Bought online and drove right thru, seamless process and a decent wash. Few water spots, but thats to be expected. Good job LaserWash.

Passed! I decided I didn't need a $9 spraying off. I guess that's normal for around here. Leave the city area and you can spray the car down yourself for less than a third that much! No such place in the Roch. area that I could find.

Left tons of soap/water spots in my car - it practically looked dirtier than when I came in. Not worth the $16 I paid for the top-level package.

Couldn't get my 10 dollar bill to feed in the change machine. Attendant there named Zack who was just about to leave got out of his car and squared me away including helping me figure out the wash buttons. Very helpful. Will definitely return

Like all these styles of wash it is touchless. It does a good job of light pressure wash. Bring a towel to improve water spotting, will not remove really tough dirt. It is a fast convenient value.

I've been here on and off for years, its fast and easy. In a recent trip, I pulled in funny- the wash suds me up halfway and kicked me out. Barb, was eaily reached and told me it stopped for safety purposes- then issued me a full refund via check or a deluxe wash. What a refreshing way to see business handled in today's world. I will.continue to support Laser Wash.

Disappointed lately... Decently soiled car comes out with an average clean, I use only touchless washes seems like the quality of the wash is going down hill the last wash was pretty bad. So overall 15 bucks for the best wash seems a bit over advertised.

Best automated car wash around. Open 24 hours. Discount on washes if you buy bundles on their website. Generally not horribly busy. Beats the car washes there are attached to gas stations. Would recommend if it’s in your general area.

I washed my car here after a 2400 mile trip and the car was covered in dead bugs. This did a great job getting the dead bugs off. The only thing that could have been improved is that In the future I think I would carried microfiber cloth so to dry the glass and mirrors afterwards. I was very impressed with the job this did, the convenience, and a good price.

I love car washes so much. Every one that I have been to is always really fun and this is no exception. My favorite part is always when the soap gets sprayed on and rubbed around by the octopus looking mop things. The soap also smells nice which is always a good thing. Overall, good car wash.

I hesitate to call this a car wash at all. Had a three pack of washes, so brought two cars here today. Both were still filthy when the $15 premium wash was done. The "wash" did nothing to the bug residue, and left actual dirt (you know, water soluble actual dirt), and grime throughout the car. The only bright spot was at least the rinse and dry cycles are so terrible that there was plenty of soap and water left on the car to finish the job myself in the parking lot with some rags. But it still looked terrible, since I obviously didn't bring car wash supplies to a car wash. I have never received a wash this bad. And once I've redeemed this third wash (heh, why even bother?) in my three pack, I never will again. What an unmitigated ripoff.

The facility was clean and everything worked to my knowledge. I've recently had a ceramic coating applied to my vehicle and can no longer use brush car washes. I do not leave bad ratings, but I will say my vehicle was filthy after leaving. You could see all the dirt from top to bottom. So although it was a nice facility, the touchless carwash is definitely a bust.

Convenient, but getting kinda old. Laser dry doesn't really work anymore.

This touch-free car wash uses high quality ionized liquids which makes wiping off crud a cinch, like dead insects piled up from driving long distances on the highway. Just have some microfiber cloths to wipe down your car and hand dry it after the wash. You'll be able to get out almost everything, including the orange oxidation spots on your paint. Washes like the Royal Wash do not use high quality detergents and thus cannot get out stains like dead insects even a quarter as well. It is more expensive in bulk than the Royal Wash which does unlimited washes per month at $25/mo. The overall wash quality of the touch less laser wash is much better than the Royal Wash at $10/pop.

This is the best automated car wash that i have ever used. Excellent water pressure and good undercarriage spray. After a five hour summer drive from Baltimore, the Ultimate package ($12) removed nearly all of the bugs on our windshield. Left me wishing that we had the Laser Wash chain in Baltimore. They had one job; wash cars. Mission accomplished 👍

I've been using these laser car washes for years but this one is a piece of crap. I just went through it four times and each time it would spray soap on my car ram the nozzle into the front of my bumper and then kick me out. Leaving my car covered in soap with no way to get it off. I don't know if it needs to be recalibrated or what but I don't recommend using it

It was a nice wash but not as good as some other laser washes. It cleaned the car pretty well but did leave some stains whereas some other locations use more or better soap and cleans better. The vacuums are ok here but the fragrance doesn't work.

It's ok for a touch free car wash. The speed of the wash is fast which leaves soap and wax on the car still. Guess for the cost it is ok. But for a good wash I would go to Royal Car wash up on Jefferson Road. For a buck or two more you come out clean. Update 8/16/22: went here with my new truck. The bar hit the truck on the front and mirror. Emailed the place and this lady Barb Magee and she said that just because it is touchless it can never do any damage! That is a lie, took it to 3 different body shops and all said they have had cars come in from touchless car wash with damage. It's going to cost me $379 to get fixed now.
