnect was resolved. Thank you for that. Good companies do this. Five stars.

I went to this Car Wash on 2/2 as I had hit a skunk with my car the day prior. I approach the car wash entrance and 2 gentleman (not sure if they were workers or not) were standing in the way & didn't move for approximately 2 minutes (they knew I was there as they kept looking at me) as they were chatting. I go through the wash & vacuum out my car, but I noticed as I got back to work that there are marks on my windows (including windshield and back windshield) and the body of my car. The dots are hard to get off as I've tried cleaning it myself, and my windows looks horrible- had to do it myself also. I went back & asked for a re-wash & was told I have to pay again. No thanks! Not thrilled with this at all.

I cannot say enough good things about this car wash establishment. First of all, I applaud the staff who are always friendly, respectful, and have treated me to a free car wash. That generosity is unmatched anywhere else. I was blown away by their kindness that it made me want to come back. I like that this place doesn’t have a long line and it’s very clean. They have plenty of vacuums so you can spread out. I will definitely sign up for a subscription, even though there’s a closer car wash to my house. But excellent customer service, clean drive through, and an organized layout are all reasons to be loyal to this spot. I highly recommend this if you’re contemplating on which car wash business to get a subscription with.

Fast and easy. Exterior aesthetics (design and color) appreciated and very clean. The attendants are helpful, professional and not pushy. They take pride in their work. The automated car wash does an excellent job. Vacuuming bays available with strong suction and very neat little blowers that get the sand and dirt out of cracks in those hard to reach places.

Brand new 2023 Ram 2500 damaged from new car wash. I’ve been using the Lancaster location for a few months and no issues. Try Harrisburg after they open and my entire truck is scratched up. Do not use if you drive a large SUV or truck. Waiting to hear back on if they will cover this. I’ll update the review with more information. Update 2/13 - after multiple emails and no responses I’ve turned this over to my auto insurance company who will now go after Mister Carwash. Every insurance agent and local shop I’ve talked to said these automatic car washes are doing damage and to avoid them. Update 2/20 - still no response from the "owner". Seems they can respond here and say it's concerning but won't do anything about it. My insurance company has covered the damage and will be going after Mister Carwash from my understanding.

Mister takes care of my car in a way that is actually enjoyable. Not just a superior clean, a little ride through a colorful tunnel. Once that is over, I vacuum my floor mats and suck the stale air out from under my car seats and leave refreshed.

I have to give two stars because one thing I hate with any business is the immediate upsell as soon as you walk in the door. Or pull up to payment kiosk in this case if you will. I don't need help figuring out how to choose a wash and I don't like being pressured the second I get there. I avoid Mr. Car Wash for this reason alone. Great wash, just ditch the upsell tactic. People don't like that.
