What is going on! Guys - we need your services most AFTER A FREEZING WEATHER EVENT! Drove by today and sign says "closed due to inclement weather ". But your business is a big part of the clean-up effort! Do we need to connect your business with car washes that are familiar operating immediately after the freezing weather event? Maybe there was some other real issue besides the weather? Help me change my 3 stars to 5 stars. I otherwise like this car wash a lot, but now im considering canceling my monthly membership.

I’ve been a member for almost a year now all the workers I’ve came across are well mannered. BUT TODAY 8/5/2025 I was treated so rude these two guys were talking between each other. I barley pulled up on the tracks and the guy with his head turned in the picture looked at me so disgusted and screamed NO NO and said some other stuff under his breathe and I let the window down and asked if I did something wrong and he walked off with anger. I didn’t assume I did anything wrong since they were just standing there talking . So I let the window down and asked spike if I did something wrong he was like you need to wait until we tell you to come in 1 it was no cars and yall were just standing there talking. I let the manager know he didn’t seem to care I didn’t get his name . Be aware if you come in the evening and these 2 guys are there you might get cussed out. ..

Third time here. Never had an issue. Today one of the guys walking around (tall glasses 🤓) greeted me and ask me how everything went and if I needed anything. Same with the guy scrubbing the cars when I went thru at 1300. I never had Ilan issue at this place, people are always nice and kind. The wash is not perfect by any means. Anyone who's done machines for this purpose knows this, but it gets it done and it's super cheap.

Love this place. Vehicle always comes out clean on normal washes, but today, Spike went above and beyond. I went off roading with my truck the night before and brought her in to get cleaned. It was bad, she came out clean for the most part, but Spike wanted me to bring it through again. He personally used a power wash hose to get to the tough parts to get all the mud out from the wheel welds. The truck came out looking brand new and Spike had gone well above the call of duty. He didn’t have to do any of that today but wanted to make sure we had a 5 Star experience. I signed up for the unlimited washes bc of him.

Whitewater Car Wash is hands-down the best in town! I’ve been a member for a while, and every visit reminds me why. For example , TJ and the entire team of employees always seem to go above and beyond. They’re right there to answer questions, offer help, and make sure you leave with more than just a clean car. That personal touch sets them apart. You’re not treated like a barcode or just another number; they seem to genuinely care about their customers. I highly recommend joining the membership, it’s worth every penny!

First time visitor. Went on a Wednesday afternoon. Wasn’t busy at all. After two beach trips, the thought of unlimited vacuums made me want to give this place a shot. Paid for the most costly package with ceramic added on. Was asked to tip before I even received the wash. You cannot tip at the end of the wash. I wish I didn’t. 1. The man in the tunnel did not even scrub my entire windshield. Was only half covered in soap. And, still had bugs. 2. The wash RIPPED MY FRONT PLATE OUT OF MY BUMPER and broke the mounts. I had to ask someone to go looking for it. They found it but were not apologetic at all. 3. In the vacuum bay, the vacuum on my left was clogged. The vacuum on the right was missing… so I had to use the next stalls vacuum (which the other gentleman was not pleased with). But by this time, I had all of my mats out of my 3-row and all my doors open. I reallyyyy did not want to have to move bays. I told an attendant that I thought it was clogged. He said he would send someone - no one ever came. 4. The all-purpose cleaner on one side was empty throughout my entire hour vacuuming. So I had to walk alllll the way across to the other dispenser. Can no one refill? 5. The wash itself was just not worth it. Wheel wells and lower end of the car were still dirty. The front was still covered in bugs. On the plus side, someone was handing out car fresheners which actually smelled really good. Overall, I will never be back. Wish I could just get a refund.

The vacuums were okay, the towels they provide are okay. Paid 25 bucks for the top wash and it didnt get the car clean, there's no reason to pay for higher teir washes it looks like the same as the lower tier. Had to wait 30 minutes because members get to cut in front of other paying customers. They were going to let me go through again but the line was too long and members get to cut in front of everyone. Won't be back. Waste of money and more importantly waste of time.

First time here and will be the last. The car wash took out one of my roof panels molds and made the other one loose. Took out the brackets that even hold them together. Crazy to have damage on your car from a car wash. And after all this my car wasn't even that clean still dirt and debris. Definitely would not recommend.
