I had to bring my vehicle in about 7 times for them to correct the service that I wanted. Steve, was very unprofessional in dealing with this problem. He had a bad attitude and lied to me and told me that when I brought my vehicle back the next week after work that the technician would fix it. The technician was not even at work and neither was Steve. It was only when Shane took over and the problem was corrected. It was horrible how my time and how much they had my vehicle that I was without it to have them correct my tint. Shane was able to have the technician correct it finally and then I trusted them again with another service that Shane recommended. Shane is a great sales person and could sell anything to anyone even a dead person would buy from him. I had to have some type of humor in this because my time and vehicle has been thought a lot. Even with the new service I had to bring it back to corrected because I found flaws and had to questioned again what was going on. Shane corrected it again. I would not recommend Ziebart to anyone and the only reason now I will deal with them is because I have to bring my vehicle back for the service that I bought when I purchased my vehicle. If you want tint, diamond gloss or undercoating find another company. It’s hard because Rochester is only so big and you want to help out the businesses that have been here for years but the people they hire to do the work either need to be paid more so they can do their job properly or need to be trained again. The ladies that work in the front are wonderful and have great customer service and patience with folks and compassion. They are what is keeping this company striving and in business. They were really nice and understanding with all the times I had to bring my vehicle back and trying to get the service corrected. They truly need a raise and they should be promoted and train the manager Steve in how to deal with people and have great customer service as well.

In the past couple of weeks, I have been receiving the services of Ziebart on Lyell Avenue in Rochester, NY, from which I have been receiving services for several years. During these recent visits, I met with Shane Smith who, in response to my inquiry about some scrapes on my front bumper and a couple of other concerns, presented me with several options...he explained each option, and the associated costs and financing options. My vehicle is a 2015 Hyundai Sonata Hybrid which has served me well and which I hope to continue driving for some time. After meeting with Shane, I chose a wrap of my vehicle which rendered it gleaming/looking brand new!! and largely impervious to the elements and other sources of physical damage. Additionally, I chose a package which offers several other services, including the interior, all of which I cannot recall at this moment. Shane was very personable and knowledgeable, and manifested a delightful sense of humor, as well. Since my vehicle had to remain there for the work to be done, I was transported home, and picked up and returned there by their driver, Randy, a safe driver, and patient, helpful gentleman who took my arm and made sure I didn't slip and fall on the snowy, icey surfaces. I would be remiss if I did not also acknowledge how very gracious and helpful other staff were as well: Steve, Ryan, Zach, the staff at the front desk and others whose names I do not know or perhaps cannot fully recall!! I have only good things to say about my experiences over the years and most recently at Ziebart on Lyell Avenue!!!

I wanted to give a shout out and THANKS to the Ziebart staff on Lyell Avenue. My experience from the time I walked in till the time I left with my car was superb. I was greeted cordially and professionally by the front desk staff who were immediately attentive and quickly checked me in. I then met with Shane, who astutely and respectfully listened to my needs, was effective in helping me determine what my service would be, and thought through all the price points important to me. He appropriately consulted with Marcus, and together they made a formidable service team! They were knowledgeable about their products, and presented the information in a clear and genial way! I would highly recommend Ziebart Lyell and will continue to use Ziebart for my car service.

Super happy with the results of the Rhino Liner on my truck bed. Shane was very helpful and informative. I highly recommend their services. ETA: Returned on 5/29 to have ceramic and undercoating done. Everything was finished by end of day and looked great. I am very happy with the results of all services provided by Ziebart on Lyell.

So, I was tired of being in a partial fishbowl. I went to Ziebart, and although Bryan did, of course, offer more than I came for, he didn't pressure me into buying more services than I wanted. They did a pretty good job tinting the front windows and adding a brow onto my Porsche Macan S. It's still new(the tint), but hopefully, after the 5 days I can't roll down my windows, I will still be happy with the service. I also got a good deal!

Shane and Marcus made certain we had the best pricing and service possible for our Subaru. It looks like it just rolled off the showroom floor. We had the full wrap done, interior detailed and engine cleaned. Both Shane and Marcus are professional and caring. We don't feel as though we are just being sold a product, but they truly care about us as people. We have been going to the Lyell Ave. branch for many years, first because it was more convenient, but we have stayed because of the superior service. You won't be disappointed.

I was 30 minutes late for my appointment because of a previous about but Ryan was able to keep my appointment, not only that, he explained what was going on with my vehicle, and explained the pros and cons (something I needed to make an informed decision). Ryan clearly saw a pain I had (and forgot about) and gracefully provided a solution. He also worked with the service men to ensure I leave on time for my next appointment as today was a busy day. I must say, am very pleased with my appointment. Ryan wasn’t salesly—he showed me what was wrong, gave me a solution and left the decision up to me. For that, am truly appreciative.
