I’m so dissatisfied with my recent service at the Henrietta location. I paid for the express interior package. My window glass still had marks all over them on the inside. The cup holders and doors were still dirty. The floor mats didn’t even look like they were touched. I understand it’s not guaranteed for everything to come up, but something as simple as a little extra time and attention to detail would be nice when paying almost $200 for a service. It’s not that these marks wouldn’t come off, because I immediately came home and did them myself. It’s so much darker in the detail area that you can’t even see or inspect every inch of the vehicle except a quick glance while being rushed out for the following customer. For $165 I will be gladly taking my business elsewhere. I have time stamps on my photos and receipts, I will be coming in for a refund. I fear we are doomed with the work ethic of the new generation.

March 2025 Update: The monthly car wash plan is increasing to $38.00 per month from $25.00 per month!! $456.00 a year for this... crazy! Way high... we will be discontinuing the plan on all of our vehicles... not worth the cost. Decreased rating due to high cost and the car, especially back, doesn't come out clean. Staff pre-spraying cars don't really spray the car nor back of the car down... they just stand there. Previous to March 2025 This location is usually very good. The prewash was not running again today. Frustrating. Staff pre-spraying cars with hoses have a tough job, but they almost never spray down the back of my cars and suv's. The result is a very dirty back of my vehicle after being washed.

Amazing customer service Krystal Nunez was the girl who helped me she was very friendly and helpful and greeted me when I came into the store. She helped me find the right window washer fluid for the upcoming winter and gave helpful suggestions for air fresheners. She also helped me figure out the differences in the car washes and which one to pick to keep rust from forming this winter. This delta sonic will always have my patronage for years to come because of how nicely I was treated today and will be my go to for gas and other car needs!

Totally forgot to leave a review for the young man in the detail shop. Had came in for an express service around noon and Ali had it looking brand freaking new. it was getting pretty rough from all the salt and my kids, but ali did amazing. I honestly wasn’t expecting the results that came out, Shout out to that legend .🙏

I believe his name was Greg from the interior detailing shop. His customer service was excellent and from the moment he came up to my window he was very kind and personable. He was very detailed in explaining the services you offer as it was my first time going to delta sonic for interior work and i was feeling a bit overwhelmed. Greg made my experience very delightful. Thank You Ariana, Finley and Bryce ! ! ! I looked at your Web site yesterday as I knew my car needed cleaning and detailing. I'm unable to do it as I am Permanently Totally disabled from a ITLOD injury as a Firefighter. I went over to your store at 2970 W Henrietta Road and that is when the magic began. I explained to the young lady, Ariana, at the service desk that my RAV 4 needed full cleaning.....windows in and out, mats, rugs, dash...and the she mentioned the Ceramic paint and window coating, which sounded wonderful, Oh, and I mentioned my headlight lenses needed restoring. OK, 7 line items totalling 465.64 and when I saw they rounded up for Breast Cancer I put 5 - 100's on the counter so 35.oo for Breast Cancer. I could already feel the good Karma. I'm unable to sit so I lay across one of the long benches with my crutches in front of me. I was told 2-2 1/2 hours and that is what it was and it was amazing to watch. Before I was injured I ran a company with about 20 Employees. Watching Delta Sonics staff work was amazing. Everyone is in motion and working at making the vehicles sparkle. Just fascinating! Two members Finley and Bryce worked on my car. Cleaning, shampooing, hand washing, applying Ceramic Coating, Restoring the Headlights, always in motion, Wow. My car ended up looking better than when I bought it new ! Also my paint and windows are Ceramic coated and my headlights are bright again and safer ! $500 for 2 1/2 hours of detailing to make my 2017 Rav 4 look new and be safer........PRICELESS ! Thank you Ariana, Finley and Bryce !

I went to have regular car wash using my membership and after the wash I noticed a large area of scratches on the driver side rear door. The first person (Matt) they sent behaved extremely rude. The supervisor I spoke later on was polite but denied any responsibility. He filed a report. Reviews on Better Business Bureau suggest similar problems with someone mentioning scratches on the exact same location. These scratches were not on the car before the wash. Delta Sonic claims department claims that the scratches did not occur during the wash process. They cite the video evidence of that but have not released any such evidence upon demand. This company repeatedly denies any claims made by its customers. Be aware.

I stopped in and had a question about my unlimited car wash membership. And advisor, Melissa was not only professional, but she was patient, kind and courteous. She took her time to understand my questions ( all of them) and she was very knowledgeable, which helps as a customer looking for guidance and direction. This location is a busy hub, but Melissa took her time and didnt treat me like just another customer with a number. I left with a resolution, suggestions and will definitely return to this location. Soooooo… right before Sunday’s 2,000-mile-long storm rolled into Upstate NY, I thought it would be a great idea to get my SUV detailed. I drove slowly through the treacherous roads, figuring no other crazy folks would be out. I was right — I was only their fourth customer at 2:13 p.m. I purchased the carpet steam and interior cleaning, and I couldn’t have been happier. This is a 23-year-old Envoy XL that’s in great shape, but I had never cleaned the carpet before. As a solo driver — with the second and third rows usually collapsed — it was remarkably clean, and when they were done, it was spotless. I was told to keep the windows down to help the carpet dry. Great idea… except when temperatures are hovering around zero degrees 🥶. Fast forward to Tuesday — the carpet was still wet, and the last thing I wanted was mold. Soooo, I went back to Delta Sonic and asked for a special favor to help it dry out. They didn’t hesitate — they obliged. Huge shout-out to Ian, Justin, and Thomas (the supervisor) for going above and beyond to make this customer VERY happy. And I didn’t catch his name, but the young man who did the interior cleaning on Sunday absolutely deserves recognition too. Look — I know I skipped exactly what I asked for… but that part isn’t important 😉 What matters is outstanding customer service — and Delta Sonic delivered.

I’m a big fan of all things delta sonic. I always have great service, they have some really great people that are very enthusiastic and friendly working there. The membership is a great value and provides discounts are the lube and service building. I had a super fabulous experience today with a guy named Henry that helped us out. He was super quick, very friendly, very customer focused. You can tell that guy likes his job by how happy he was to be there and be helping people. Employees like Henry are what make businesses really shine.
