I really like this automated car wash. There's a few options to choose from, but it's the only one in that area that does the touch wash without having to get out of the car. Very good wash for the money!

I signed up for the membership and it's not like other car washes.the app is extremely poor, there is no help function, the website is nonexistent and when I go for a.wash, it has not registered for me twice to where I have to drive back around and get back in line to get my vehicle clean. I can say that I won't be renewing my membership and would rather frequent other washes.

Love this car wash! I drive Uber/Lyft, so I pay for the $25 monthly membership, which pays for itself in 2 washes. I have a Kia Soul, so most car washes never do a good job with it's pancake back. Fast Lane is the only one I've found that does a great job of washing my car!

I have a mini van. It did not wash the back at all. So disappointed. I paid for the highest price wash...just to be disappointed. :-( Only one tube had soap that squirt out. There is no number to call to get a refund.

SAVE YOUR MONEY AND GO SOMEWHERE ELSE! I payed for the ultra wash (most expensive) and the machine gives me the express wash (cheapest and just water) $2 Vacuum worked (shockingly) Payed $2 for a new car scent air freshener and the machine doesn’t dispense but keeps money. It’s a shame because other locations of this company work great; but here was terrible.

Half of the foam jets didn't work properly. Spot free rinse jets on sides not working properly. Overhead dryer locked in position and only did half of the car. It seems maintenance of this equipment is low priority. Came in for wash and again the machines aren't 100%. Used brushless wash. When cleaner not working at all. Foam jets still not 100%.

Paid for the $14 Ultra, Grand-Poobah, Super-Duper wash. The wash did a satisfactory job, but the dry was laughable at best. The dryer left my car dripping wet, had to use my wipers to even see to pull out. Double checked when outside, and sure enough, water spots everywhere car dripping wet. To make it even worse, I saw a man and a woman working on the machine in the next bay over. (The man identified himself as the owner when I asked later in our conversation). I mentioned to the man that I think the dryer in the next bay is malfunctioning, and not working well. He replied, rudely- "well, it's not going to get it towel dry." I pointed out the drips and spots, to which he replied- "oh well, I have bigger problems than that over here". Product sucks, and the service here is a joke. It's a shame there isn't a Mr. Carwash in this area- they'd put this Fastlane out of business in a week. Next time, I'll drive to York, and stick with Mr. Carwash were the product and service are excellent.

I've been really busy lately. Finally, I took the car for a wash. Found the price had increased almost 3 dollars. There should be something improved for that large % increase. It's the same.

Very affordable monthly package. The wash is always maintained and does a good job in the six minutes that it takes to do SUV. Only once in awhile the line is to long to wait. Understandable since it is always upgrading or maintaining so that everyone in the area uses it.

Nice facility. It was quite the popular place when I was there. Only suggestion would be if you're planning to use the self wash stall bring towels if you want to leave with a dry car as the blowers didn't have enough force to do much. Price was reasonable. Will go there again.

Don't waste your money here. I spent $11 on the automatic car wash. You pull into the stall, park, and the machine goes back and forth over the car. It is touchless and just sprays high powered water, soap, and air. After the wash my car still looked dirty! There's a layer of dirt on my car so much so that I make finger prints when I touch the car. Plus, vacuums are not free. I've never been to a car wash that does such a terrible job.

Tried this location for the first and last time today. My car still have road salt and such on it from the last storm so I did the ultimate $12 package in the soft touch lane because I knew it was pretty dirty. The wash left my car streaky and still dirty in multiple spots and was certainly not worth the $12 I paid. I would highly suggest another car wash since this one is lacking and didn't even dry the car off upon exiting like all of the other auto carwashes I have used

They are always making sure the car wash operates smoothly with no issues. They recently upgraded the brush car wash and it does a good job. I like the fact that all their machines accept credit cards so I don't have to fish for coins. They have club membership as well. Car wash itself cleans just as good as any other and they have the options of brush, brushless and self car wash.

I paid in cash for the ultra wash, while I waited for the car in front of me to finish. When the car left, the green go ahead light never turned on nor the undercarriage spray. I drove in and backed out, but nothing activated it. Lost $16 and didn't get a call back when I called the office about it yesterday. I have previously had difficulties when the wash ran out of soap, so I always get a receipt now. I recommend you do the same. I'm not impressed.

This a review for the manual washing stalls. I prefer this car wash to any around. Water is usually warm to hot and pressure is almost always good. Good prices considering the amount of time you get to wash. You can also get a prepaid card for Fast Lane that gives you even better pricing. Plus the stalls actually take credit/debit cards. No need to use a bunch of quarters, unless you want to.

Automatic car wash does not clean rockets and trunk areas completely with soft touch. I tried both touchless and soft touch both certainly not worth 12-15 dollars more likely worth about 5 dollars. Because I have to park get out spray and hand clean anyways. Will not be back maybe try one of the new car washes. I also tried the one in hershey same results.

Twice the price and half the pressure, like putting your thumb over a garden hose. Brush and soap also terrible..took 10 dollars and 10 minutes to try and gets some bugs and bird poop off the front of my truck. There are 27 other car washed in this area, anything would be better.

Soft touch did a decent job on my pickup that is an extended cab with an 8 foot bed with the longer wheel base. Had to back up a few times to get the correct angle for the turn in the back. Tight squeeze, but fit. Definitely have to push in your side view windows. The rims get cleaner with soft touch. There are still a few marks, but not bad. Car wash did make some screeching noises, but all worked as it should. Was a little worried with the mixed reviews, but I would use the car wash again. Did pay for the top wash: $16 + tax, which is the going rate. Top wash took almost 10 minutes from start to finish.

I ran my credit card for the initial five dollars start up fee and then they charged me up to $20 while I was still using it. that’s fine! but when you get the $20 it stops you from using it. It makes you recharge another $5 just to start up again And then charge you immediately per seconds. No signs anywhere saying only $20 At a time, or I just wouldn’t have used this car wash. After a shut off for me, I used it for another $1.25 And just for that $1.25. It charged me five dollars on top of it. Company sits on Mountain Road in Linglestown PA…. Beware of this scam
