It’s a scam. The washing machine stopped working halfway through the cycle. The store staff were unhelpful and refused to assist in finding a contact for support.

Attention CDL Truck Drivers: Used mudflap app to fill up my commercial truck here. It's a very small and tight area. the guy with glasses who works at night has bad customer service skills and seems to talk down on people.

I've been coming to this store for 10 years and this new employee has the absolute worse attitude I've ever had to deal with. CSH 12 transition 1026882 is a short Caucasian man with a beard mustache glasses and short hair. This is the my second bad experience with him. If he's working just leave because his arrogant attitude and smart response will get you mad. I won't refer any of my guest here again. And I'll just go somewhere else too. Sorry quicklee your new hire is THE WORSE

Energy drinks and other beverages are always filled….unlike some nearby convenience stores in vicinity, I can count on being able to purchase my Mountain Dew (2/$4) at this particular location first thing in the morning….staff is always friendly and courteous too.

Went in for coffee, came out to a dent in my car. Asked the manager to watch the cameras. Don’t know if he’s covering for someone or what, but was told it didn’t happen there. Funny though because I got in my car this morning and it wasn’t like that, then went in to get coffee, came out and BAM! Dent and scrapes on my window. Not impressed. Won’t be going back.

Fueling up for a long drive the next morning, this gas station has a nice big lot for big vehicles if needed. Mid octane fuel price was average for this time October 2021 at $3.559 a gallon. The store has the usual racks of chips and snacks along with refrigerated cases of canned and bottled drinks. Almost all of the soda water was sold out for some reason but looking hard I found two large cans of lime flavored seltzer. They have a small refrigerator case for prepared sandwich's. At seven in the evening anyway, they had only two choices - tuna or ham and cheese. I bought the latter for the road the next day with a bag of reduced fat potato chips and the club soda. My partner ate it and said it was okay but wished it had come with a packet of mayo or mustard for the bread. Cashier was polite.

--- 2025/04/14 --- MudFlap'ed again as this is the only MudFlap option near ROC ⛽ It's OK but wish they'd keep the trucker area as nice as the auto area. --- 2023/12/12 --- Stopped-in again today to use MudFlap again, but tried to fuel my wife's VW Touareg TDI this time. UNFORTUNATELY, this location uses a GAS nozzle for their auto-diesel AND many advanced/modern diesel vehicles WILL NOT let a gas nozzle go into the diesel filler neck. The location staff seemed VERY confused, so I don't have high hopes this week every be resolved... so guess I can only fuel my F350 here. 🙄 Both my wife and our local friend drive diesel⛽ SUVs and this location is On Route going to/from Rochester. It'd be REALLY NICE if the management would get this crap sorted. --- ORIGINAL REVIEW --- So just signed up for MudFlap to help with our OUT OF CONTROL diesel costs. This location was the closest option to use the MudFlap app/service. Had to go inside to show the MudFlap code to the cashier. The guy behind the counter had an attitude as soon as I held up my phone with that MudFlap code. All he said was, "all set"... which was fine, but being my 1st time using the MudFlap app I asked if I had to come back inside after fueling... cashier said, "only if you want to". I'm not sure if the cashier was having a bad day or is just a jerk, but the interaction left MUCH to be desired. I'd only return if no other was available.

Friendly staff. Unfortunately most drivers that use diesel are not taking care of the pump area and keeping it clean. It's unfortunate drivers think they can leave a mess.

BEWARE IF YOU USE MUDFLAP! Service has gone downhill in the last few months. Employees outside smoking weed during their shift. Employees talking with the Dunkin Donuts staff about starting fights and ignoring customers at the counter. I put up with it because I use the Mudflap app to get cheaper diesel and save some cash. I went in Wednesday morning last week to fill up my Suburban. I’ve never put more than $100 worth of diesel into my vehicle and even then that time was unusually high. I used the pump around 11 am and put $67 worth of diesel into my vehicle. Transaction went through right away and I got confirmation via text like usual. When I woke up the next morning someone, somehow had used my account to purchase $413 of diesel at 4am. This comes directly out of my bank account. I opened a claim with Mudflap at 7am Thursday. It is now late afternoon the following Tuesday. Mudflap has reached out to them multiple times about this issue with no response. It is Christmas time and I have bills to pay. They have basically stolen $413 straight from my bank account and don’t even care!! I will not be using this station EVER again.

I regularly fuel my work van with diesel at this station and use the Mudflap app here. It gives a noticeable price advantage per gallon, which makes a real difference over time. The only downside is that there aren’t many stations in the region that support this system. Because of that, every time I’m passing by, I make a point to stop here and fuel up — the savings are worth it. Sometimes there’s a bit of waiting, especially in the mornings when demand for diesel is high, but that’s expected and still worth it. Fuel quality has been consistently good, with no issues at all, even during winter. I only wish there were a station like this closer to home — but that might be asking for an overly perfect bonus.
