I’ve happily been using Royal car wash for a couple of years. They don’t give you the hard upsell that delta sonic does. However, their brushes have damaged my new car. They literally ripped the rear wiper off the back window. And I’ve noticed little scratches all over the car from dirt in their brushes. I guess I need to find a new place.

The staff is always friendly and helpful. Only reason I don't rate 5 stars is because this location doesn't have vacuums like the others Edit: Changing my review to 1* because the wash completely ripped off the antenna on top of my car and they refuse to help pay for the damage. The car is less than a year old and there's no other damage on the car. Apparently this is very common with Royal Car Wash and I highly recommend you go elsewhere.

Employees are all always very helpful. If I have a question about the thoroughness of a wash, they will always send me through a second time. Unlimited monthly washes are a good deal if you can go 4 times or more in the month. One complaint would be that it seems like you move through the wash much more quickly when they are very busy.

I have a membership and use a few different locations, went to Henrietta location and got part way through and machine stopped, had to back out and cause a scene, apparently my F-150 Raptor won't fit at this location

I feel like this car wash, overall, is going downhill. I’ve been a member for about four years and have recently noticed that my car is never dried after I go through, leaving water marks on my car, especially on the back. I visited the location in Henrietta last week and my back windshield wiper came off- I attempted to call them once I realized it (maybe within and hour) and the number listed on the web site does not work. Pretty frustrating!

Edit: Since its sale to Go, I don't see any drop in service but it does depend on which crew is working. I'd like to see the Royal system replaced with the newer Go brushes etc. Yes, there are water spots when you leave, can't get around that without hand drying but it's good enough. If there's ever a line it's only a couple of cars. Staff seems attentive and competent. Our other car has a delta sonic membership and if I had to pick one I'd pick royal.

This map needs to be updated! It looks like you can drive past the car was to get to wegmans and you CANT! I just got into an accident trying to get out of the entrance to the carwash after the map directions instructed me to turn there. There is no way to report to Google maps! GO CARWASH should have this updated! It's IMPOSSIBLE TO TURN LEFT OUT OF THIS LOCATION! HORRIBLE LAYOUT AND PLANNING! any traffic on Jefferson rd and you will have to turn right out of here and then another right on marketplace dr to get to a light just to turn left onto Jefferson. Very unsafe! Have the map updated!

I would NOT recommend this car wash. Unless you like having your new car go off the tracks, get stuck in the car wash and get rear ended..twice by a truck behind you. They will not take responsibility for the damages. They will actually accuse YOU of pulling your own vehicle off the track(yes, that was my plan that day…I am such a beast!.) Seriously SO insulting, they were not supportive or helpful at all. They said it was my fault because my hands were on the steering wheel. Can someone please tell me how many customers put their hands in the air during a car wash? or DURING Impact when you are getting rear ended? While your vehicle is trapped inside? Also, they did tell me “it happens” so they have admitted to this type of event happening before. Beware. If you want your car damaged and be insulted yes, you should come here.

GO Car Wash offers a convenient and affordable way to keep your car clean. Their automated washing system is fast and efficient, and their monthly subscription plans make it easy to get regular washes without breaking the bank. I especially appreciate the ease of the monthly subscription- Just scan your membership barcode and you're good to go! While I do wish this location had vacuums, but my experience has been positive overall.

Henrietta location does not wash the car properly they spray so quickly and send you to wash and when you get out of wash your mirror get iced you can see and bottom of your car all snow get stuck I live in Henrietta for 7 years this past year all the workers does not do a good job my request is for manager of Henrietta is please pay attention for workers to wash car properly we paying good amount for wash every month and especially in winter time we need to get out all the snow from our cars.

Satisfied with car wash, not with communication about when locations are open. I received the email note about closing for inclement weather conditions on Saturday 2/7...still closed on Monday 2/9. Google listing says open.

At 5:30 Friday evening it was a quick wash no waiting. Getting there was a nightmare. Tough entry. Had to go past heading west to Aldi entrance, turn around and go back to get in. Bigger concern is the availability of room after the wash. Waited at road with on vehicle behind us for maybe 3 minutes. Luckily no behind both of us. Never here before and probably will not go at this time again. Traffic too heavy on Friday.

Update: Love a professional response and have been very satisfied with my service since writing my initial review. A business that can receive feedback and grow is the best type of business. Happy to continue my GO membership. ——————————- Though Delta Sonic, less than a 2 minute drive away from this location, operated the entire day today, this Go Car Wash for whatever reason was closed due to “inclement weather” at 10 AM. Notably, it never opened when I returned at 7:30 PM. The appeal of a Go Car Wash membership is its usage, after a snow, to preserve our vehicles. This is why your marketing specifically targets the premium priced membership with undercarriage washes. At both times, roads were clear and snowfall had ceased. There was no “inclement weather” today. This is Rochester, NY. It snows. It is just “weather”. If your facilities cannot accommodate snowfall, either upgrade them or shut down. What you call “inclement weather” drives your customer base. At the very least direct patrons to another Go Wash that is in operation.

For some reason the auto car wash system doesn’t get the back of my vehicle. I cannot be the only customer experiencing this. Every time I use the car wash the back of my pathfinder looks like it was never washed??!! Highly annoying, considering that I need to ask the attendant to use the brush on the back of the car and he does a swipe of the rear window only. Considering switching services as I have grown tired of going home and having to wash the rear of my vehicle, myself. Would consider the pricing reasonable if services were delivered With the job well done; however, I consider the service overpriced since the service and performance are not doing the job, sI’m paying for.
