Great wash and service. The machine was having problems, and without having to go to the attendant, he walked over and asked if I was having issues. I explained what was happening and he gave me a free wash so I wasn’t overcharged.

I've been to this place 3 times always ok, but today I was drenched by a leak in the pressure washer hose. Please avoid the first stall on the east side of the building until its fixed. I would also like a refund if the machine charged me the 5 bucks.

Five dollars to Wash and three dollars to vacuum your car. Are these people insane you can go to any other quarter/Wash and is two dollars to wash your car and one dollar to vacuum. There is nothing special about this place to be paying that much money. THANK YOU BUT NO THANK YOU!!!!!!!!!!!!!

While the wash itself was not too bad, their blower scratched up my car. While trying to blow out the front, the tube grazed on the side from my front door all the way to the front bumper. What is supposed to be a $5 wash just cost me $100’s. Will not return here unless i have a helper

I went a tried to swipe my card at all 4 stalls and none worked. I tried multiple cards and only the red light popped up. Owner. I’ll change my review once you reply and I can test that it’s working. Edit 2/22 - Owner replied - I’ll be visiting the location again and testing the swipers again. If they work. I’ll update this review. Edit: 2/25. Went back to the location and all stalls were being used which was promising that the card readers were working. Bay 3 was blocked off due to a non working foam hose I believe I went there and washed my bike and it was amazing. I didn’t use their brush and used my own but the bike came out clean Review changed to 4 stars as one bay wasn’t working and I had to wait. And for multiple of my credit cards not being accepted but a DEBIT card worked.

Tried to use this car wash on December 16. I paid with a credit card and drove into the wash bay but the washing unit did not engage. I tried backing up and re-entering but it still did not work. I finally left and called the phone number listed on the internet but only got the voice message machine. I left two messages I have not received a call back.

Please don’t waste your time or money. I’ve come to this car wash a hand full of times and I have finally learned my lesson. The vacuums DO NOT WORK CORRECTLY. The car wash DOES NOT WORK CORRECTLY. Half of the time the bays where you self wash your car DO NOT WORK PROPERLY! I put about $5.00 into two different vacuums today and both machines did not work! There was absolutely no suction. The third machine has an out of order sign on it…. They do not accept card payments on machines except express. They cannot make change for you to clean your car and their machines accept quarters. *eye roll*

Place is decent when it comes to self service car washes, which are all about the same (Unkept and things may or may not be working). I pulled into a stall which the air dryer hose was broken off which I didn’t know until the end. The water pressure was good and did well to spray down the bug and bird poop spots. Some of the labels were missing on the dial, so I had to guess which one was the foam brush lol. The foam gun did work well though as did the water gun. I will say other than those issues it was fine. The time adds up quick though, before you know it you’re spending $10 on something that a regular car wash could have done and included vacuum and a dryer… so just beware of the time. It appeared the vacuum stations were broken, except for 1 or 2 maybe on the right side. Also appears there was a dryer tunnel which was completely out of order. I probably would not want to try the automatic wash and stick to the self serve. I would say I would come back because of the location, but I would use another stall.

It's a great place and easy to use. They have self-serve and machines, and the machines are touchless, which is very rare. It's decent prices, but my only real complaint is most of the soaps and stuff don't really do anything. The trifoam and rinse are really the only things you need. The bug and wheel and tire cleaner may do something but I haven't actually seen it work on bugs and dirty wheels. That's why I just bring my own brush to agitate the soap that I spray on and some towels for drying off door jam so I don't track too much water in. I don't know if that's allowed, but they haven't stopped me yet. Overall a good place to go if you don't have the supplies to do it at home and you don't want to get micro scratches in your paint from regular car washes.

This is one of the few Self Serve Car Washes left in the area. It was with quarters prior and now credit card. The $5.00 for 5 minutes is reasonable. It is not the best kept in anyway as it looks quite rundown, however, the owner reached out to me after my review and was very polite and refunded my my previous wash as the machine had no soap. I will continue to use Spotless due to the good customer service provided. The pressure of the water is very good. I hope they stay in business.

I stopped in one day for a wash and met the owner who was at the property. I have been in a tough spot lately trying to get back into my career path but told him how much I enjoyed coming here for the self wash bays. I asked him if we was interested in my doing some cleaning up of the property so I could make some cash. He decline, the conversation concluded. Once I was done with my truck, which took quite a while (I even timed out the machine and had to reauthorize my card), he offered to refund my money that I had just paid. This act of kindness blew me away! He is a really great person. I will continue to come here for that kind gesture alone. It doesn't hurt to be nice, but this guy went above and beyond and for that I am grateful. Cheers!
