I own a new Toyota and joined El Car wash the week that I bought it. I noticed on the first wash that the molding on the side of my car was covered with the tire shine grease. So the next time I went in, I asked them to cut that off, which they did and told me it was programmed in the to the computer to always be off. Since that time, however, there has been at least eight incidents Where the tire scrubber has remained on. I found the grease or whatever the tire shine is coding the lines of my trim. Now it is scratched on both sides of the car from the front of the back of just the trim. I reported the incident heard nothing for 10 days despite three phone calls two visits to speak with the manager And two emails. Finally, on the third call to the corporate office, I received a call from the general manager the next day who. Called me a liar. She claims that she reviewed every single incident that my car went through, and it never happened, but I know for a fact that it did because I had to rewash the trim on my car after it came out… Now I’m left with a new vehicle with scratches And a trip to my attorney’s office To see if anything can be done. The manager didn’t even bother to ask me to come and look at the vehicle herself… She basically just said hey never happened. Forget you’re lying eyes.

This is by far the best car wash I’ve ever been to. It has everything you can imagine, and more. Other car washes I’ve tried are always missing something — no towels, no cleaning liquids, no air — but this place has it all. They provide powerful vacuums, pressurized air, glass cleaner, interior cleaner, air freshener, even water and sinks to scrub your mats or anything else you need. The carpet washing station with running water and brushes is a game changer. The wash machine itself also does an excellent job. The whole setup is clean, organized, and extremely convenient. Honestly, it’s on another level compared to every other car wash I’ve been to. Highly recommended!

Air fragrance, glass cleaner, the other side not pictured is air gun and interior cleaner. First time here, may consider a monthly now. Unfortunately the rain in Orlando washes my car often 😂 but its worth it for the vacuuming alone. Has a fabric mat vacuum and a wash station for rubber mats. My wash was free cuz it just opened but I wonder if the higher priced services are worth it. Will come back!

Since I tried this car wash when I lived in Oviedo, and ended up getting a membership, I have fallen in love with the atmosphere, wash, amenities for cleaning and of course the customer service. I will say since I’ve been going, and now I go to the University location, I had an elite experience today. I went to Baldwin Park with my dog, and just decided on whim to detour to get a quick wash and it was easily the most memorable experience I’ve ever had at any car wash. Your rep, BLUE, made my entire day. Not just mine, but my new rescue that was a transport from Puerto Rico to Pet Alliance in Sanford, and has already endured a lot. I’ve been bringing her with me to the washes to get her acclimated and today, Blue helped me when my car wasn’t going in neutral and I saw her dog and I told her I had mine with me. After she resolved my neutral issue, she told me to pull around and she had a treat for my dog Luna. She brought it to my vehicle and held it for Luna, as it was her FIRST pup cup ever, and boy was it a success! Luna even jumped up to the passenger window to give Blue a hug and some kisses and then she met her beauty dachshund. I expressed to her my gratitude, and made sure to vocalize just how special that moment was. It took the business of car wash to entirely different elite level for me and just her genuine humanity was one of the most beautiful things I’ve ever witnessed. I thanked her, but I would really like it if she could be somehow recognized and honored for what she does for your business. Her customer service is premium, and memorable and as humans, we hold onto that. I’m forever thankful for that memory and I have no doubt she’ll touch others lives as she did mine. Thank you for everything, Blue! You are a gem of a human! 🫶

Elvin helped me with my first wash at eL Car Wash. when I showed up, my car was basically black on the back and covered in bugs on the front and exhaust streaks on the sides. So I hit the brush bins first th make sure I at least got the back end scrubbed up because most car washes I go to don’t let the rollers contact the front or rear of the car. But not eL! After the brush station I went quickly to the wash so the grime wouldn’t dry on the car. Because I drive so much and my car is white I opted for the Graphene. The graphene seems to act like a Rain-X substance without the waxy residue and water just seems to repel from the glass which is very nice during the rainy season here. It also keeps my car shinier for my clients. After the wash I used the vacuums and knocked the dirt from the mats. Then I used the clean towels and the interior cleaner and got the fuzzies off my dashboard that have been bothering me for months. Then I vacuumed the entire rest of the car and finished it off with interior scent and an air freshener. I drive a lot for work and with all the locations everywhere, no matter where I find myself there’s an eL nearby for a quick wash. Thanks Elvin!
