Very reasonably priced compared to others in the area. There is no dryer. It does clean well. The sharp turn you need to make when you’re exiting the automatic is a little tight but it won’t stop me from going there again.

Cheap compared to others. But doesn't let credit card continue charging until I hit stop. So have to swipe card for more time needed. It's good in some ways but a pain in others.

Nice little car wash with all the usual amenities. Everything takes cash or credit cards, typical manual wash stations, one automatic bay, 5 Vaccums, and a tire air pump! (This isn't common surprisingly) Owner takes good care of the place, seems to have put a lot of thought into everything you'll need to clean you cars. 5/5 Only one suggestion, have your card readers take American Express cards.

Good news. This location now has an automated touchless wash! The lowest price is $5.00 up to 7 or $9.00. One bay was converted to accommodate the automatic wash. I think the vacuum cleaners are too experience $1.50 for the amount of time allocated. Otherwise this place is great.

This car wash is very hit and miss. I end up having more bad washes then good ones. Soap brush had no soap coming out, the spot free rinse had soap suds and I am overall frustrated with this car wash. Tried calling and texting the contact but no answer. The bay next to me took a guys money and the other bay was out of service. You lost my buisness and I'm a local. Don't waste your time or energy, I gave this place so many chances, I'm fed up and over it.

EDIT: 4 days have gone by and I have not received a call back from the number provided below. I left 2 voicemails with my contact information. This place is absolutely a scam and the issue was not addressed by any means. The response they provided below is to make it look like they attempted to resolve this (there was no such attempt made). I put $5 into the left change machine and did not receive any change. I called the phone number provided and it went straight to voicemail. Takeaway is I got scammed for $5. Think twice before going here!

First time using this car wash and I was not disappointed. The hose split on the sprayer and I asked a gentleman if he worked there, and to my surprise he was the owner. I respect the fact he didn't give me excuses, he quickly apologized and directed me to another bay to finish my car (at no cost to me). He just bought the car wash last month, and I must say he is doing a great job! He cares about his customers! Prices are great, it's clean and has HOT WATER. I highly recommend you give this business a chance. You won't be disappointed.

I’ve used this car wash all my life and it’s went down hill. They keep raising prices. 4$ minimum to just spray snow off my truck. Some bays not operational half the time. No blow dryers. So if you add 4$ to just wash and you want to fully wash it’s prob 9$. Quarter gets you a whopping 15 seconds after your initial 4$. After vacuuming and buying cleaned your well over 20-25$. This is why shiney shell is booming. 14$ gets you everything

2025 Update: This Car wash has new owners. I do not know when that changed. I decided to give the automated car wash bay another try in October 2024. The bay worked as it should. I have since used the automated bay multiple times without an issue. I still only use my credit card, just in case, since there are not receipts. Changing from 1 to 4-Stars. _________________________________________________ Original 2019 Review: Do not trust the automated car wash bay to work. I used the automated car wash twice at Locust Lane Car Wash. The first time was on May 2, 2019 and went smoothly. I attempted to wash my car using the automated car wash again on May 16th; the system failed to work. After I paid using my credit card I was instructed to DRIVE FORWARD SLOWLY. Once inside the bay the electronic instruction sign kept instructing me to drive forward, which meant I would have been exiting before the car wash began. I inched up a little, nothing happened. I inched back a little; still nothing happened. The instruction sign never changed to STOP, it simply went off giving no instruction. Then all of a sudden water began to be released with a tiny bit of soap. Still the sign is off, neither the PRESOAK or SOAP was lit. The water was released for only a few seconds then nothing else happened. So I'm sitting inside my wet car saying, WTH! I my cell phone and began taking pictures of the car wash doing nothing. I've included the pics with this review. So after taking pictures and nothing still happening I pull out of the bay, drive through one of the empty self wash bays and pull back around to the front of the automated car wash bay. I called the phone number that is posted, it went straight to voicemail. While leaving a message the touch-less mechanism that should have gone around my car soaping it and then rinsing it suddenly began creaking around the bay 1 full time with nothing being sprayed out of it. Then the instruction sign which had still been off changed to DRIVE FORWARD SLOWLY. Ridiculous!!! To date I have not received a return call. This past weekend I called my credit card company to dispute the $6.00 I was charged for a car wash I did not receive. The charge was reversed but I should not have had to do all that. So to any of you looking to use that automated car wash, you have been given notice. And if you use cash, your money will simply be lost if the system malfunctions again. The payment machine does not give receipts therefore you have no proof of payment.

I inserted a $5 bill into the self-service wash machine, but the payment was not registered and the machine did nothing. I called 3–4 times, received no answer, left a voicemail, and never received a return call. Don’t waste your money or time, go elsewhere.
